My little girl loves her time at nursery and runs in every morning without a backward glance. The staff are fantastic, you can tell how much they care for the children. They provide a safe, loving and supportive environment for my child. They communicate any issues with us at handover and I get updates throughout the day on the app. I couldn't ask for more from a nursery.

Kids Planet in Springhead have incredible for my little boy, especially since moving into the toddlers room. My little boy really struggled to settle therefore he didn't really engage in the typical nursery life at all. However, the staff in the toddler room have genuinely put their heart and soul into supporting him. They know him inside and out, they go out of their way to cater for him and we've seen such a huge difference in his development and happiness going into nursery everyday. Their communication is outstanding, both in person, emails and through the app. It is genuinely like leaving him with a very well trusted family member. The staff clearly work so hard and nothing ever seems too much. My little boy absolutely loves one staff member in particular in the toddler room who puts so much time and energy into him, but also three other specific staff members are incredible with him too. The activities are always varied and look very fun everyday!! I highly recommend and can't thank you all enough.

I couldn't recommend this nursery more. My child has a dairy allergy, they took this very seriously and have amazing protocols in place for allergies. His speech, his understanding and his motor skills have excelled with the support of this nursery. He doesn't just talk about his key worker but all the girls in his room, telling us amazing tales about his day every time we pick him up. The activities they plan are inventive and creative and the kids love them. Any questions are answered promptly and clearly by the nursery manager and her team. They've helped us understand everything from tantrums to school terms/ages to milestones etc. We are planning baby number 2 and look forward to watching their journey here as well. I'll be sad when my child has to leave.

Brilliant nursery, always focusing on the development of each individual child from baby to pre school age, and letting the child gain confidence and learning to socialise. Staff are always so friendly it is a fabulous place for a child to grow and learn!!

I can not thank this nursery enough for all they have done for not only my child but to us as first time parents, the support and care has been amazing. My son is thriving here. We are forever grateful. I feel we can approach management and room staff easily and we are listened to. My son loves going to nursery and I honestly believe it's because he feels so safe and secure there. Thank you so much!

Our little girl attends this nursery and from day one they have made us as a family feel comfortable and welcome, the staff are soo lovely and dedicated to providing the best care!, it took a few weeks for our little girl to settle in but now she is super excited to go to nursery and see her friends and key worker! Who she absolutely adores! Absolutely fantastic nursery and I would highly reccomend them to anyone in the area!

Our little girl recently started at Kids Planet and it's been the best thing for her. The staff are on the ball and positive and engage with us keeping us up to date every step of the way. She is quite shy with new people and faces but since she's been coming to Kids Planet she's really grown a lot as a person and her social skills have come on leaps and bounds, couldn't rate the team here any higher.

The staff genuinely care for my little boy which puts my mind at ease. I love hearing and seeing the activities he does. I feel he is included when it comes to food time, regardless of his dietary requirements.

We are so happy that our little girl attends this nursery. She has loved it from day one and really enjoys going. She is welcomed by staff and has a great relationship with them. She has come on loads since attending and has learned a lot too. Sometimes it would be nice to receive more updates via the app but I am also aware of the staff working so hard and being really busy. We are grateful for all of the hard work the staff put in for our child and it makes the process so easy during drop-offs. Thank you.

The staff here are absolutely incredible. They go out of their way to double and triple check things regarding our son's allergies. They are so supportive of the children and make parents feel at ease! Since starting here, he has progressed beyond expectations and they nurture his abilities and creativity daily.

Excellent nursery. My daughter recently left, but she loved going, and the staff were very good - she always had a smile, every time I took her. She has improved tremendously with her eating and now will eat anything! She has autism and learning difficulties and attended Kids Planet in Springhead for the last 2 years. All the staff really helped her, and she has improved a lot with her general understanding of the world around her and how to integrate better with other children. She really loved going in, and I can't speak highly enough of this nursery. It is a shame she has now left as again, the local authority has deferred her placement, so she still hasn't got a school. I wish everywhere else was as good as this nursery - then I wouldn't have any complaints. Outstanding, and thanks.

Fantastic staff, especially in the toddler room they have helped settle my little one into the room brilliantly. She is now exited to go to nursery and really enjoys playing with the other children and staff.

Can not recommend this nursery enough. My little boy moved to this nursery recently and the difference in him is amazing. He's so happy and excited to get to nursery. The staff are all lovely and his key worker is super attentive and supportive. My son has some learning difficulties, but before starting the nursery had already put things in place to support his development. The difference in him is unbelievable, wish we'd gone here first.

This is my son's third nursery and the only one we have been happy with, right from the start he has loved going and his speech has come on tremendously. He loves all the different activities he can do and we are kept up to date through the day on what he has been doing which is always lovely to see and puts my mind at ease. Great place to leave my child. Both children have attended this nursery and loved it. The manager and staff are very approachable. My child enjoys coming to nursery, he is very active and busy. Kids Planet meets his needs perfectly. He comes home a very tired boy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I would recommend this childcare provider to my family and friends.

My little boy started in the baby room in June. I was a little bit anxious about leaving him and going back to work, but everyone made us feel so welcome and settled. I was really reassured that he would be ok, which he was. The updates on the app are always up to date and it’s brilliant to see what he is up too. He absolutely loves going to nursery. He’s excited from the moment we get out the car and so happy when I collect him. The activities he joins in with are fantastic and there are so many opportunities for him. The staff are amazing and so lovely with myself and my little boy. I couldn’t recommend Kids Planet Springhead enough!

The staff are friendly and very caring. Communication is great, the app allows me to see how my child is doing and what activities they have done and what they've eaten. Entry is secure. I've had two children attend this setting and both have settled well and flourished there. Would recommend to anyone!

This is my daughter's second week in nursery. We are really happy with the provision. She is full of smiles on collection and the nursery keep us updated on her throughout the day. The nursery have been very supportive in our dietary choices for her also.

My little boy attends this nursery in the toddler room. He has additional needs that include an extremely restricted diet and nursery have been very understanding of this and supported me and my little boy, from completing referrals for us to encouraging him to sit with his peers at mealtimes and engage in activities he wouldn’t usually using his special interest. The girls in the rooms have always been fab from babies to toddlers, they are all so friendly and supportive. The SENCo and the manager are also fantastic and can’t do enough for us, holding multi-agency meetings even during their time off work. He enjoys his time here and is always happy to attend. I am so grateful for everything they are doing to help and support my son.

Our little boy has been with this nursery for nearly two years now and he loves it here. The staff are brilliant and will always try to accommodate requests and his little quirks! They were a big help during potty training and getting him to sleep especially. They regularly update us through the app and have loads of fun things going on. The meals are varied, healthy and great and staff encourage him to eat things he refuses (like fruit). It's always hard at first leaving your child with strangers but the babies team helped him (and us) settle in really well, and now he's in toddlers he loves it there too. Would recommend this nursery 100%.
