Both our little ones, now 3 and 2 years old, have been at Maggie & Rose from baby room to toddlers and pre-school. Everyone is so amazing and the kids are so happy there! The staff kept our kids happy and smiling during their baby room growth and all the staff in toddlers are equally involved with the
kids. We’re so glad we found M & R and would highly recommend it to all parents!

Maggie and Rose's team is fantastic. My son is very happy at the nursery. We also love the educational activities of the nursery, my son got so much better with arts and crafts and focus. The team also did a fantastic job to prepare my son for the newborn sibling. Even though my son is only 2 years
old, he was fully prepared for the arrival of the new sibling. We are a big fan of the Maggie and Rose team. Thank you again.

We have found Maggie and Rose Chiswick extremely supportive and such a safe and warm environment for our son (now 2). He has been in the baby room but has just moved over to toddlers so my experience so far is with the baby room team. The baby room staff are super on to it and so loving with the children.
We get heaps of updates on their development verbally and via the App so I feel connected to what my son is doing. The food seems to be great also.
Highly recommend. The management staff are lovely also.

We have had, and continue to have, such a wonderful experience with the management and teachers at Maggie & Rose! My daughter has been going for the past two years and she absolutely loves it! She comes home to tell us all the interesting things she’s learnt from her teachers and friends. She received
such amazing support from her teachers when her little brother was born and even made her excited to be getting a brother. I would recommend Maggie & Rose to anyone!

We've been so incredibly happy ever since our son started Maggie & Rose a few months ago, and I genuinely think it's the best nursery in Chiswick.
Staff in the baby room are caring and supportive; I feel at peace when leaving my son in the morning, as I know he'll have a great time but will also be
taken care of.
Food seems to be varied and healthy, and I've seen huge progress in his self-feeding skills since starting nursery, which is awesome.
Love getting photos and status updates throughout the day and so nice they have different rooms and a garden terrace for babies to use during the day.
Thanks, Maggie & Rose team, for being the best.

I just have to share what an amazing experience both of my daughters had.
The baby room teachers were incredibly caring and professional. The nursery itself is bright and inviting, with a fantastic green area that adds to the overall charm.
But what really sets Maggie & Rose Chiswick Nursery apart
is the roof terrace. It’s a game-changer! Bright, secluded and offering plenty of outdoor fun, it’s the perfect space for kids to explore and play. Plus, with both covered and open areas, they can enjoy it rain or shine.
One thing that truly impressed me was how Maggie & Rose helped my older daughter come out of her shell. After spending six months at home during the Covid lockdown, she was quite cautious around people. But the nurturing environment and supportive staff helped her regain her confidence and socialise with others.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with our experience at Maggie & Rose.
Highly recommend!
10.

We have had a wonderful experience at Maggie and Rose. Both our children went to the nursery between 2018 and 2023.
During that time the amazing manager has stayed the same and so have many of the brilliant staff.
Both our son and daughter thrived at Maggie and Rose and the care has been fantastic
and consistent. They both struggled to settle at the beginning and were nurtured and encouraged so they left with a lot more confidence.
The space is imaginative and creative with a lovely rooftop garden for outdoor play. They also take the children on fun excursions to teach them about the world.
We have had only positive experiences of this nursery and couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Our 18-month-old child is very happy at Maggie & Rose Nursery. He is thriving and developing well and is always excited to go to nursery. He loves the staff, who are very caring and always provide great opportunities for physical development to help him reach his milestones. While also providing innovative
ways to encourage intellectual development.

We had a great experience at Maggie & Rose Chiswick Nursery for our daughter. We started there when she was 11 months old. The staff were incredible and our daughter sparked a strong bond with them, especially one member of staff in the baby room. Our daughter made some great friends and absolutely
loved her time at Maggie & Rose. She’s really developed into a sociable, confident and kind young girl thanks to the guidance of the teachers who really invested time and care in our daughter. We really liked the wide range of activities that our daughter got involved in, including the animal man that came each month. The staff made such an effort to make each week different, teaching them a wide range of different things through play. My only negative was that the toddler room was a bit small but it’s to be expected in a busy city. Also, the food wasn’t cooked on-site which it used to be. Other than those, I found our time at Maggie & Rose to be great and we were sad to leave.

We are beyond happy with Maggie & Rose Chiswick. Our daughter has attended since she was 15 months old in the baby room and is soon to be transitioning to pre-school. She asks us if it’s open on the weekend as she wants to go, all the staff are so wonderful and caring to the children. They seem to have
such a great varied day with lots of activities and bring home arts and crafts they have done.
The food is fresh and my daughter seems to eat very well there. We love all the updates and pictures using the app. We have our second daughter down to join when she is a bit older. We are very happy with Maggie & Rose.

Current Review Score: 9.9 (9.858)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.9 (9.858) out of 10 for Chiswick House Day Nursery and Preschool is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.9 out of 5 from 30 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 5.0 out of 5 from 30 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.858 for Chiswick House Day Nursery and Preschool is calculated as follows: ( (309 Excellents x 5) + (49 Goods x 4) + (1 Satisfactorys x 3) ) ÷ 359 Ratings = 4.858
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 5 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Chiswick House Day Nursery and Preschool is based on 30 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 4
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 70 number of registered child places is 14, which has been reached with 30 Positive reviews. Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
