Naturally Learning Charlestown

As a 'nanny' when my first grandchild was starting nursery I was very anxious. I felt a great sense of relief when my grandaughter came home from nursery and reported that she ' liked someone there' very much. I thought at first it must be one of the other children but Not so. It turns out she is the cook! And that was the start, my grandaughter loves naturally learning, what a great team they have and what passion and drive. I love the App and it is pretty obvious from the enthusiasm of the children and the posts that it would be hard to match what Charlestown offer. Thank you all.

A lovely nursery with the loveliest staff!! Truly all the staff are very friendly happy people who my daughter loves to be with. In my opinion, people who you trust your child with is the most important thing.

A very friendly nursery with great communication from all the staff. The children learn so much through their own discoveries and develop at their own pace. The outdoor Forest and Beach Schools enhance the children's learning and development. I always thought that a preschool had to be attached to a school for children to receive such a high level of teaching but Naturally Learning has shown me otherwise. Not only does my child learn fantastic things but its all set at a pace that is right for them.

Amazing nursery, incredible staff. My child loves it here and I am one happy mum. Being only a baby I was anxious about them starting but the manager and team were so reassuring and have such a depth of knowledge, especially about the little ones. I love that the babies and toddlers have their own special garden to explore in safely as well as getting to go on trips to the woods and the beach too.

We are so pleased with the nursery and the fantastic experiences both our children have had here. They are outside in all weathers, they come home filthy and beaming from ear to ear. Care is very good and any issues we have had have been sorted out straight away.Highly recommend!

Naturally Learning Charlestown is brilliant. My daughter absolutely loves going there. Me and my hubby are pleased with this nursery and are happy with our decision to send our daughter there.

My son absolutely loves going to nursery. He is learning so much by being allowed to explore, have fun and ask questions at his own pace, and all with excellent input and responses from enthusiastic and highly qualified staff. I am forever indebted to NLC for giving my son an amazing start to his personal and educational development.

Naturally Learning Charlestown has been a home away from home for my girls. They love coming here and learn so much! (They're even teaching me a thing or two). They forage for wild ingredients to cook on an open fire in their own magical woods. They walk down to Charlestown beach to explore the rock pools. They learn such an array of amazing things and all at their pace, all of their learning comes from what the children are really excited by, it's incredible! They have more qualified teachers in the building than I have ever seen in any other nursery or Reception class for that matter! From the management to the apprentices, they all seem so enthusiastic and passionate and it really rubs off on my girls.

Very impressed with the nursery. Exactly what we were after when leaving our 2 year old for the first time. Staff were extremely caring and nurturing. Fast forward to a 3 year old who now cannot wait to go when it's nursery day!!

My grandson loves going to nursery and particularly loves the fantastic woodland. He always talks about climbing trees and toasting marshmallows on the fire. The staff are lovely and really care for him. I love the fact that they have qualified teachers working inside and in the woods, he has learnt so much and is becoming so independent. A really lovely place!

I think come September when she starts school, she will be quite sad to leave.

My daughter is extremely happy at nursery. She looks forward to seeing both the staff and her friends. The nursery is lucky enough to have its own woods and be close enough to walk to the beach, both of which my daughter loves. The food is freshly cooked daily and is an amazing variety, my daughter is usually fussy but eats all kinds of different food when at the nursery. The nursery has recently been re-decorated and has a clean and modern look. My daughter won’t be happy when it’s time to leave here to go to school!

This nursery is fantastic! Everything from the childcare to the decor is so beautiful. I am very impressed with the service I have received since enrolling my niece to Naturally Learning and have told all my friends and family about it!

The nursery is so lovely and all the staff are brilliant! They have forest and beach school available every day. My son loves it particularly in the forest with a fire. All the food is lovely fresh and cooked on site too.

The staff are amazing and the learning is second to none. My daughter learns more here than her friends do at other Pre Schools. I love that they have qualified teachers leading the learning and the manager is always on hand to help out.

My youngest child goes here, I wish that my two eldest went here as I feel like they missed out on a brilliant experience. It’s not like your average nursery. There’s more focus on your child exploring the outdoors and getting very dirty from jumping in muddy puddles and playing in rock pools at the beach.They learn how to make, use, play with nature.

My son has come back recognising numbers, how to interact, share show compassion with other children and more. Great members of staff that are friendly, always give me a rundown of his day and how he’s been. They play with him, make him laugh, teach him, support him and they care. They’re not worried to pick my child up and give him a cuddle if he’s upset or set his boundaries when needed.

The food is healthy, my child can be quite fussy but they have a good selection and there’s always something he will like. The cook is brilliant. They always have some new innovative ideas to use in the setting and I recommend wholeheartedly.

My child attends this nursery and I could not be happier. They have the most amazing time and learn so much.

All in all a great place and now it is undergoing a facelift, it will soon be even better.

I pick my nephew up most days and he has always had the most wonderful time! The staff are so caring and so amazing at what they do!
