Staff are very friendly to parents. My son loves coming to play now that he’s settled again, it’s a very clean friendly place and I am happy with letting my son come here 15 hours a week.

IntoPlay is a fantastic nursery and our daughter thoroughly enjoys her days there. I’m always astounded by the amount of activities she takes part in a day and this is all down really to the hardworking staff. Meals are varied and must taste good as I’m informed my daughter often has seconds!
During
unsettled times, for example, when our daughter moved up an age group, I was always kept informed of her progress and little touches like calling me once she had settled and was interacting with the other children really put my mind at ease. All the staff are friendly and nothing seems too much trouble for them. There seems to be a good balance between learning and enjoyment and I especially like that the children get to spend a good amount of time outdoors even in colder weather.

My daughter started at the nursery in September 2018. I was very nervous for her, she has special needs and has always been with me, we are hardly ever apart. We had a look around beforehand and was very happy with the layout and cleanliness. The children all seemed so happy and the staff were lovely.
Since my daughter starting, she has settled in fabulously and I couldn’t be any happier to leave her with such lovely people. She has a 1-2-1 who is absolutely amazing with her and my daughter has really taken to her which puts my mind a rest even more. I’d highly recommend this nursery to anyone, they are outstanding.

IntoPlay has been very good and professional at assisting to manage our complex situation. Interacting with a large number of professionals and myself. The assistance the child receives now is primarily down to the early intervention that IntoPlay provided in getting the issues recognised.

Our son started at IntoPlay when he was a year old. He was made so welcome by the team and settled in really quickly. Communication is excellent - always a thorough summary of the important information at the end of the day. I've been impressed by the range of activities and also the quality of food
on offer each day.
Nothing is too much trouble for the under 2's team and I feel they know my son well.
The nursery offers great value for money and I would recommend it to others without hesitation.

All staff are very helpful and friendly. The manager is always approachable and answers any questions we have.


The staff in the 0-2s were extremely patient and calm when my son was settling in. They gave him as much time as he needed. I am very happy with the care my son receives. Lovely nursery!

Fantastic nursery and would highly recommend to anyone! Fab work!!! Wouldn't want to leave my child in any other nursery, they have helped my little man no end with speech and development.

Having looked at numerous nursery facilities I decided to have a look at IntoPlay at the Quays.
The first impression was good. I was nervous, to say the least selecting a nursery and really hoped I had made the right decision.


My child is very happy, content and settled. She has attached well

to the staff and is extremely happy to get ready to go to nursery. Which is so reassuring for me knowing I have to leave her.


The staff are warm, friendly and professional and I know my daughter is in safe hands.

Our son has been at this nursery for nine months now. We have found all of the staff in the under 2’s room and in the office to be friendly and helpful. Communication between nursery and parents is really good and we have had the opportunity to attend parents evening with our son’s key person. Our son
does a wide range of activities and food options are very varied. We are very happy with the nursery and would recommend to others.

This nursery is the best nursery we have ever used and our child loves attending each week. It is extremely well organised and has a relaxed and happy atmosphere. The staff are brilliant, completely committed to providing excellent care and to making sure the children have a great experience. We have
received many pictures and goody bags to take home and are kept fully informed of our child's development. I truly value the care my child receives here and am comforted by the knowledge that he is being very well looked after and is having a great day whilst he's at nursery!

Having had a bad experience at a previous nursery I was a bit apprehensive when choosing another nursery. I went to visit IntoPlay and instantly fell in love. The atmosphere was lovely, all the children were happy and clearly enjoying their time at the nursery! I was so impressed I pulled my daughter
out of the nursery she was in with immediate effect. The manager and the team were fantastic and made my daughter feel at home straight away. I struggle to get her out when I pick her up and she is so excited to tell me what she has been doing. I could not praise the staff in the over 2’s room enough. They have been nothing but amazing. They do everything they can to create a fun, happy, learning environment for the children! I couldn't believe the amount of artwork my daughter has brought home since she started. She even had a little goodie bag at Christmas with a book, reindeer food and some hot chocolate which was a lovely touch. IntoPlay has the children at heart of the business and it really shows.

The staff at IntoPlay helped my child a lot since starting, she was very attached to me and never wanted to leave me. Now she has come out of her shell so much and seems herself when she comes. To help her go into nursery easier they made a chart to put a sticker on every time she comes in which she
enjoys doing and is happy to leave me. Every time I pick her up she is very happy! They helped me with bedtime routine, potty training and also helped when I weaned her off her dummy. I couldn't thank IntoPlay enough.

All the staff at IntoPlay have been excellent and extremely supportive during the last 2 years my daughter has attended.


My daughter loves 'school' and talks fondly of the staff at home and refers to them as her friends! Lots of feedback comes home as well as arts and crafts.


I highly recommend

IntoPlay to parents looking for a nursery that will encourage their child to thrive in all areas of their development whilst having fun!

Although my child has only been going to IntoPlay for three months, I cannot rate it highly enough. The staff are lovely, the facilities are excellent and always very clean. The food, when I have seen it, always looks very good and is varied yet healthy. The only, very small negative comment I have,
is it's very difficult to get a pushchair down the steps into the pushchair space when you're carrying a baby. However, that being said, the nursery that my other child went to didn't even provide a pushchair space.

Intoplay Day Nursery @ The Quays is an outstanding nursery run by a professional, supportive and dedicated staff. As first-time parents we were anxious about choosing a nursery, however, we could not be more happy with our choice. Our little man is cared for (in every sense of the word) and nurtured
and it is amazing to see his progression.
It is daunting for any parent to return to work but we were so comforted by the quality of Intoplay Day Nursery @ The Quays. It is lovely to pick him up and see him engaged and happy in the vibrant, fun and educational atmosphere the fantastic staff create. The staff at IntoPlay Day Nursery @ The Quays have been amazing from day one. Always get an honest, detailed handover at pick up time, always trying new things with my son (which is always difficult as he has additional needs). Our son has one to one care because of his needs and it's obvious his one

Jade Biston

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 2013

Jade started working at our Quays nursery not long after we opened, in July 2013. Jade is level 3 qualified and worked as room leader in 2-3’s until 2019 when she became joint Manager. Jade is also our Health and Safety officer.

Jade Hemming

Job Title: Manager/Senco Joined: 2013

Jade started at our Longlevens site in May 2013 as a Level 3 part time member of staff. She then moved over to The Quays in October 2013 and worked in Pre-school as nursery nurse, then became the room lead a few years after. She then took over the role of joint Nursery Manager in 2019, she is also the Nursery SENCo , Pre-School/Curriculum Lead.

Alice started her time with us as a Level 2 apprentice in 2016. After a few years, she was promoted to Deputy Room Lead in Pre-School and now holds a level 3 qualification. Alice is also our student coordinator

Zoe started working at our Quays site in September 2016, following the unexpected closure of a nursery she was working at. Zoe is currently level 2 qualified but is working towards hers level 3, (which is taking a bit longer due to Covid! )
She is based in our Pre-School Room, every morning and is Term Time only.

Deanna started with us as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner in February 2020, just weeks before the Coronavirus pandemic struck! Deanna works full time in our 2-3's room and is soon going to start studying for her Level 5 qualification.

Korreen Hamlin

Job Title: Nursery Practitioner Joined: 2013

Korreen first joined our Longlevens team back in 2013, this was on a part-time basis and at that time, she was unqualified. Korreen left in 2014 to pursue other careers, but she came back into childcare a few years ago. After gaining her Level 3 qualification, she started back at our Quays site in 2020. Korreen works full-time with our 2-3's children.

Chloe started working at our Quays nursery in September 2014. She is level 3 qualified and has always been in our under twos room. In 2019, she was promoted to Under 2's Room Leader and now works full time.

Nicole started at The Quays in November 2017 as a young apprentice. After 4 years and working really hard, she has gained her Level 3 and now supports Chloe full-time as her Deputy.

Diane first began working at Into-Play in 2005! She initially worked as an assistant chef in our busy Longlevens nursery. When we opened The Quays nursery in 2013 - Diane moved over there to work in the kitchen.

Nina has worked at our Quays nursery since 2018. She works part-time and mainly in the office, as our administrator. Nina also sometimes covers in the nursery playrooms on particularly busy sessions. She has 4 children of her own, so has plenty of experience!
