Kids Planet Springhead

My son started at Kids Planet in September and he absolutely loves it and so do I. Everybody is absolutely great. I would highly recommend this nursery to family and friends. All of the staff are lovely and friendly.

The staff are outstanding and my child is excited to see them when I drop her off. The facilities are great indoors and outdoors. They do lots of activities with a monthly schedule. A great place for your child’s development.The app they use allows continuous tracking of your child's daily activities including lots of photos which is great. Overall a brilliant nursery and amazingly friendly staff.

My almost 4-year-old boy has attended Kids Planet Springhead since he was 8 months old. I cannot recommend it enough. The staff are all so lovely and the care he receives is outstanding. Management are incredibly helpful and solve any issues quickly. The food is amazing. Activities and resources varied and help to develop his learning in all areas. I am so sad that he will be leaving soon to start school in September!

Lovely, friendly staff. Always listen and provide good advice. Communication from management is great too and very responsive. Good environment for the children to learn and play. Lots of variety of toys/equipment. My little boy seems very happy to be attending Kids Planet nursery.

My baby recently started here. I was so nervous leaving her but the staff made me so comfortable. She refused to eat, sleep and drink at first but the staff didn’t give up (even suggesting things I could do to help which I massively appreciated) and now she is happily getting on with it. She is given lots of cuddles and is always playing with different things. She gets messy, which I love, because she is exploring. The ladies in the room are just fantastic. They take such good care and genuinely seem to enjoy what they are doing. Nothing is too much trouble. I’m so pleased we picked Springhead Kids Planet.

My son attends this nursery in the toddler room. He always comes home saying how much he's enjoyed the day. It seems that there are ample activities for him to do. Unfortunately, I haven't seen the room yet due to Covid-19 restrictions but I can't wait to see it. The staff and nursery have adapted well during the pandemic and their care towards my son hasn't changed. My son always speaks so highly of his key workers who do lots of activities with him. I believe his language, play and overall being is partly down to the nursery as it helped him develop.

What a fantastic nursery. I cannot fault the people that work here at all, they have a fantastic setup and wonderful, friendly accommodating staff. Nothing is too much trouble! The food they serve the children is fab, nutritious and different every week, the activities are engaging and well planned and they are fantastic at making sure all needs and parenting preferences are met. My son absolutely loves the staff at nursery and they are great at choosing a key worker that children have bonded to the most. The manager is fantastic and very professional along with the rest of the staff. 10/10, wouldn’t send my children anywhere else! Well done KP Springhead. You are fab!

First my daughter and now my son have absolutely thrived during their time at Kids Planet Springhead. The facilities are excellent and the staff are so welcoming and caring, it is a lovely environment for the children to be in. It is hard to entrust your babies to someone else but I have always felt completely confident that my children are safe, happy and well cared for by the wonderful staff at Kids Planet Springhead. My youngest will soon leave the nursery for primary school and we are sad to be leaving but thankful that he is so well prepared for his next chapter so thank you to everyone at the nursery!

My son is relatively new to the nursery, but I have been very happy with the care he has received so far. I am confident that I am leaving him with people that actually care, which has helped with returning to work. The staff are always in high spirits and enthusiastic.

Kids Planet Springhead is a fabulous nursery. The staff are dedicated, caring, reliable, trustworthy and show a genuine interest in the wellbeing, development and health of my 3-year-old. My daughter has been at the nursery for two years since I went back to work, and has gone through babies, toddlers and is now in pre-school. All the way through her attendance at the nursery her care has been first class, the teachers and support staff have shown nothing but 100% focus in her development and most importantly she has been happy, sociable, safe and content during her time there so far. The place is clean, the food is freshly prepared and varied, and the outdoor space whilst limited is well organised and safe.

My son attended this nursery for almost 12 months. When he started, he was a quiet but clever little boy who had not had much interaction with other children. The staff at the nursery in his room were very kind and caring and noticed straight away that he would be upset to leave me for the first time. They cared for him and showed him lots of attention to make the transition as smooth as possible. He settled in very fast and soon got stuck into all the activities on offer. I can honestly say he has come on leaps and bounds and turned into a very confident boy. Thank you Kids Planet.

A wonderful nursery where the staff really care for each child that attends. My daughter has thrived since attending and is learning something new every day. She has made lots of friends and she loves to play with all the toys and equipment the nursery has to offer. A big shout out to my daughters key worker who is a lovely, kind and very approachable person who my daughter adores.

Our youngest Son attends Kids Planet, Springhead and he loves it. Our eldest Son also spent 3 very happy years there. The staff are all so friendly and approachable. It's great to know that our children are in a happy and safe environment where they are also learning so much.

Excellent nursery. Have 2 children presently there. Staff are extremely caring and capable and the care plan is extremely well thought out. Both children are extremely happy there.

All three of my children have used this nursery. When it was time for my youngest Daughter to start nursery there was no question about her going anywhere but Kids Planet. All my children have learnt so much at nursery and loved every second of it. The staff are all fantastic and form fantastic relationships with both children and parents making the whole nursery experience enjoyable and comfortable. Additional to this the meals provided are both healthy and enjoyable for the children, my Daughter enjoys them that much she regularly returns for second portions. Overall a brilliant nursery.

Fantastic nursery with such lovely, approachable and caring staff. My 1 year old is so happy here and I would highly recommend the nursery.
