Wonderful- son has been attending since 6 months old. I love the diverse curriculum where they are exposed to experiences from different cultures- truly unique. The trips are also fantastic. It's a great place

Best nursery If you're looking for a nursery where your child will be cherished, supported, and encouraged every single day - Banana moon is the place to send your children. The environment is bright, clean, and full of joy - every corner is thoughtfully designed to spark curiosity and imagination. The activities are so well-planned and educational while still being so much fun that my child can't wait to go every morning!

Staff - Our son settled in wonderfully at Banana Moon from 11 months old. He had 2 key carers who got to know him & cared for him with enthusiasm for his development and wellbeing. We especially appreciate Hawa & Nabila, who treated our son with warmth & motherly care. Kemi & Gay Anne are also visible & actively engaging with the children, which is lovely to see. Basel the director did the Father's Day BBQ. Menu - The management seek input from parents when planning the menu & it's clear that suggestions are taken seriously. Meals are created with children's needs & preferences in mind. Activities - There's a range of daily activities including storytelling, singing & messy play. A music specialist visits weekly, & the children enjoy outdoor play, painting & other creative experiences that support their development. Trips - Our son has had the chance to go on monthly trips, including visits to the library, the zoo, a farm & nearby food markets. Thanks all at Banana Moon!

I would give 10 stars if I could. Our daughter joined Banana Moon Nunhead when she turned 1. The way they took care of our daughter as if it was their own child has given us the reassurance we needed in times of peak worry, stress and guilt of leaving our baby in order to go back to work. Our daughter's speech, behavior and social skills have exponentially grown weeks after starting nursery. What makes this nursery the best is the people. The nursery staff, the cook, the music man have all left a truly incredible mark in our lives as parents and of course our daughter who only talks about all the activities they do together. She could not wait to go to nursery every single day. As we are transitioning to the new site of Mini Moon, it is bittersweet to know we won't drop her off at St Mary's site where it all started for us. However, we know our big girl will be welcomed by wonderful, trustworthy people once again. We cannot recommend this nursery enough!

Brilliant nursery over both the baby site and pre school site. We have children at both who are incredibly happy - great facilities and superb staff. Kemi, who oversees both, is brilliant. Would recommend to anybody looking.

Our son has been at Banana Moon for a couple of months now, and we really couldn't be happier. The staff are incredible, just so warm, friendly, kind and proactive - they always make a fuss of our son and he is happy to see them when we drop him off. His development has come on leaps and bounds, and we love that he's been able to go out on day trips.

Overall we had a very positive experience sending our son to Banana Moon. The staff are what make it - they are all extremely warm and get to know the children as individuals. They do a range of activities day to day, including messy plan and celebrating various events throughout the year. They spend time in the garden, especially when it's warm. Our son was very happy there and made lots of friends and was sad to leave.

Our daughter has been at Banana Moon over a year now having started when she was 8 months' old. The staff are incredibly warm and friendly and take a huge amount of trouble. I never felt worried leaving our daughter with them. Her key worker has been completely fab and overall we are really pleased with the service we have received.

Banana Moon is a great nursery. The space is organized and the staff are friendly and kind to the children. My daughter enjoys going to nursery everyday and always has stories to tell about all her friends and teachers.

Our daughter loves Banana Moon so much. First in the teenies site, and now in the full moons site. She has learned and developed so much, which has made the prospect of starting school easier to contemplate. And she has formed a great friendship group. She will soon be moving on and we will all miss the excellent staff who put on such great activities for the children.

A wonderful nursery which embraces all cultures and celebrations. Children are encouraged and supported in all aspects of learning and parents are actively encouraged and invited to be a part of the nursery community though stay and play, coffee mornings and afternoon parties for Mother's Day, Christmas, Father's Day etc. There is a diverse and well thought out programme of activities for children which encourages their learning and development and preparation for school. We are very happy with Banana Moon and recommend it highly.

We love Banana Moon, and we're very grateful for the care they give our little boy. We can tell he loves it there and could not be better looked after by his key worker the rest of the staff. The variety and amount of activities he does on a daily basis is a huge plus for us, as is the menu of food the kids have every day. Couldn't be happier.

I am so happy that my daughter is at Banana Moon in Nunhead (St Mary's site). She is well supported and her continued development is encouraged, she seems very happy and every member of staff I encounter, especially her key workers, are really engaged and friendly. I love that they have the large outside space that they always seem to be playing in when we pick her up at the end of the day.

I have had many great interactions with the workers at the nursery and completed a parent meeting this morning with the lady and it went well and I appreciated her feedback and support. Thanks also to all the staff at Banana Moon.

I couldn't rate Banana Moon Nunhead more highly. Every staff member is so kind and caring, my child is so happy in their care. The facilities are very clean and the food served is incredible and made fresh on site daily. I couldn't ask for more from a nursery.

We have had a brilliant experience with banana moon and the staff there since our son started in February. The staff are kind and caring and our son has really enjoyed all the activities they put / playing in the nursery garden. He also really enjoys the food served.

Highly recommend this nursery. We've only had good experiences with the staff and our son loves it. He gets a healthy and varied diet, lots of play time and is well looked after. Our son was 9 months when he started but he feels very well taken care of and it's clear all the staff are passionate about making his time safe and enjoyable.

Banana Moon staff support my daughter's transition to a nursery setting which initially had challenges. They made an immediate decision which helped support my daughter with toileting. They have been patient and supported me in various other challenges during our time at the nursery. I am grateful for all their support.

I waited for months for my daughter to secure a place in this nursery and all I can say is I'm glad I did! My son also recently started at this nursery. the staff are very helpful, trained and experienced. They provide a friendly and nurturing environment for the children. The nursery is very organised and ensure that they provide updates on how our children are getting on. The premises are safe and clean at all times. The children always seem happy and relaxed.
