Monthly fees due, payable in advance on the last day of each month.

2 days - £922.00, 3 days - £1,382.99, 4 days - £1,721.59, 5 days - £2,090.79.

2 days - £453.92, 3 days - £901.06, 4 days - £1,263.07, 5 days - £1,634.80.
