IntoPlay Day Nursery @ The Quays

I’d highly recommend IntoPlay to other parents.

My twin boys started at IntoPlay Day Nursery @ The Quays last year, I was extremely anxious about sending them to nursery in the beginning but the staff did absolutely everything to make me feel comfortable, both of them have really come out of their shells and found their personalities whilst attending this nursery. The staff are amazing and the boys absolutely adore them, I couldn’t ask for a better environment for my boys to be in. I have since moved house and we decided to keep the boys at this nursery for the time being as they are so settled they really enjoy coming! Keep up the amazing work!

I’ve never come across a nursery with such wonderful staff! The atmosphere is fantastic and my daughter absolutely love attending! All the staff are so kind and caring and go above and beyond to make sure everyone’s needs are met. I really couldn’t recommend this nursery enough.

We viewed several nurseries before deciding which to enroll our little one into, knowing that he would have to eventually be going on full-time hours. IntoPlay immediately felt right. The staff are welcoming and this has continued throughout the time our child has been attending. If ever I have any concerns at drop off I can telephone in, without concern or feeling that I am fussing, which is really reassuring. Handovers both in mornings and afternoons never feel rushed and we love seeing all the things he has created and brings home. It is also a benifit as a parent knowing he is having balanced meals through his days, I personally like that we can see the menu for the month etc. A huge thank you to everyone in under-twos, even though our little one is not yet talking we just know he is happy to be at IntoPlay and enjoys his day as he is always smiling and happy when we talk about his day at nursery or when we are getting ready to leave in the mornings. I would highly recommend.

All my children have been to this nursery; my eldest of 8, and there is still a lot of the same staff, which is lovely.

The kids enjoy the food, often having seconds! We've had some issues with not sitting at the table and the staff have always worked with us and kept us updated so it's always a consistent approach at home and at nursery which I believe has helped. They very much work with us in all things and will follow the child/parents lead.

We love IntoPlay and would 100% recommend it to others.

My daughter has been going to IntoPlay since she was 2, she is now 4-years-old, and she absolutely loves it. Staff are always kind, friendly and helpful. My son has just reverted his inductions and is due to start this week, and he really enjoyed it. The girls in the 2’s room, did really well as he’s attached to me and hasn’t been with anyone else other than grandparents. Would highly recommend IntoPlay; the girls do an amazing job, and the communication is always great.

My son settled in really quickly and is thriving there. All the staff are great and so caring. We have never had a tearful drop off; which I think shows how much he loves it there. I am so glad we chose this nursery.

Very excellent nursery. First off staff are lovely, professional and caring. Children always seem to be having fun while being allowed to be children. Food- never had complaints from my son who usually has seconds every day! Facilities are clean and as tidy as they can be with toddlers. Location is very convenient to the town centre and docks. The care is excellent and the activities are plentiful, including rugby and music.

Very happy with this nursery. In the last three years, my son’s confidence and speech have improved massively and it is a result of the efforts that the staff have put in to help him overcome his shyness. There are a lot of activities he likes to take part in and loves the outside play area. I feel that my son is safe and well looked after here and the staff are always friendly and keep us informed.

Lovely nursery, dedicated staff and really nice, healthy food. My son started at Quays almost two years ago and the staff have been very supportive. I'm really proud of my son's achievements and would like to say thank you for all the great work you do every day.

IntoPlay took on my boy (who was three at the time) last September after a bit of difficulty at a different nursery without any hesitation and have been nothing but supportive since. He went vegan in the New Year and they have gone out of their way to cater to his new diet and provide a safe welcoming space for him to grow and play with his guiding adults and new friends that he's made over the past five months. They guided me and gave me notifications for the deadlines for the free childcare hours which makes a huge difference to our finances too. Their security cameras and door system make me feel very secure about my son's safety and the outside space is very big and diverse in its activities and areas for him to play and learn in. This is the nursery he'll stay at now for sure until he goes to school.

IntoPlay @ The Quays go above and beyond for my daughter. I can't thank them enough. She always enjoys her time at nursery. The nursery is managed very professionally and they are always keeping me updated.

My son is always happy to go to nursery, all the staff are extremely friendly and talk about what he has been up to during the day. I have been using the nursery almost since it opened and even with the change of some staff the care and activities are fantastic.

All the staff are lovely, really friendly and welcoming. Atmosphere and facilities are fabulous too. My little boy loves playing in the outside space that they have. They are always informative and keep me updated with what's going on. My little one loves it.

Both my children have attended this nursery with one leaving in September 2018 to go to school and the other now in pre-school. Since my eldest son started in May 2014, the service and standard of care provided by Into-Play (Quays) has been fantastic. The staff are incredibly helpful, very understanding of my children's needs and supportive of my changing working pattern over the years. Both of my children have had a wonderful time at the nursery, with my eldest often asking to go back to say hello. The activities provided are fun, stimulating and inclusive and the staff regularly invest time into developing tailored approaches to individual children. This, in particular, has been extremely valuable to me and my children.

I have recommended Into-Play very highly to friends and will continue to do so. I don't think we could have picked a better nursery for our children.

They really care about the children and I'm very impressed so far!
