Our son missed being away from nursery so much during lockdown but returned at the beginning of July,# and bounces in and out every day. Since starting at Cybertots last September, he has grown in confidence and made some really great friends. We love that it's a small nursery, making it more intimate
with all staff and children knowing each other well. The app is great too and such a fantastic way to get live updates on what the children are learning and their progress.
Their Covid-19 policies have been effective and aren't disruptive to the children and their enjoyment and learning. We could start in a school nursery this year, but have decided to keep our son in Cybertots for another year as he's so happy there.

My little one is in the baby room and they are fantastic, he's always happy to come. Staff are great and consistent which was really important for me because babies need to feel comfortable. I am really happy with my choice of nursery.

My child has been going to Cybertots at Copley Close since he was 9 months old. He is now at the end of his time in the nursery before he starts reception in September 2020. The care he had in the baby room was fantastic. The staff in that room is very experienced and did an excellent job looking after
him. He quickly settled in and made a lot of progress. He later moved to the toddler/pre-school room where he continued to receive excellent care. The staff in the toddler room is also very experienced. The children's learning and imagination were also supported by activities such as maths, music, and Spanish, which my son really enjoyed. My son recently went back to the nursery after the UK lockdown and he is loving it. The nursery has put in place very stringent safety measures to ensure the well-being of the children and staff and we felt confident for our son to go back to nursery. He will miss everyone at the nursery when he leaves and so will we.

Cybertots at Copley Close is absolutely amazing. The staff are very experienced, caring and fabulous. My child loves this nursery and settled in brilliantly within 3 weeks regardless of his severe separation anxiety. The staff are very welcoming and always make time for you if you need a chat, they
give excellent feedback at the end of the day when you pick up your child. The manager has done a great job of putting together the best team possible. Well done and a big thank you to everyone at Copley Close.

Our son has been attending Cybertots at Copley Close for over a year now and throughout this entire time, we have been more than satisfied with the service. Each practitioner is incredibly kind and welcoming and has cared and raised/taught our son to the individual he is. Each day when we drop him off
we know he's safe and in good hands. We wouldn't want him anywhere else. The staff are also very understanding of our requirements whenever we've needed to change dates of attendance, even on short notice.

We are absolutely delighted with the nursery and how they are looking after our daughter. Attitude comes from the top and the manager leads an enthusiastic and caring team, in looking after the children with care, interest and compassion.
They host some lovely events and the children often return
home with presents and cards they've made during the day. It's a really lovely environment and we view ourselves as lucky to have this nursery available to us.

Our son has been attending this nursery for over a year now and I can’t praise it enough. People working there seem to be genuinely caring and interested in getting to know the children – their personalities, their likes and dislikes. Children feel listened to and respected (and are being taught to
respect others in return), they are clearly having fun and learning quite a lot in the process. The nursery is also very accommodating with regards to any dietary requirements, including catering for children with allergies, which makes life a lot easier and a lot less stressful for parents.

My daughter has been going to the nursery for the past year and she loves every minute of it. The staff are very friendly and are also very accommodating. They have this energy that rubs off on the kids. They also have interesting ideas for things to get the kids to be involved in, such as making
a movie and having a movie premiere for the show. The children there are very happy and very tidy. Even though space is limited, they make very good use of all the space. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.1 (9.127) out of 10 for Cybertots at Copley Close Children's Centre is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.9 out of 5 from 5 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.2 out of 5 from 5 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.933 for Cybertots at Copley Close Children's Centre is calculated as follows: ( (56 Excellents x 5) + (4 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 60 Ratings = 4.933
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 4.194 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Cybertots at Copley Close Children's Centre is based on 5 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 10 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, and then 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews and then 0.1 Points for the next five Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.100, 7th = 0.100, 8th = 0.100, 9th = 0.100, 10th = 0.100) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 = 3.5
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 36 number of registered child places is 7.2. 5 Positive Reviews ÷ 7.2 = 0.694
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
