I did a viewing and loved the fact that it was open-plan and that my son had the choice to go outside whenever he wanted, they have structured times for learning and then they have free play. As soon as I moved my son here, he came out of his shell and now doesn't stop talking. He is so happy when I drop him off. The rates that Caerleon charge are also more than reasonable and affordable. I can't praise this nursery enough.

All staff in the nursery are amazing, helpful, kind and always in the morning open the door with an amazing smile on their face. Our daughter has been going from 18 months and has enjoyed progressing up through the rooms. She looks forward to nursery and is always excited to tell us about her day or show us the drawings/paintings she has completed. She loves going to Jump every day and playing outside in the garden. The staff are friendly and give a detailed handover when I pick her up. The new app is great to see what she has been up to throughout the week.
Our daughter loves going to Caerleon. The staff are so friendly and genuinely interested in the welfare of the children. She really enjoys going to jump in the mornings - it’s a lovely bonus for her. She loves the activities that the staff organise for her. They are really varied and imaginative and I love that she does her messy play at nursery! Would definitely recommend it.

My experience with Caerleon has been outstanding. My daughter has attended this nursery just one day a week since she was 4 months old. The staff made me feel at ease when leaving her at such a young age and always give me detailed feedback on her days at nursery. The diet that my daughter eats at nursery is healthy and the staff have always complied with any specific requests I had when initially weaning my daughter. The smile on my daughters face when I hand her over to the staff in the morning is a delight. I could only highly recommend this nursery.

My eldest child has come on leaps and bounds since starting in September 2016 and I can’t wait for my youngest to start! Back in November, my family went through some problems and the manager and all the staff were so supportive and understanding I really appreciate all their support and guidance.

All the staff are really lovely and welcoming, I’ve never had any worries dropping her off and when I’ve had to change her hours due to my work shift changes they have been more than accommodating. The building is well maintained and secure and the staff are very caring and compassionate with the kids. The meals provided are well balanced and the fact that you get a detailed sheet every day about what they’ve been up to is so helpful when you chat about their day. My daughter is constantly coming out with new things she’s learned from nursery and they’re always positive! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this nursery and the fact that they get to play in a massive soft play every morning is a total bonus!

We were nervous about her having food allergies and attending nursery, but all staff at Caerleon have been vigilant and supportive and - touch wood - we have not had one issue regarding this and, as parents, we feel much more confident about the whole situation.

It is my son's last day today and I cannot express how wonderful the 4 years that he spent there have been. The staff have gone above and beyond at times and shown nothing less than the highest level of professionalism and support. My son is a bright, confident and happy little man, ready to take his next step into education and there is no question that his time at Caerleon has helped that tremendously. We have made life long friends in both the staff and his peers, I couldn't recommend the nursery highly enough.

Meet the Team (8)
Nursery Manager
My name is Cirsty, I am the Business Co-Ordinator for Caerleon. Having previously managed our Jump Soft Play Centre, I transferred to Caerleon in 2019. I have worked for the company for over 18 years. I have a real passion for supporting our parents and love to be of help whenever I can.
Both my children attended Caerleon from when they were babies. My youngest is now getting ready in our Preschool Room for his transition to 'Big School' next year.
Hope enjoys going out with friends and going to the gym when she can.
Hope really enjoys messy play and will often get the children involved in messy activities.

My name is Brogan and I have been working at Caerleon for over 6 years.
I previously worked in jump which is where I found my love to work with children. I have three sons of my own and they are my life. During my time at Caerleon, I have qualified as a Level 3 Practitioner and trained as the settings SENDCo.

My name is Amy and I have worked at Caerleon Child Care for 4 years and have worked in early years for almost 15 years. I am at my best when I'm getting stuck into anything creative and messy! I love helping children grow and seeing the transitions they make during their time with me. I'm a mum of a wonderful, fiery 6-year-old girl and an active 3-year-old boy. Outside of the nursery, we spend our time on walks, painting, exploring the garden and generally getting stuck in busy family life.
