Kids Planet Springhead

I couldn't have asked for a better setting for my little girl. From the baby room to toddlers and now in preschool, she has always been so settled and well looked after! We love this nursery so much and are so grateful there's a team who are so welcoming and caring and who communicate so well with us as parents. The daily activities have allowed her to learn and grow so much, and she loves every minute! Thank you!

Myself and my children have had such a lovely positive experience at kids planet. My son has extra support needs and he has been supported amazingly since the beginning of his journey at kids planet. I couldn't have asked for more from all the staff, especially his key worker Kayleigh. My daughter has also had a fantastic time at kids planet.

Excellent staff. I feel like I struggle to trust people with my child but the ladies in the baby and tot room are fantastic. Kiera the room leader is so professional and helpful. All the ladies are extremly caring and the relief I feel everyday knowing my child is looked after not just well but excellent. The care given is superior and a huge thankyou to you all.

My son started in the baby room in October'25. The staff were fabulous at settling him into his new routine. We are welcomed with warm, friendly faces every day and they have worked really hard to get to know him. The nursery has great facilities but it really is the staff that make it a special place. My eldest also attended Kids Planet. Both boys thrived there and have really fond memories!

We can't fault Kids Planet. Our daughter has been there since she was 1 and is now flourishing in the toddler room. The staff are incredible and can't do enough for the little ones. We receive detailed updates of her day and it's great to see her enjoying it so much. We couldn't recommend this nursery enough.

Excellent nursery provider. Staff always pay attention to what matters for parents' concerns and child's ability. The activities provided are always interactive and interesting for the children. When my daughter started at nursery, she had limited taste for food but by the time she nearly leaves this nursery to go to school, she has developed the variety of food that she has tried at the nursery. I'll always recommend Kids Planet to the parents who are looking for an excellent nursery.

Our eldest child went to a childminder instead of a nursery and we were worried when choosing a nursery that our youngest wouldn't get the same feeling of love and family that our eldest did at a childminder. We had no reason to worry, all the staff at kids planet have been amazing, both with our son and ourselves. Every morning he is so happy to go to nursery and often it takes us far to long to leave at pick up because he is just having too much fun, whether playing with toys, friends or just being a pain making all the staff chase him whilst refusing to put his socks back on. I feel very lucky that we have so many people that show love to our boy every single day. Thank you to all the staff, you do an amazing job and our little dinosaur loving dancing bundle of mayhem and mischief loves you all :)

What a nursery! Everyone is really friendly and so helpful, always give us a good break of the babies days. Both kids love it and can't wait to get in there. The kids have learnt so many things from here and it's all down to the wonderful staff. 100% would recommend and we are so happy the kids have gone here! Thank you to everyone involved!

My daughter has attended since she was 1 and is now in pre school and coming towards the end of her time at kids planet. I know she is going to really miss kids planet and all the wonderful staff who work there. She is always so happy to attend. The staff have been fantastic from baby room, toddlers and pre school and we couldent have asked for a better experience for her.

My little boy has come on so much with his confidence. He is always happy going to nursery and I feel he is safe and well cared for whilst he is there. I feel that the staff genuinely care for him a lot.

Both of our boys have attended Kids Planet Springhead and we have absolutely loved it. The staff are amazing and so caring and helpful, particularly with our youngest who needed a lot of nurturing and reassurance to help him settle in. All of the staff were brilliant with him and spent the time and effort to help him feel settled. We have found the staff very personable and always had time for a chat.

As our youngest nears the end of his Kids Planet journey, we will really miss everything about it!

My little girl loves her time at nursery and runs in every morning without a backward glance. The staff are fantastic, you can tell how much they care for the children. They provide a safe, loving and supportive environment for my child. They communicate any issues with us at handover and I get updates throughout the day on the app. I couldn't ask for more from a nursery.

Kids Planet in Springhead have incredible for my little boy, especially since moving into the toddlers room. My little boy really struggled to settle therefore he didn't really engage in the typical nursery life at all. However, the staff in the toddler room have genuinely put their heart and soul into supporting him. They know him inside and out, they go out of their way to cater for him and we've seen such a huge difference in his development and happiness going into nursery everyday. Their communication is outstanding, both in person, emails and through the app. It is genuinely like leaving him with a very well trusted family member. The staff clearly work so hard and nothing ever seems too much. My little boy absolutely loves one staff member in particular in the toddler room who puts so much time and energy into him, but also three other specific staff members are incredible with him too. The activities are always varied and look very fun everyday!! I highly recommend and can't thank you all enough.

I couldn't recommend this nursery more. My child has a dairy allergy, they took this very seriously and have amazing protocols in place for allergies. His speech, his understanding and his motor skills have excelled with the support of this nursery. He doesn't just talk about his key worker but all the girls in his room, telling us amazing tales about his day every time we pick him up. The activities they plan are inventive and creative and the kids love them. Any questions are answered promptly and clearly by the nursery manager and her team. They've helped us understand everything from tantrums to school terms/ages to milestones etc. We are planning baby number 2 and look forward to watching their journey here as well. I'll be sad when my child has to leave.

Staff are always so friendly it is a fabulous place for a child to grow and learn!!

I can not thank this nursery enough for all they have done for not only my child but to us as first time parents, the support and care has been amazing. My son is thriving here. We are forever grateful. I feel we can approach management and room staff easily and we are listened to. My son loves going to nursery and I honestly believe it's because he feels so safe and secure there. Thank you so much!

Our little girl recently started at Kids Planet and it's been the best thing for her. The staff are on the ball and positive and engage with us keeping us up to date every step of the way. She is quite shy with new people and faces but since she's been coming to Kids Planet she's really grown a lot as a person and her social skills have come on leaps and bounds, couldn't rate the team here any higher.
