My experience with Bright Swans has been fantastic. Brilliant communication with myself and staff. They have offered my daughters lots of support especially with settling in. They have great facilities and lots of fun learning activities. Highly recommended!

Best place for your child or baby. Outstanding daycare for every child with the best support and care. Our baby went from the age of 9 months old and makes a lot of progress and always looks happy when she comes back from daycare. Excellent in every way!

My son enjoyed going to this nursery. Very welcoming and friendly staff who gave a detailed description of what my son had eaten during the day which was nice. My son and I will miss this place. Thank you for all the support.

The staff are very polite, professional and caring. They listen if you may have any concerns. It is a secure place for children. All staff are very good to the children. My child absolutely loves the nursery and looks forward to going in.

I am very pleased with this nursery and how much progress my son has made. His speech has improved and so has his social skills. He loves going to nursery every day, which makes me as a mother feel at ease knowing his happy and safe at nursery. The staff are lovely and are very helpful and
welcoming. Overall a great nursery.

My son has been attending Bright Swans for nearly 2 years now. The staff are lovely and can't do enough for you. My son loves the staff and every morning lists all the staff he thinks will be there that day.

My son really enjoys his nursery. He has settled in really well and I am so pleased. The staff are great. They have nappy trained my child quickly and I have noticed a big difference in his speech. He is using a lot more words. The rooms are really well resourced and I am very happy with the whole
nursery. It is always nice and clean. Very good nursery.

Very good staff and pleasant place. Very caring and helpful. The nursery has good space and clean. I am satisfied with everything so far.

Staff are very polite and professional. My daughter is definitely loving it. I bring my youngest daughter as well.

I visited this nursery recently, met by a very professional manager who took me around and explained all the facilities available. I was given their recent report which is impressive and outlined all the work the nursery and staff do. Clean tidy nursery with a large garden, have signed up my child
to attend full time.

Communication with parents is very poor and complete lack of accountability by the owner.

Friendly staff, well trained and ideal location as it’s off the main road and ample parking.
Our child has bloomed at Swans. She is growing into a strong independent, free-thinking child.

Bright Swans is an exceptionally great nursery. My son thoroughly enjoys coming to nursery and is excited each and every morning to attend. The staff are always smiling and give fantastic feedback daily on how my child is progressing. The garden is a large forest space and the indoor rooms are
bright and inviting. Highly recommend this to all parents who are looking for a nursery.

Experience wise is very good and the service is very good.
Our daughter has made so much progress in this nursery, she is learns so many things and the staff are really helpful.
The nursery manager did so much to help my daughter's speech, she wasn't speaking before but now she can speak with is
really helpful to me. Thank you.

My child was very well looked after by very friendly and competent staff. He was very happy to attend and always had lots of fun. My child has additional needs and he was always included in activities etc. and offered extra support as and when needed.

The staff at Bright Swans Day Nursery are all fantastic but for me, the staff who look after my little boy are at the top of my list because they have really encouraged him to become more confident and socialise with other children. When he first started, he didn't talk or play with any other
children, but with their support, he is a new child. He talks non-stop and his motor skills are fantastic. I really can't thank the girls enough!!

This nursery is an excellent practice. It provides a home from home care. They are always happy to answer questions. All staff are friendly and polite.
