Located in Erith, Kent, the nursery was rated 'Good' by Ofsted in October 2018 and provides 86 places for children aged from six months to five years.
The nursery is managed by the Early Year's Alliance, whose contribution to the sector is highly-regarded throughout England. All activities are planned in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and there is a strong focus on healthy eating.
The nursery is open from 8.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday, 52 weeks of the year, excluding bank holidays and three staff training days.
Families accessing government-funded childcare hours are not charged for extras such as consumables, learning resources, or activities. However, a contribution is asked towards snacks and meals, which is entirely voluntary for families accessing funded hours.

Late pick-up charges are: £20 for the first 15 minutes, £10 for every additional 5 minutes thereafter
Refundable Deposit
The nursery does not charge a registration fee. However, families who are paying fees are required to pay a deposit to secure their child's place. This deposit is fully refundable and will be deducted from your final invoice, provided the required notice period has been given and all terms of the agreement have been met. Full details of the deposit and notice requirements will be provided during the enrolment process to ensure complete transparency and peace of mind for families.

West Street Nursery is a fantastic place for kids to be in. The staff have so much passion for their jobs and the kids in their care. The teachers helped my kids to achieve their developmental goals, like toilet training, learning to feed themselves, speech, communicating and social skills.

West Street Nursery is a fantastic place for kids to be in. The staff have so much passion for their jobs and the kids in their care. The teachers helped my kids to achieve their developmental goals, like toilet training, learning to feed themselves, speech, communicating and social skills. They have got a lot of resources and facilities to stimulate learning in the first years of children's lives. The nursery is always kept neat and tidy and the environment is very safe. Overall, I can't fault this nursery and would highly recommend.

Very welcoming nursery. My son has had a great time here his learnt so much and that's all thanks to his fantastic teachers especially his key person. It's been amazing to watch him grow here.

My daughter has been at West Street Nursery for nearly 2 months now and she is really enjoying it there. The environment is fun, friendly and very welcoming to parents and children. The staff are fantastic and work very well with the children. I was very satisfied with how the staff, including management, got my daughter to settle into nursery. She very much enjoys and looks forward to going every day. Overall, I find the nursery to be satisfactory.
