Caerleon Child Care Bristol

My son loves attending Caerleon, the staff are kind and very attentive to him. He enjoys the activities in his childcare. I totally recommend them as they are excellent at what they do, very professional and the environment is safe and child friendly

Both of my children are currently at Caerleon and are thriving! My daughter has loved every room she's been in (now in Preschool class) and my son has settled in beautifully. Staff are attentive and kind, and make wonderful bonds with the children. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

I looked around so many nurseries for my twin babies. I have 4 older children and had been lucky enough not to have to rely on childcare until pre school age so I was extremely worried about trusting people with babies. Every other nursery I looked at just wasn't up to standard or I just didn't feel their safety was paramount. I had almost given up when I came across Caerleon and I am so grateful we waited for the right place. All the staff, including the management, care about the children as if they were their own. One of my sons has cerebral palsy and they've gone out of their way to adapt for him. My babies both love everyone here and I don't think I could trust anyone else with my young children now. They also do really fun things with them and prepare nice, varied meals. I feel like we have struck gold.

My child has attended this nursery since she was one and a half years old and it has been the best experience ever. (She was previously on a different nursery) Some members of the stuff treated her like their own child, I was happy to know she was cared and loved while I was working. She has developed amazingly, created fantastic friendship and overall had the best time. Also having Jump available every morning I think it is a massive plus.

Choosing a nursery gave me the most anxiety as a first-time mum but seeing how happy my child is shows I shouldn't have worried. I even booked my second child in when I was pregnant! Hopefully, they'll make as many little friends and 'besties' just like their older sibling.

Both of my children have attended the nursery and they have always been so friendly and will do everything they can to support their families. It is clear that the staff and management care about the children and want to make the experience as good as they can for them. This also shows through their fees, they are far more flexible than lots of other nurseries. There is only a couple of pound extra for a day funded by hours making to accessible to all. We've been very happy with the nursery and very glad that we found it. Thanks everyone.

I was nervous for my daughter to start school so young last year. The team has been brilliant, she absolutely loves being there and I have no worries what so ever! Thank you to all the amazing staff!

My child enjoys Caerleon Child Care he has settled in so well! The staff are wonderful with the children and are so friendly. They always respond to queries quickly and handovers at the end of the day are very thorough. My child has additional needs and the nursery have gone above and beyond to care for him and make the setting accessible for him. He is thriving at this nursery! Thank you! Caerleon Child Care have been amazing from start to finish! Although my child has not left the establishment yet. They are always on top of everything, you can tell management take care of their staff and the place is always tidy. They are thorough with their onboarding process and take safeguarding seriously. My child attends 2 days a week, with the funded hours and enjoys it very much. He's picking up new words by the day and is learning to share. He's constantly singing and is always happy at pick up time. I've already referred one other mum to this place who would agree this is a great nursery.

Love the nursery and the staff my children have attended for about 3 years and they love it. The nursery have been brilliant in supporting with challenges we had with our son before he went to primary and my daughters confidence has grown so much since she has been in attendance. Couldn't be happier after the kids had tried a few other nurseries, this is definitely the right fit for our family, once our next is born will plan to send him there too.

My son has come out of his shell so much since starting nursery here, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

This place is wonderful and we made the best choice for our daughter, she loves it (especially her key worker) and she's learning so many things. They also accommodated us in every situation. We are very pleased and wouldn't change it for anything else. Worth every penny!

My child has absolutely loved it here and has learnt so much. They are all nurturing and he loved them all, and couldn't wait to go in. They bend over backwards to help in any way they can, I'm so lucky my second child is starting in September.

This nursery has been amazing for my daughter. Helping her confidence to grow for big school. My daughter has enjoyed her time there over the past year and has made some great friends. She loves the staff, they are amazing with the children. They have had exciting projects like bringing in chicks to watch them hatch, that was fun.

Caerleon Child Care Bristol have been outstanding with the care of my 2 children. After being let down by another local nursery, we had a short amount of time to find another setting and Caerleon couldn't have been more accommodating if they tried! The management team have been fantastic with helping my little ones settle in and the staff really go the extra mile for the children and get to know them individually. Both of my children absolutely love attending the nursery and my youngest even stops at the door of the office to give the manager a cuddle before coming out to me! The staff do so many great activities with the children, lots of messy play which I wouldn't attempt at home! And they get the added extra of spending time in the Jump soft play which has definitely given my children the confidence in these settings. With the additional improvements the nursery have planned it will make the future of the setting even better. 100% recommend

I don't know what more I can say than - Caerleon Child Care Bristol is fantastic and it was the best decision we made to put our daughter in with the manager and team. We moved our daughter to Caerleon from another nursery as their Ofsted rating crashed. The manager was so accommodating to all the parents that came from the same place and she made extra effort to get all the children settled together! The nursery itself is a small setting - but they benefit from being attached to the massive Jump soft play which the kids get access to for an hour a day! It's brilliant. Every day my daughter comes home covered in muck and paint and says she had a brilliant day! The staff do so many activities with the children and always keep them engaged! It's brilliant seeing the photos in the app of what they get up to! All round - Caerleon has been fantastic for my daughter and I'm so sad to be leaving as we are relocating across the country. If it could be duplicated - we'd sign up in a hurry!
