My daughter had never been to a nursery setting before but quickly settled in at IntoPlay Day Nursery. She was made to feel welcome and the range of activities had certainly kept her occupied and developed her skills in lots of areas. Her confidence has also grown and she looks forward to going in the
mornings.

I was really anxious finding a new nursery for my child due to the other nursery placement falling through. IntoPlay Day Nursery were amazing from the get go and have furthered my expectations since. My child happily goes in with a smile and open arms, comes out smiling and always has lots of fun during
the day. All the staff are lovely, I couldn’t fault the nursery one bit!

My little one absolutely loves coming to this nursery, every morning she asks if she is going to nursery.
The nursery was fantastic in supporting (starting) potty training. Always had positive interactions with staff and my little one is fond of her key worker.

The staff at IntoPlay Day Nursery are wonderful. My child is in the under 2s room and since starting at 5 months old, the care has been exemplary. I was really nervous leaving her but the staff are so caring and kind and always take the time to listen and pay attention to detail. I regularly ask questions
and change her schedule etc. and nothing is too difficult for them to accommodate. We receive regular updates such as what she has eaten, when she has slept and even activities she does during the day and photos with her friends. I would recommend IntoPlay to anyone looking at a setting where children are taken care of and are happy and settled. My child gets excited to go and knowing she is happy and learning in the day makes me so happy.

My daughter's previous nursery closed down which is when we came across IntoPlay Day Nursery and it really was a blessing in disguise. My daughter went from not being very happy at drop-offs to smiling going in. She has developed so much since attending this nursery and it makes me so happy when she
tells me all about her day with a big smile on her face when I pick her up. The staff have all been super supportive and helpful and it just feels like such a lovely atmosphere. I couldn't recommend them enough.

My eldest child has been at IntoPlay @ The Quays for 3 years now, alongside my youngest who had to be with them since the age of 6 weeks old.
I have experienced all of the rooms, babies, 2-3s and preschool. My 3 year old loves going and always asks about the staff and he has developed so much!
My
little girl (who’s now 18 months) adores going to babies and has a good relationship with the staff.
I have never, in the whole 3 years of my children attending, had any concerns. When we have had any worries we have been able to get them dealt with very discretely and efficiently.
The activities and food they provide is amazing and they have supported both my children to a very high standard.

I have given this 5 star review because firstly, my son loves to go to nursery and absolutely adores all of the staff looking after him. The staff are friendly, caring, gentle and completely professional. They are in constant contact with me if my son needs anything. The nursery allows parents to get
involved in story reading and other events. I am sent updates via an App of every move made, sleeping pattern, food eaten and nappy changes. The team are never too busy to keep you updated and I feel completely informed. Thank you IntoPlay Day Nursery!

I moved my 1-year-old son from another nursery in Gloucester as I felt I didn't get the right communication, and my son wasn't settling. However, at IntoPlay, he's done amazingly well. He smiles at the staff when he sees them; he always seems to be happy afterwards, and I get loads of info and photos
from his day. I am so pleased with the care they provide, and its great value for money too.

I can't recommend IntoPlay highly enough. We looked at a few before deciding this was the nursery for us. There is such a kind, friendly atmosphere. All of the staff have been amazing and my little boy now runs into nursery with a huge smile on his face. It is such a relief to feel that he is happy
and extremely well looked after while I'm working. He has developed so much during his time here and I am so thankful to all of the staff. They have worked so hard during the pandemic too to keep all the children, parents and staff safe. We made the right choice.

Amazing nursery. Friendly, kind and welcoming staff. Always have time to talk. Very attentive to my child, know him very well and what he needs/wants. Use the app very well to allow you to see what your child has been doing that day, with pictures. Make regular observations on my child and post for
me to read. Very caring and approachable staff. Do lots of varied activities.

My daughter really likes to go to this nursery even from beginning was so hard because she was crying a lot but they really support her. She started nursery when she was 10 months old and now she is 4 years old and really enjoys it. Learn new things, baking and she loves making messy play. I strongly
recommend this nursery and if I will have a second kid I definitely will send to IntoPlay.

The Managers and their team at IntoPlay have always been nothing other than friendly and accommodating. Both our children have loved and love attending nursery and all the staff are always so happy and friendly. We can rest assured that our child is going to be happy and safe when at nursery. Wouldn’t
want our children attending anywhere else.

IntoPlay is a fantastic nursery, they have always gone above and beyond with my children. The staff are kind, caring and support children’s development. They always set up a wide range of activities for the children linked to upcoming events, eg, Easter, Diwali etc, or linked to their next steps in
their development eg, cutting skills. I’ve always felt happy and confident with leaving my children in their care and would highly recommend them.

My son has been going to IntoPlay Day Nursery @ The Quays for a year and a half. He adores going as he loves the staff and children and never wants to leave! He’s come on so much since being there, his speech and confidence has really changed. The food is great and he often has seconds!
The staff
are really attentive to him and very caring. Communication from the staff is fantastic and nothing ever seems “too much” for them.
IntoPlay do so many activities with the children which is so lovely for the children and for us parents to see.
I’d highly recommend IntoPlay to other parents.

My twin boys started at IntoPlay Day Nursery @ The Quays last year, I was extremely anxious about sending them to nursery in the beginning but the staff did absolutely everything to make me feel comfortable, both of them have really come out of their shells and found their personalities whilst attending
this nursery. The staff are amazing and the boys absolutely adore them, I couldn’t ask for a better environment for my boys to be in. I have since moved house and we decided to keep the boys at this nursery for the time being as they are so settled they really enjoy coming! Keep up the amazing work!

We viewed several nurseries before deciding which to enroll our little one into, knowing that he would have to eventually be going on full-time hours. IntoPlay immediately felt right. The staff are welcoming and this has continued throughout the time our child has been attending. If ever I have any
concerns at drop off I can telephone in, without concern or feeling that I am fussing, which is really reassuring. Handovers both in mornings and afternoons never feel rushed and we love seeing all the things he has created and brings home. It is also a benifit as a parent knowing he is having balanced meals through his days, I personally like that we can see the menu for the month etc. A huge thank you to everyone in under-twos, even though our little one is not yet talking we just know he is happy to be at IntoPlay and enjoys his day as he is always smiling and happy when we talk about his day at nursery or when we are getting ready to leave in the mornings. I would highly recommend.
