Always friendly, welcoming, and happy staff. Good security. The spaces I have been in are clean and well-kept. The food smells delicious. The staff gives great feedback on how my grandson's day went, every time it is something different, which makes it more personal. My grandson was a slow talker, but his vocabulary has grown in leaps and bounds! Such a happy chappy!

I can't contain how happy I am with the care and help my son has. Definitely with SEN help has been amazing. My son goes in happy and out happy. Always every day. Explains how he's eaten and been. Massive variety of things to play and explore.

My son went to your nursery before he started big school and you guys were great with him, my daughter also still goes there and she loves it too. The people have been so friendly ever since the very beginning, when my son started there, very considerate and caring people, not just to my children but to myself as well. I would recommend to anyone.

I'll give them 10/10.

Communication is clear and regular so we know what he's eaten each day, how many nappy changes and even get a little glimpse of some of the day's activities.

We have had such a fantastic experience with Townsend Montessori Nursery Margate. From the initial phone call I made as an enquiry I was met with such a professional manner from the Deputy Manager, she then met with me in person to discuss the enrolment process which was carried out with such ease and kindness. Our settle-in sessions were booked for the following week. It was thorough and friendly when explaining all the details of the day-to-day activities and program that our daughter would follow. She then went on to be our daughter's key person for her time with them. The attention to detail of the staff was amazing, down to the tone of voice they used when welcoming the children into the room was noticeable. It’s evident that all the team take such care to ensure your children have the best possible experience in their care. I’d like to give a special mention to the Manager and all the staff here who made the experience so wholesome and easy.

I love this nursery. Our son has absolutely thrived there, from being very upset at being separated from me at all to being so confident now. The staff in rooms, at reception and all support staff are always charming, approachable and polite. They all really care for the children and it's really lovely to see. I'd love a few more updates on food etc on the app but that is such a minor detail in the context of how happy I am to know about the excellent care he receives whenever he is there!

Lovely nursery, my oldest son attended for 2 years and my youngest is now in his second year. The nursery is always clean and well looked after, my son always comes out smiling and the staff are so polite and can't do enough to help. Highly recommend the nursery to anyone for their children.

I can't say enough about this nursery. The staff are amazing. Very welcoming, kind, helpful, and always smiling. My daughter started in this nursery when she was only 7.5 months. Since then and even now that she is 3 years old, hasn't been a day that she didn't come back home happy. She is always happy and excited to attend her nursery. Also, within the last year she very talkative, in a positive way, for her teachers and how exciting, good, and funny her day has been.

Used to a get a good report of when they were picked up, however, certain members of staff give very little details.

Excellent communication between parents and teachers and management especially with my son who is getting tested for additional needs they have been brilliant with both my children throughout there time in this nursery

This nursery is amazing and really has helped my little boy with his speech and extra needs. He has become more confident since attending this nursery. All the staff are so lovely and kind and the setting is a great space where the children can learn and play.

They put out different activities for them which are thoughtful and creatively educational.

Very good onboarding process. Everything was explained well, the staff are friendly and professional, and we had detailed updates about how our child was settling in. We appreciated how caring and empathetic they were towards us and our little boy.

I hope the standards stay the same because I will recommend the nursery to everyone around me.

Staff are amazing and friendly. Are always happy to chat and explain what's happening. My boy loves going and can't wait to get in on the days he attends. Will always recommend this nursery to people looking.

Our son has been well cared for at Margate Townsend Montessori Nursery since he started in January 2021. The staff are very friendly and approachable and our son has developed a good relationship with a lot of the ladies who work there in the different rooms. The managers are good at listening to concerns and being flexible about our son's needs. They have been great at following our son's routine, which has really helped him settle into each room. The food is very well balanced nutritionally.

As a family, we have used Townsend Montessori Nursery Margate over the past eight years, my youngest currently attending. In the past and present, my view of this nursery is outstanding. My children have been well cared for and each of them has thrived in this setting. We see the members of staff as family and would highly recommend to anyone.

Best nursery I've experienced. Loveliest staff who are so trusted and warm. I can't fault this centre at all. Amazing place that I'd recommend highly to any family. I've always felt that my son has been cared for in the way that a family member would care for him at Townsend Montessori Nursery. They have always embraced my son in a trusted and loving way and I've had the utmost faith in the quality and philosophy of this centre. The staff always make me and my family feel welcome and at home. What a bunch of amazing women!

Although the new owners have changed some of the systems and I don’t feel they are parent friendly. Which is a shame when the in-house staff are so amazing.
