The premises are fully protected by CCTV and an electronic door entry security system requires staff to attend the door to allow visitors entry in and out of the premises.
There are lots of well-equipped age-appropriate rooms providing a warm, safe and stimulating environment for the children and staff to spend their day.
Staff encourage children to develop to their full potential while having fun. Children’s sleep and eating routines are also incorporated into the daily plan.
Conveniently located next to Jump Indoor Play, Cribbs Causeway there is easy access to all major road links including J16 of the M5 which is only a few minutes away.
The children benefit from exclusive daily supervised visits to the play facilities ahead of opening to the public.

Both of my children are currently at Caerleon and are thriving! My daughter has loved every room she's been in (now in Preschool class) and my son has settled in beautifully. Staff are attentive and kind, and make wonderful bonds with the children. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

I looked around so many nurseries for my twin babies. I have 4 older children and had been lucky enough not to have to rely on childcare until pre school age so I was extremely worried about trusting people with babies. Every other nursery I looked at just wasn't up to standard or I just didn't feel their safety was paramount. I had almost given up when I came across Caerleon and I am so grateful we waited for the right place. All the staff, including the management, care about the children as if they were their own. One of my sons has cerebral palsy and they've gone out of their way to adapt for him. My babies both love everyone here and I don't think I could trust anyone else with my young children now. They also do really fun things with them and prepare nice, varied meals. I feel like we have struck gold.

This is a wonderful childcare setting which has catered for all the needs and desires of our little girl. The staff are caring, fun and attentive. It is clear to me that this nursery cares very much about the welfare of the children and go the extra mile to make sure the children are put first. The pricing is the best I've seen in the area, and are extremely flexible and accommodating. The management team work hard to keep regular communications with parents.

My child started Caerleon at 11 months and settled really quickly. They're so happy there, sometimes doesn't even want to come home. They've done up their outdoor space which compared to some nurseries may be on the smaller side but is really well equipped and they get tons of outdoor and messy play time, as well as daily visits to Jump which they love and it burns lots of energy. The carers truly care for them and I love seeing their bonds. Many have been there since we started 2 years ago making transitioning/consistency much better. I get good updates, no question is too small or silly. My child loves spending time with them and has even asked to bring them home to play, they're really helping me raise them.
Choosing a nursery gave me the most anxiety as a first-time mum but seeing how happy my child is shows I shouldn't have worried. I even booked my second child in when I was pregnant! Hopefully, they'll make as many little friends and 'besties' just like their older sibling.

It is clear that the staff and management care about the children and want to make the experience as good as they can for them. This also shows through their fees, they are far more flexible than lots of other nurseries. There is only a couple of pound extra for a day funded by hours making to accessible to all. Our child joined the nursery last year and we have seen them grow in confidence since joining. The staff are communicative and very welcoming. We were assigned a specific member of staff who has done a wonderful job of settling in our child and seems to really care about their development. The facilities are really nice and the kids are given a variety of activities every day. The early morning soft play session every day is brilliant fun for them too. We are provided regular updates on our child's development and how we can work with staff on things like helping them take their first steps.
We love getting the photos at the end of each day showing what they've been up to!

Caerleon Child Care have been amazing from start to finish! Although my child has not left the establishment yet. They are always on top of everything, you can tell management take care of their staff and the place is always tidy. They are thorough with their onboarding process and take safeguarding seriously. My child attends 2 days a week, with the funded hours and enjoys it very much. He's picking up new words by the day and is learning to share. He's constantly singing and is always happy at pick up time. I've already referred one other mum to this place who would agree this is a great nursery.

Caerleon Child Care Bristol have been outstanding with the care of my 2 children. After being let down by another local nursery, we had a short amount of time to find another setting and Caerleon couldn't have been more accommodating if they tried! The management team have been fantastic with helping my little ones settle in and the staff really go the extra mile for the children and get to know them individually. Both of my children absolutely love attending the nursery and my youngest even stops at the door of the office to give the manager a cuddle before coming out to me! The staff do so many great activities with the children, lots of messy play which I wouldn't attempt at home! And they get the added extra of spending time in the Jump soft play which has definitely given my children the confidence in these settings. With the additional improvements the nursery have planned it will make the future of the setting even better. 100% recommend

I love helping children grow and seeing the transitions they make during their time with me. I'm a mum of a wonderful, fiery 6-year-old girl and an active 3-year-old boy.
