Banana Moon Day Nursery Nunhead

Our daughter has been at Banana moon since she was 10 months old, she is currently 17 months and is happy to arrive at the gates each day. The staff are super friendly and caring, and she seems very comfortable with them all! She clearly has lots of fun doing various activities all day, has wonderful food, and is safe and nurtured. Thanks Banana moon!

Our son has been at the nursery for 6 months now and we couldn't be happier with the experience. They were so understanding and supportive during the settling in stage and we continue to be impressed with all the amazing activities he does everyday there. His development has come on so much since he started there, he comes home with a new skill nearly every week. Most importantly it's obvious he's really happy there and has bonded with so many of the staff (he regularly sings their names on the way to nursery because he's so excited to see them!). I'm so glad we chose Banana Moon as our nursery.

We have had a fantastic experience of banana moon baby and toddler rooms. They make SUCH an effort with the kids and the parents. The staff are fantastic and enthusiastic- the kids always look like they are having a lovely time. Excursions to the supermarket is a real touch. Our child loves the staff and has blossomed in their care.

Great nursery wonderful staff my daughter loves it. Very thoughtful staff and something new on every week. They keep you upto date on the app with what they have been upto and are always trying new foods and activities with them.

The staff at Banana moon go above and beyond for both the children and the parents. They are true carers, and thanks to them, our daughter is settled, learning and growing so beautifully - and we, as first time parents, have survived a scary transition from home care to day care! Thanks to the entire team for your dedication.

Banana Moon is an amazing nursery, which feels like an extension of our family with our second child currently in mini moons. The staff are brilliant and in particular Kemi who cares deeply about the children, her team and the success of the nursery. Both my children love it and I have recommended this nursery to many friends who have also enrolled their children here.

We have been absolutely delighted with our daughter's time at Banana Moon. From day one, the staff have made her feel so safe and loved - she genuinely looks forward to going each day.

The team all know her as an individual and the standard of care is consistently high. Communication with parents is great too - we always feel kept in the loop.

The environment is bright, clean, and full of joy - every corner is thoughtfully designed to spark curiosity and imagination. The activities are so well-planned and educational while still being so much fun that my child can't wait to go every morning!

Would recommend to anybody looking.

Our son has been at Banana Moon for a couple of months now, and we really couldn't be happier. The staff are incredible, just so warm, friendly, kind and proactive - they always make a fuss of our son and he is happy to see them when we drop him off. His development has come on leaps and bounds, and we love that he's been able to go out on day trips.

Overall we had a very positive experience sending our son to Banana Moon. The staff are what make it - they are all extremely warm and get to know the children as individuals. They do a range of activities day to day, including messy plan and celebrating various events throughout the year. They spend time in the garden, especially when it's warm. Our son was very happy there and made lots of friends and was sad to leave.

Our daughter has been at Banana Moon over a year now having started when she was 8 months' old. The staff are incredibly warm and friendly and take a huge amount of trouble. I never felt worried leaving our daughter with them. Her key worker has been completely fab and overall we are really pleased with the service we have received.

Banana Moon is a great nursery. The space is organized and the staff are friendly and kind to the children. My daughter enjoys going to nursery everyday and always has stories to tell about all her friends and teachers.

Our daughter loves Banana Moon so much. First in the teenies site, and now in the full moons site. She has learned and developed so much, which has made the prospect of starting school easier to contemplate. And she has formed a great friendship group. She will soon be moving on and we will all miss the excellent staff who put on such great activities for the children.
