Our baby has started nursery in January 2026 just after turning 1 and we've had a great experience at the nursery so far, from the home visit, through the settling in period and now with the regular daily routine. The staff have been incredible throughout, really kind and understanding and show deep
care and nurturing to our son, who is now so happy to see them in the morning and has fun participating in activities. In particular, extra care has been taken to support us with his food allergies, to ensure he is safe and eating well. We can have peace of mind that he's well looked after each day.

Couldn't be happier with the way in which the Copley Close Cybertots team have looked after our little boy. They have been extremely attentive and caring from day 1, going out of their way to ensure he is well looked after, especially when it comes to him eating well. Within a fortnight he's now
laughing and smiling when being dropped off, and it's clear he likes the staff, and they like him. All of this has made our transition back to work so much easier knowing he's in good hands.

My daughter has been attending the nursery for a few months now and has really enjoyed her time there, she always talks about her day with happiness. The staff are very caring and really care about the children's needs and provide lovely updates about the children's developent and their day at the
nursery.

I have had my children at Cybertots Copley Close since we moved to the area, October 2022. Both baby room and pre-school staff are wonderful! They care for the children with love, dedication and respect. I particularly value the daily feedbacks at pickup: all staff is well tuned with what children
have been up to. Every now and then there is a event for parents to come and join the little ones nursery environment and peers. Communication with staff and management is smooth, open and friendly. I could not recommend them better!

This nursery is truly exceptional! The staff are warm, caring, and go above and beyond to make every child feel safe, loved, and valued. The children receive plenty of cuddles and emotional support, and it's clear they are genuinely well cared for. The team takes the time to ask about the children's
weekends, holidays, and any updates on their well-being and health issues, showing just how much they truly care.
Play is child-led, with staff thoughtfully incorporating each child's interests and engaging with them on their level. It's wonderful to see such a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and grow in a way that feels natural and fun. A truly outstanding nursery that puts the happiness and well-being of every child first!

Cybertots at Copley has been an absolute blessing for our family! The staff are incredibly warm and attentive - they genuinely care about creating a nurturing environment. My kids come home bubbling with stories about new discoveries and friendships. Their classrooms perfectly balance learning with
creative play, and the outdoor space is fantastic for exploration. What I love most is how they recognize each child's unique personality, tailoring activities to build confidence. It's amazing to see how much they've grown socially and developmentally in such a short time. My little ones are thriving in every way - their language skills, creativity, and independence have all blossomed. Couldn't be happier with our choice - seeing our children flourish here says it all! The staff are particularly fantastic and extremely kind and loving to our kids, which sets our minds at ease. Thank you to the lovely staff for taking care of our most precious things in the world.

Cybertots at Copley Close does a wonderful job minding my son. My boy loves going to nursery and is so close with the teachers. I genuinely feel he is loved and cared for appropriately there. The teachers also have excellent daily reviews for my son and help with potty training, speech, social cues.
I have taken my son to several nurseries and a feeling of love and support is what matters most to me and I truly feel we have found it with Cybertots at Copley Close.

Lovely staff and brilliant with children. My little one is learning day by day and having amazing outcomes. She is also eating new foods that she wouldn’t eat at home. She is developing so much really lovely nursery.

Highly recommend Cybertots at Copley Close. Both my children have loved attending the nursery to date. Staff are kind and professional, nutritious and varied menu and lots of different activities to broaden children's experiences.

The staff at Cybertots are always helpful and keen on children's best development. My child is happy every morning to go to nursery and enjoy all activities planned for his age. He loves cooking and this encourages his creativity.

My little one has been with the nursery since she turned one. She absolutely loves it there and looks forward to going to the nursery each morning. The activities are varied and no day is the same, she is always engaged and has been learning so much.
The staff, what can I say?! The staff are what
makes this nursery so very special. They are so lovely and attentive to any issues raised, give great feedback and you can truly see they love what they do and each and every child bonds with them so well. They have taken care of my child so well since day one and I’m so glad I opted for Cybertots. Seriously, can’t say enough good things about this place.

I cannot speak highly enough for Cybertots at Copley Close. They are a truly exceptional institution and put children at the forefront of their care. Every single nursery worker we have come across have been exceptional. My younger child is currently in the baby room, and every morning she greets
them with open arms, showing how much love and attention she gets from them. Even my older child (who left for school last year) would come over to see her teachers as she still gets the same love and affection from them. The staff regularly organise events that allow the parents to be part of the nursery life and do many activities and regularly keep an account of the children’s progress. We consider ourselves very lucky to be part of the Cybertots family.

I have had a lovely experience with this nursery so far. My granddaughter started at Cybertots almost two years ago in the baby room and is now in preschool. Cybertots set out a range of fun and exciting activities daily, invite the families in for stay and plays and take the children on outings.
Cybertots is inclusive, as all children are able to participate, especially in the stay and plays and events. As my granddaughter has additional needs and found it very hard to communicate with others in social situations, the team there identified this very quickly and have provided a happy and nurturing environment for her, while meeting all her needs and helping her grow. The Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator has done everything she can so far to help us and since starting at Cybertots she has made huge improvements in all areas. You can tell she absolutely loves her key person too, their bond is so magical! Also, having the cameras helps put my mind at ease, as I can log on and see her throughout the day. Highly Recommend!

This is a great nursery. Though it may look unassuming from the outside, don't be fooled! There are good facilities, including a large outdoor play area, mud kitchen and dedicated sleeping area for the children. But, more importantly, the staff are great and are genuinely fond of all children, it
shows in the care they provide. There are many activities planned; sports day, role play, baking etc. My son loves going to nursery. I get regular feedback through the app and verbally at pick up and can also watch him through livestream. Food is great too, all freshly cooked and well balanced (including some organic fruit and veg!). Overall, we are very pleased. Thank you to all staff.

Excellent nursery, great staff, friendly, clean, good size, amazing food and chef. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities, also lots of extra curricular activity. This goes across both the baby room and the toddler room, we have children in both rooms and can honestly say that the children love the
staff and feel safe there. Highly recommend for all parents especially those who are struggling to find the perfect fit! There is something for everyone here.

Amazing nursery with excellent staff and facilities! We have two children at the nursery, one in each room, both rooms have excellent facilities, space, and provide sleeping areas. The nursery has a large outdoor space and the children benefit greatly from it. Lots of great and fun activities for
the children. The management team and staff and chef are outstanding. Extremely happy with this nursery!

We absolutely love our son's nursery. He is thriving there and enjoys every minute he is there. The staff and facilities are fantastic. They really have made a wonderful community for the children to grow, learn and develop as little people together.

This is the third year my son has been in this lovely nursery, he really likes it there and all the kind teachers. Also, I’m happy with the behaviour of my son and parents. My son learned English and many skills there, I recommend it to everyone.

Our daughter loves going to nursery and loves the staff here. They have been very supportive in helping us with advice and going the extra mile to help when we've had concerns with her development. There are regular parent-included activities and they even do special crafts tailored to events
happening in your child's life which was a lovely surprise and really makes you feel like they do take a personal interest in what's happening in your family life and your child isn't just another number.

These guys do the day-to-day excellently, but they have really come through for us in times of need! They pushed on with potty training when we were faltering, helped us bring bedtime back from 10pm by sorting out daytime naps, let us drop off early when there was a crisis at home, and calmly took
our daughter in when she was throwing the mother of all tantrums at drop off. Our daughter is learning lots, having new experiences every week and the staff know her like we do. Can't recommend Cybertots at Copley Close enough.
