Kids Planet Springhead

My little boy started in the baby room in June. I was a little bit anxious about leaving him and going back to work, but everyone made us feel so welcome and settled. I was really reassured that he would be ok, which he was. The updates on the app are always up to date and it’s brilliant to see what he is up too. He absolutely loves going to nursery. He’s excited from the moment we get out the car and so happy when I collect him. The activities he joins in with are fantastic and there are so many opportunities for him. The staff are amazing and so lovely with myself and my little boy. I couldn’t recommend Kids Planet Springhead enough!

The staff are friendly and very caring. Communication is great, the app allows me to see how my child is doing and what activities they have done and what they've eaten. Entry is secure. I've had two children attend this setting and both have settled well and flourished there. Would recommend to anyone!

My little boy attends this nursery in the toddler room. He has additional needs that include an extremely restricted diet and nursery have been very understanding of this and supported me and my little boy, from completing referrals for us to encouraging him to sit with his peers at mealtimes and engage in activities he wouldn’t usually using his special interest. The girls in the rooms have always been fab from babies to toddlers, they are all so friendly and supportive. The SENCo and the manager are also fantastic and can’t do enough for us, holding multi-agency meetings even during their time off work. He enjoys his time here and is always happy to attend. I am so grateful for everything they are doing to help and support my son.

It's always hard at first leaving your child with strangers but the babies team helped him (and us) settle in really well, and now he's in toddlers he loves it there too. Would recommend this nursery 100%.

Very good nursery. Staff are lovely and my daughter is very settled. They are always doing different activities with the children and make it fun for them. My daughter's speech has come on so much since attending and the staff were so supportive and encouraging when she was potty training

This nursery is fantastic, with great teachers, very kind and caring towards the children. My daughter loves coming here and will be sad to leave in September. My daughter also loves the food. She even had seconds at times. Thank you to everyone for all your support. Great management team also in place.

My Little boy started nursery here in September when he was 9 months old and he loves it and has created a lovely bond with the staff in his room. They have been amazing from day one. I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of applying for a place.

It’s almost time for my daughter to leave Kids Planet and over the past 3 years, she has had the best time there. The care they provide is excellent and the nursery goes above and beyond. We’ve just attended a graduation ceremony for pre-school which was incredible! They hired a venue and children's entertainer, provided food and drinks and the children performed songs. It was wonderful! Thank you so much to all the staff, you are amazing!

My daughter started nursery unexpectedly in June 2021 after my mum unfortunately fell ill and was no longer able to provide childcare. I was extremely nervous as nursery was never part of the plan but it’s the best thing to come from an unfortunate situation. My daughter has thrived at nursery and loves attending. Her confidence is high. She is social and has made lovely friends and good relationships with staff. I am really pleased with the activities on offer and really recommend Kids Planet Springhead.

Great nursery with friendly staff. Plenty of updates throughout the day in regards to my children and their routine, activities, meals etc. My children love attending and never seem to want to leave, so 10/10 from me.

Both my daughters have loved attending this nursery. They have made excellent progress in the pre-school and developed superb social skills and confidence thanks to all the staff. They are always very well looked after.

We moved my son from a nursery he was very unsettled and unhappy with and I can honestly say the staff here where absolutely amazing with him. He really enjoys his time at nursery and I love hearing all about it when I pick him up. The nursery is lovely and very organic. I also enjoy seeing his pictures and being able to communicate via the app. Thanks to all the staff for being amazing.

My son has been attending this nursery since he was around 8 months old, he’s now 3. He loves it, he loves the staff and the friends he’s made. I’m always sent pictures of him doing different activities and he’s animated whilst telling me about his day, which shows how much he enjoys it and is taking in what he’s doing and learning. My son loves being outside and where possible the staff allow this, rain or shine for messy play or sun fun! Within a couple of months of him starting we could see a difference and a growth in him. The staff are very supportive, nurturing and attentive and he came on leaps and bounds and has learned so much from them. I get sent information about his food consumption and I’m sometimes quite jealous! They get a fantastic variety and he always seems to enjoy it, which is good when he can be picky at home! I haven’t hesitated in recommending Kids Planet to friends and will continue to do so, it’s brilliant!

My son started at Kids Planet in September and he absolutely loves it and so do I. Everybody is absolutely great. I would highly recommend this nursery to family and friends. All of the staff are lovely and friendly.

The staff are outstanding and my child is excited to see them when I drop her off. The facilities are great indoors and outdoors. They do lots of activities with a monthly schedule. A great place for your child’s development.The app they use allows continuous tracking of your child's daily activities including lots of photos which is great. Overall a brilliant nursery and amazingly friendly staff.

My almost 4-year-old boy has attended Kids Planet Springhead since he was 8 months old. I cannot recommend it enough. The staff are all so lovely and the care he receives is outstanding. Management are incredibly helpful and solve any issues quickly. The food is amazing. Activities and resources varied and help to develop his learning in all areas. I am so sad that he will be leaving soon to start school in September!

Lovely, friendly staff. Always listen and provide good advice. Communication from management is great too and very responsive. Good environment for the children to learn and play. Lots of variety of toys/equipment. My little boy seems very happy to be attending Kids Planet nursery.

My baby recently started here. I was so nervous leaving her but the staff made me so comfortable. She refused to eat, sleep and drink at first but the staff didn’t give up (even suggesting things I could do to help which I massively appreciated) and now she is happily getting on with it. She is given lots of cuddles and is always playing with different things. She gets messy, which I love, because she is exploring. The ladies in the room are just fantastic. They take such good care and genuinely seem to enjoy what they are doing. Nothing is too much trouble. I’m so pleased we picked Springhead Kids Planet.

My son attends this nursery in the toddler room. He always comes home saying how much he's enjoyed the day. It seems that there are ample activities for him to do. Unfortunately, I haven't seen the room yet due to Covid-19 restrictions but I can't wait to see it. The staff and nursery have adapted well during the pandemic and their care towards my son hasn't changed. My son always speaks so highly of his key workers who do lots of activities with him. I believe his language, play and overall being is partly down to the nursery as it helped him develop.
