Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Bexleyheath

Excellent facilities with numerous activities for development and play. They offer a healthy and varied menu encouraging children to try new things. The staff are brilliant, friendly and approachable. I'm impressed at how the management are always looking for ways to offer something a bit different (hatching chicks, butterflies, growing vegetables, mothers/fathers day breakfast, to name a few) and keep the children interested and constantly learning. My daughter loves it and has been very happy and settled during her time at Monkey Puzzle.

I feel that Monkey Puzzle offers an exceptional range of activities for all children, however, my favourites are the fact that MUM and DAD can be apart of breakfast on Mothers Day and Fathers Day. My son's dad works very unusual hours, so mid week it is hard for him to spend time with his son. This breakfast made my sons dads day! being able to share such a valuable part of the day, watching what goes on and just being able to have that extra time with his son. Very satisfying.

My child has been going to Monkey Puzzle Bexleyheath since he was 10 months old. I have been extremely happy with his development. The staff are really good and friendly. They take care of the children well. My son has grown from a timid child to a confident 4yr old. Thanks to Monkey Puzzle staff!

I made a review earlier and didn't mention that I'm extremely happy with the care and support offered by my son's key person in mini preschool, she is amazing well done. She treats my son like her own and he loves her so much it makes leaving him so much easier.

I was very worried when my son started due to bad experience previously in another nursery with my eldest child. But Monkey Puzzle has given me no concerns and I often watch my son happily playing, it's nice and opened planned and my son seems very happy. They regularly update his online profile and he is learning well.

Both my grandchildren go to this amazing nursery. The nursery is very secure with a lot of good CCTV cameras. The staff are all very kind and really look after both my grandchildren. I love looking at their online system and when I pick them up, I love the art work they come home with. I highly recommend Monkey Puzzle. You are an amazing nursery!

My little one can't wait for her "nursery days" and keeps talking about her friends and the nursery at home with great excitement. For me, that's the best proof that she feels happy and safe there.

I sometimes pick my grandson up from nursery and am always impressed that the staff remember me but if it's a new staff member they quite rightly make me wait until someone has verified who I am and that I am authorised to collect him. Children all look to be happy and interacting with the staff well and my grandson often tells me about the fun things he has done with his friends at nursery.

My little boy has attended Monkey Puzzle for 2 years and loves it there. He has developed strong relationships with his key workers and his speech has come on in leaps and bounds. The staff take the time to learn what each child likes and the trips out from the nursery are great. The premises are always clean and interesting for the children. I have no hesitation about sending my little girl when I return to work shortly.

The staff are really nice and the nursery looks absolutely lovely. I love the trips they do especially to the farm and Library. My son also enjoys his Totstars and Theatre lessons. The management are always approachable as are the owners. The mini chefs thing they do with the children is brilliant. Keep up the good work Monkey Puzzle.

My daughter attends the baby room of Monkey Puzzle Bexleyheath. Being a new mum, I was worried about leaving her at day care. However, the staff are fantastic. She attended a weeks trial period to get used to the nursery. And now attends full time. She has settled in well and I am able to see what she gets up to on a daily basis on her online learning journal. The nursery is lovely and the staff are all very friendly. I am very happy to leave her there knowing that she is in safe hands.

I cannot recommend the nursery enough, as it is such an important part of my child's life. We are grateful that we can trust Monkey Puzzle as he's in safe hands and extremely happy there.

My son has been at the nursery for nearly 2 years and I have to say it has been the best decision to put him here. He has settled well and enjoys every day he is there. The staff are warm and friendly and the equipment and facilities are fantastic.

My son has been attending Monkey Puzzle Nursery since he was 13 months old. I visited many nurseries and chose this one because I loved the feel of it when I walked around. The staff here genuinely care for my son and they also have very few staff changes which means my son is not having to get used to new people all the time. He is always excited to go to nursery which makes me feel brilliant as I always feel guilty about having to work. The staff are engaging and we have an online system which gives me daily updates of his progress which includes pictures and sometimes video evidence too. Would definitely recommend this nursery to any and all nervous parents.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. The staff are amazing and a credit to the nursery. They really care about the children and put a lot into looking after them and teaching them. My daughter loves her key worker and often talks about her and the other staff at home. The facilities are excellent. The food is also excellent. My daughter loves nursery and everything about it. 10/10 for everything.

My son has been at the nursery since he was 1 year old and is currently 3 years old. The staff are warm and friendly but most importantly are approachable. You really feel they care for your child and my son has thrived there. I've seen him develop skills I never knew he had and I love the fact that I get an email of his progress and log in through the learning journal to see pictures and feedback of his journey. I can even add my own comments. The only issue I have is parking as the site is small and there are limited spaces available.

My daughter started at the nursery in June 2016 aged 1 and as any parent knows, it's the hardest thing to trust and leave your child. I was so lucky to have found Monkey Puzzle as their number one priority is the children they look after and so much time and care is taken to ensure a smooth easing in process.

I was so impressed as the staff knew after only 5 sessions that my daughter was not herself and by the end of the day she had developed a temperature which was why she was not herself. Everything that you hope a nursery would do for a child is covered here such as security, care, learning and so much more. I would recommend this nursery highly.

My youngest daughter has been at Monkey Puzzle since I returned to work in August 2016. She is currently in the baby room and seems really happy there. The staff are friendly and more importantly, kind and affectionate towards my little girl.

The baby room seems a lovely comfortable space and I'm a big fan of the separate sleep room a lot of other nurseries don't seem to have.

Best thing of all is the online system you can log on to so see if they have uploaded any updates on your child, with accompanying photo/video. Makes me feel so much more involved in her day.

All in all, excellent nursery.

All of the staff are lovely and I feel confident that my daughter is in good hands whilst I am at work.

My youngest son is currently at the nursery in the Upper Pre-school since joining in the baby room in 2013.

My eldest son also attended the nursery for a year before starting reception.

I have been very happy with the nursery and the staff.

I feel my boys needs have been met and they have been well cared for.

If I have ever had any concerns however small the management team have listened and acted upon them.

The team have been as flexible as possible over the years to meet my childcare needs which I am incredibly grateful for.

The chef is fabulous and even cooks with the children!

I would not hesitate to recommend the nursery and have done so many times. In fact, my niece also attends now following my recommendation.

I have experienced other settings in the area prior to Monkey Puzzle and have no doubt that this is indeed the best place for my son(s).
