Cybertots at Copley Close Children's Centre

The team here are just amazing which makes all the difference. Our child has developed a lot of social skills and had learned numbers and sentences, thanks to all the team members. We know our child is cared for and looked after in our absence.

A fantastic nursery where the staff are caring, professional and experienced. Our child is loved and nurtured here and has many opportunities to develop through stimulating and exciting activities. Feedback given at the end of the day is excellent and parents are made to feel welcome and involved.

Everything is amazing. Thank you isn’t enough for all the staff there. My daughter was very attached to us and we have to move her from another nursery because she wasn’t happy at all. But when she started going to Cybertots everything has been changed from the very early start. I hope all the best and if I have a second child will definitely come to Cybertots.

Excellent service both by staff and management, my daughter has been going for over 1 year and really enjoys it. The staff are amazing and always give a detailed review of my daughter's day. They also let me know of her milestones and what we can do at home with her.

Our experience with Cybertots at Copley Close has been nothing short of exceptional. Our son started there when he was 10 months and the staff has been nothing but brilliant. We feel he has developed so much from being there. The staff always take the time to tell us how his day has been, and we feel they know our son really well. The actual nursery is super lovely, the management is amazing, and I really like that they communicate with parents in multiple ways (ie parent app, email etc). We are kept really well informed. I highly recommend the nursery for anyone's child!

My child started preschool at the beginning of the year and took a little while to settle in. The staff were so caring and supportive during this time. She is now super confident, comes home with lots of artwork, singing songs, telling me about her friends. The nursery staff put in so much effort to the themes each month and the children are a key part of creating the vibrant displays. The communication with the parents is very strong and we are made to feel like a key part of the nursery community. Our ideas and views are listened to and actioned quickly, we are invited to many activities. I would fully recommend this nursery and its staff. I love hearing them all say morning as my child enters the room each day.

A wonderful nursery. As a mum, it's so hard to leave your little one but I always feel confident my little girl is having a lovely time and being well cared for. They seem to have such a wide variety of stimulating activities for the babies. She goes to nursery with a smile on her face and has formed a really strong bond with her key worker and all the staff there. The staff seem to genuinely love the children. The staff always make an effort to communicate with parents and keep us updated. It's also really reassuring to have the cameras - I can look in throughout the day and see my baby having fun.

This nursery is amazing! My daughter needs extra help and the staff have been so good to her. They also give a very detailed description of my child's day and always have a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. My daughter has been coming here for one and a half years and she loves it.

My daughter and I absolutely love this nursery and staff. This is definitely like a second home for my child. I can see that she is comfortable, she has become more confident and has developed well since being here. They encourage feedback and implement it where possible. Staff are also really friendly, helpful and encouraging. It was definitely the best choice sending her here.

This is my first experience of ever leaving my son with anyone else to look after him and I feel so well supported by such a lovely, caring team of incredible women who are clearly such professionals and so experienced - they have all shown me they know exactly how to reassure both myself and my son as we were settling in through this transition period. After just one three-hour session he was singing the name of his key worker in the bath with a huge smile on his face! I’m so grateful for all the kindness and patience that I myself have been shown, as well as my son. I can see how much the whole team obviously care for small children and love what they do and I think that comes across in everything that I’ve seen so far, and I feel so relieved and happy that I know my son is in such a loving environment when I walk away. I feel so lucky that we will continue to receive such great care as everyone at Cybertots at Copley Close Children's Centre look after my son. It’s been such a positive experience.

Sending my son to Cybertots at Copley Close Children's Centre was the best decision. The nursery is such a lovely setting - groups are the right size compared to bigger nurseries. Staff churn is very low so most kids have the same contact for most of their time. Lovely garden, loads of activities - children learn independence and the curriculum them well for school. Meals are prepared in the nursery's kitchen, which is also a plus. My child spent a very happy 3.5 years there - I can see a very positive impact on his development.

Overall, a fantastic experience for both my child and our family. Excellent level of care and knowledge among all Staff. The only regret is that my Son is leaving Cybertots due to starting school! I can honestly recommend this nursery to anyone who needs to find one for their children. Having visited several local nurseries, I can say that Cybertots is the best one. Staff are friendly and reassuring which I appreciated as my Son had problems settling in. While in other settings I visited I felt over-anxious about leaving him, I was confident that Cybertots will provide the level of care I needed for my Son. Cybertots definitely did not disappoint. They are aware and attend to children’s individual needs which was important for us (multicultural and multilingual family). Thank you very much to all Staff at Cybertots.

The staff at Cybertots at Copley Close are really friendly and helpful. The children all seem happy and settled. The nursery have a great range of activities and resources. Lovely outdoor space. Very clean. Would definitely recommend.

The nursery has handled the challenges of lockdown fantastically and provides a happy and safe learning environment for our children. Can’t praise them highly enough!

My daughter missed her nursery a lot during the lockdown and is very happy to be back. Her big sister attended this nursery some years ago and has very happy memories of this time.

My son has been going to Cybertots at Copley Close since he was 8-months-old, now he will start reception in September. The time spent in the nursery has a very positive effect on his development and self-confidence, every morning he was happy to go to the nursery and meet with friends again, he just loved it. All employees are very nice. They want to get to know every child well and always listen to them. I highly recommend Cybertots at Copley Close nursery to all parents.
