IntoPlay Day Nursery @ The Quays

An absolutely amazing nursery! All staff go above and beyond! I would never take my daughter anywhere else!

I am extremely happy with the IntoPlay Nursery at the Quays. This was the first nursery that I looked at when trying to find somewhere suitable to put my daughter into when she was only six months old. My first visit, I was made to feel very at ease and comfortable and didn't end up going to view any other nurseries as I was so happy with this one. I have had no problems with them, they are extremely helpful and very attentive and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who was looking at placing their child into a nursery.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since November 2018. Staff have always gone the extra mile to keep me in the loop if anything has happened whilst my child has been in their care. All the staff are friendly and have a brilliant attitude and nothing is ever too much trouble. I have no doubt about any part of this nursery. They are simply amazing at what they do!

The staff here are amazing and really went above and beyond to help my daughter settle in after we moved her from a different nursery. Each day they would write in her communication book how she was in herself, what activities she had enjoyed (so much variety!), what she had eaten and any other notes, which kept my mind at ease! Since she settled, we now have verbal handovers. The meals are varied and the indoor and outdoor spaces are great. Little things like the allotment, pet fish, baking, family craft events, walks to the Cathedral and Costa for hot chocolates and more makes IntoPlay really stand out. Staff encourage a sense of independence, but equally, are caring and give cuddles when needed. Thank you to the team!

Staff are very friendly to parents. My son loves coming to play now that he’s settled again, it’s a very clean friendly place and I am happy with letting my son come here 15 hours a week.

My daughter started at the nursery in September 2018. I was very nervous for her, she has special needs and has always been with me, we are hardly ever apart. We had a look around beforehand and was very happy with the layout and cleanliness. The children all seemed so happy and the staff were lovely. Since my daughter starting, she has settled in fabulously and I couldn’t be any happier to leave her with such lovely people. She has a 1-2-1 who is absolutely amazing with her and my daughter has really taken to her which puts my mind a rest even more. I’d highly recommend this nursery to anyone, they are outstanding.

IntoPlay has been very good and professional at assisting to manage our complex situation. Interacting with a large number of professionals and myself. The assistance the child receives now is primarily down to the early intervention that IntoPlay provided in getting the issues recognised.

Fab nursery with kind and supportive staff! My son is enjoying his time there lots and my youngest will be soon to join.

The nursery offers great value for money and I would recommend it to others without hesitation.

All staff are very helpful and friendly. The manager is always approachable and answers any questions we have.

The staff in the 0-2s were extremely patient and calm when my son was settling in. They gave him as much time as he needed. I am very happy with the care my son receives. Lovely nursery!

The first impression was good. I was nervous, to say the least selecting a nursery and really hoped I had made the right decision.

My child is very happy, content and settled. She has attached well to the staff and is extremely happy to get ready to go to nursery. Which is so reassuring for me knowing I have to leave her.

The staff are warm, friendly and professional and I know my daughter is in safe hands.

Our son has been at this nursery for nine months now. We have found all of the staff in the under 2’s room and in the office to be friendly and helpful. Communication between nursery and parents is really good and we have had the opportunity to attend parents evening with our son’s key person. Our son does a wide range of activities and food options are very varied. We are very happy with the nursery and would recommend to others.

This nursery is the best nursery we have ever used and our child loves attending each week. It is extremely well organised and has a relaxed and happy atmosphere. The staff are brilliant, completely committed to providing excellent care and to making sure the children have a great experience. We have received many pictures and goody bags to take home and are kept fully informed of our child's development. I truly value the care my child receives here and am comforted by the knowledge that he is being very well looked after and is having a great day whilst he's at nursery!

Having had a bad experience at a previous nursery I was a bit apprehensive when choosing another nursery. I went to visit IntoPlay and instantly fell in love. The atmosphere was lovely, all the children were happy and clearly enjoying their time at the nursery! I was so impressed I pulled my daughter out of the nursery she was in with immediate effect. The manager and the team were fantastic and made my daughter feel at home straight away. I struggle to get her out when I pick her up and she is so excited to tell me what she has been doing. I could not praise the staff in the over 2’s room enough. They have been nothing but amazing. They do everything they can to create a fun, happy, learning environment for the children! I couldn't believe the amount of artwork my daughter has brought home since she started. She even had a little goodie bag at Christmas with a book, reindeer food and some hot chocolate which was a lovely touch. IntoPlay has the children at heart of the business and it really shows.

The staff at IntoPlay helped my child a lot since starting, she was very attached to me and never wanted to leave me. Now she has come out of her shell so much and seems herself when she comes. To help her go into nursery easier they made a chart to put a sticker on every time she comes in which she enjoys doing and is happy to leave me. Every time I pick her up she is very happy! They helped me with bedtime routine, potty training and also helped when I weaned her off her dummy. I couldn't thank IntoPlay enough.

All the staff at IntoPlay have been excellent and extremely supportive during the last 2 years my daughter has attended.

My daughter loves 'school' and talks fondly of the staff at home and refers to them as her friends! Lots of feedback comes home as well as arts and crafts.

I highly recommend IntoPlay to parents looking for a nursery that will encourage their child to thrive in all areas of their development whilst having fun!

Lovely staff, all very friendly and welcoming. My son has been attending for a few months now and loves it. He is very well looked after and completes lots of activities.
