Bright Swans is a lovely nursery. The staff are great and even though my son only attends a few days they seem to know him very well which is a good sign. My son seems happy and well cared for and that's all I can wish for from a nursery. Very pleased with it as he has settled in quickly and enjoys
it.

I put my 9-month-old son into this nursery on my return to work. I have never even for one day had to worry about him going in. He has been happy and confident going in and has gone from strength to strength. I'm amazed at his development. The staff are lovely but professional and my son genuinely loves
them. Great nursery and a huge weight off my mind.

My grandson has been coming to Bright Swans since 2015, he has speech problems and was very quiet in himself, the nursery has taught him so much, he never stops talking now and not quiet in himself he loves going every day. The staff are wonderful people very polite and they always take time with the
children. He learns new things every day. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone, also they helped me with potty training.

Very welcoming on arrival, tended to our needs, provided information relevant to me and a potential placement for my 2 year old son in September. All staff very friendly, particularly impressed with outside area.

We were welcomed on arrival with a smile and someone came straight to us and gave us a tour. We were shown every room thoroughly and all our questions were answered by the lady who was showed us around. The lady knew what she was talking about which made me feel really comfortable and at ease.

Really friendly and helpful staff and a lovely atmosphere in the nursery. The nursery is a wonderful environment with excellent outdoor space. We have attended open days and "stay and plays" and this has been invaluable in helping our daughter to settle in.

I would pick up and drop my niece to this nursery and can honestly say that it felt good to know she's in safe hands. The standard is very good, she was always happy when I collected her and always spoke about the activities and her day. The nursery has had a very good impact on her development and
social skills in her early years.

My daughter settled here after a rocky start elsewhere. There is such a big difference within three weeks she happily would go to nursery (her last nursery she would not stop crying throughout the whole day so I had no choice but to move her). The staff are friendly and genuinely care for the children,
my daughter has developed and has a keen interest in reading, and can write her name, dress herself and has helped in preparation for reception. I would highly recommend Bright Swans, best choice I ever made.

We signed up nearly a year ago at an open day, and have just started settling in sessions. We have been to stay and play sessions throughout the last year, meeting staff and getting to know the setting. The staff are so lovely and friendly, and the setting really is a "home from home". The garden is
fabulous! a very big space with lots of activities, sand, mud, construction etc, looks really fun!

My son started at Bright Swans just after his first birthday. I was initially terrified at the thought of putting our son into childcare, and was dreading returning to work. I shouldn't have worried! All the staff at Bright Swans have done everything they can to make sure my family have been well looked
after and cared for. From making our son smile everyday and telling us amusing stories of what he has been up to and the things he has learnt, to putting up with a (sometimes haha) over emotional mum, Bright Swans have always been there. The staff always have time to talk and feedback on our son's day; nothing ever seems too much trouble. And their garden is incredible!!!! We fell in love with their wooden tee-pee and mud kitchen from the first day we looked around! Our son absolutely loves it out there; outdoor play is something Bright Swans should pride themselves on. We are really looking forward to our son learning French when he turns 2 at the nursery's new French lessons for toddlers. My family definitely recommend this nursery!!

Impressed with the constant desire to improve and develop the offering they have as a day nursery. I think it is great they want to offer additional activities such as the sensory room and french lessons and I am sure they will introduce more things. All the staff are great and I really trust the Manager
to ensure standards are kept high. We have just started our baby girl at the nursery, as well as our toddler, and the level of care seems to be very high, with staff who aren't even in the baby room telling me they checked in to see how she was doing, which is really lovely. They even know how to deal with over emotional mothers! Both our girls are really happy there with our eldest even getting upset when she couldn't go over Christmas.
