Egg Day Nursery was the best decision we made. Our little girl has just thrived there and often doesn't want to come home when we go to fetch her. They do such wonderful activities with the kids too! All the carers/teachers are so wonderful with the children and always so friendly and supportive.

My daughter has had a beautiful transition into her new room and will dearly miss the nest but is really enjoying the hatchlings and loves her new key person and staff within the room! She adores the slide and they take the best care of her and really committed to helping her learning and development and you guys are rocking it! Also, the management team are amazing and with everything. They are doing a fantastic job! And continue to amaze me! Thank you for everything! We love Egg Day Nursery!

My little boy has recently started at Egg, in the baby room. The team have been amazing settling him in (and settling me into nursery life.) They have been so flexible with his needs, taking into account his routine; and all his specific preferences meaning he has transitioned so easily to nursery life. I can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend the nursery to anyone thinking of sending their baby there.

My son started with Egg at 11 months and stayed until we relocated just before his 4th birthday. From day one Egg have been superb. I cannot rate the staff highly enough; not only in the care they provided for my son but the all-round family feel of the setting itself. We were welcomed into the Egg ‘family’ and were very sorry to leave. My son has additional health needs (severe allergies and eczema) and this was very well managed. Continued communication helped to make us feel at ease but so did their practices and procedures. The setting was very inclusive, especially for us when it came to food. Something we’re very grateful for. The nursery is well managed and the managers are visible to both parents and the children. Communication around invoicing and changes to policy was clear and concise. Their handling of the Covid situation was also brilliant and reassuring that, as ever, the children are the centre of their business. Highly recommend.

We have been extremely impressed with the care our son has received from Egg Day Nursery, during his 3 and a half years there. He has built some wonderful relationships with the staff there who have always shown care and attention to his individual well-being and educational development. The staff are professional and caring, and we are delighted to be sending our daughter there now. Thank you so much to the Egg team, the nursery experience has set a wonderful nurturing foundation for our son’s next step into school.

My eldest son joined in 2017 and we have experienced nothing but fantastic care and support from day one. Not only towards my son but a very emotional mummy too. The same when my second son joined in 2020. Both boys enjoy their days at nursery and come home talking about all the exciting activities they have done. I always feel happy leaving the boys there from the moment they are greeted by the smiley, friendly staff. As a key worker I had to work during lockdown and the staff were outstanding during such a tricky time. The mangers ensured the setting was safe and were incredibly supportive. The practitioners in the rooms ensured that the children were so happy and unaware of what was going on. I was incredibly impressed with all their hard work.
My boys love food and they are never unsatisfied with what they are given. I know that when I pick them up they are full and happy.

Questions are answered with a quick response.

Outstanding nursery with brilliant staff and a great setting for little ones to grow and learn! My daughter has been attending Egg Day Nursery since she was around 2 and a half years old and has come along leaps and bounds since being there, both in an educational sense but also personality wise, thanks to the nurturing environment they have created for all those who attend. Having been solely looked after at home before attending, I was a little nervous about how she would get on in a nursery setting but immediately after her first settling in session, I was put at ease, largely down to the great team of people working there and the tools they use, such as Tapestry, so as you can see the progress the children are making as well as keeping updated as to what they have learned throughout the day. Everything from education to the food they eat is aimed at nurturing the children and this is a testament to all who work at and run the nursery. We will be so sad to say goodbye in September!

Egg Day Nursery is a lovely, welcoming nursery. Both of my children have/are attending and it continues to give me the confidence I need to know my child is being well cared for and receives a structured learning in the early years setting.
All of the team are very approachable and helpful. My children have always enjoyed going.

I’d always highly recommend Egg Day Nursery Picket Twenty Andover.

My daughter loves it here, the staff are so friendly and caring. She has great fun doing all the different activities they organise throughout the day and we are kept updated with photos which is lovely.

I wish I could attend for the meals - they have their own private chef and the menu is something you would expect to find in a Michelin star restaurant!

My son has been attending Egg at Picket Twenty for over two years being a member of each room. He has thoroughly enjoyed his time here and built lovely relationships with friends and staff over that time. He has thrived with all the educational and fun play activities and learns new things that he shares at home that I know come from his time at Egg. He is extremely well-fed with the wonders of the chef introducing new and exciting food. Love that the facilities are modern and the garden is a safe and fun playground. My daughter starts soon for her new adventure.

The nursery facilities are excellent, the children have adequate space to play and explore. I particularly like the fact that the garden is not segregated so children of all ages can play together. The nursery staff present as really nurturing and caring. They form such good attachments with my child that they go into nursery happily and I feel reassured that he receives good care. I have had no cause to be concerned. My child is thriving in the nursery environment.

My daughter has been at Egg since she was 9 months old and will continue there until she leaves next year for school. The staff have been amazing with her throughout the years. When she struggled with separation anxiety, the staff were amazing in helping her settle down so drop-offs weren’t harder than needed. She is now a very clever young lady and we have the staff at Egg to thank for that.

Egg Day Nursery Picket Twenty provides a safe and enjoyable environment for children to thrive in. Our son has been here for over a year and has developed wonderful nurturing relationships with staff across the nursery. Staff are attentive to his needs and provide regular feedback via daily handovers and electronic communication using the app/email and the newsletter. There are robust child safeguarding procedures in place which really does provide peace of mind. The activities are stimulating and age-appropriate, introducing new concepts and encouraging little ones to explore their world. The meal plans are balanced and fresh hot meals are provided twice a day. The nursery is well led and well managed, with a very approachable management team. The enthusiasm with which our boy responds to staff and arriving at nursery is also a really good indicator of his experience of the setting too! Excellent nursery overall.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for the past 2.5 years and we have always been very pleased with the care that she's received. The staff in each room are caring and encouraging with the children and it is easy to see that they are invested in helping each child have a happy, nurturing nursery experience. Staff (including management) are also very supportive of and proactive towards any issues that arise, are always available for discussion and are keen to work with parents to ensure the best approach is taken for each child. My daughter is always happy on drop off and collection, which makes me feel confident that she is clearly happy in the environment, having made many friends among both staff and children.

Both my sons have attended Egg Day Nursery for over 3 years. In this time they have formed close bonds with the staff and other children and thoroughly enjoy/enjoyed their time there. The management works hard to develop relationships with the parents and children and are always on hand to help with any concerns I have had with my children’s health or development and gone out of their way to come up with effective plans to address them.

Particular highlights of the nursery for me and my sons are the free flow play - enabling them to play with each other during the day despite being in different classes and the variety and quality of the food - the chef is amazing!

Having never looked around or been to a nursery I was unsure of what to expect when looking around. when I walked in the building I felt very welcome and loved seeing all the things the children where doing and how happy they all where, when my son started with Egg when had a very lovely home visit and then some settling visits for him to get used to everything, this made him starting nursery so much easier. He has loved nursery and has such strong bonds with all the staff. I could not recommend the nursery more as everyone is always so lovely.

My eldest daughter was with Egg Day Nursery from the first month of its opening in picket twenty until she left for primary school in September 2019. The nursery has a friendly and neat environment. The staff is very friendly, approachable and has a beautiful and professional relationship with parents. The ratio of children to staff is amazing and children are well looked after. There is feedback to parents for the daily activities, meals and playtimes. The tapestry portal is also an avenue to see all activities children have taken part within the day. I find useful as a good source for feedback and for parents to monitor the progress and developments of children. Parents are always greeted and warmly welcomed at the entrance

My daughter formed a strong bond with staff and other children and always sings praises of the staff not forgetting about the chef. Currently, I have two children still with the nursery and they are always excited on the days they go into nursery. I would always recommend.
