Our daughter has a wonderful time at nursery. The practitioners are all warm, friendly and attentive to our daughter's wellbeing. There is always a range of activities, which our daughter loves. The separate nap room is amazing as they can sleep for however long and whenever needed. There is good outdoor space for fresh air and the indoor babies room is really clean, spacious and well organised. The food served is varied and my daughter always eats everything so it must be good!

My child has developed a great deal since joining the nursery. The staff, facilities and activities are what make us feel comfortable with sending him here. The staff go out of their way to ensure my child is comfortable and happy! As well as supporting with potty training, stopping the pacifier and dropping the lunchtime nap! My child is forever stimulated and learning which brings us joy!

All of the staff are so passionate and nurturing. Our 2-year-old recently moved from the baby room to the preschool room and we couldn't have asked for a smoother transition. He's so happy at nursery, positively enjoys going, and talks about the staff and other children with such affection. We're so impressed with how quickly his speech is progressing and the wealth of activities he has access to. It would be great if the outside space was slightly bigger, but for a nursery in London, it's to be expected.

Our son started at Monkey Puzzle Ealing three months ago and we could not recommend it more highly. Wonderful caring teachers, there are lots of amazing daily fun activities, the baby room space is playful and inviting to children. I especially like how engaged they are when it comes to communicating with parents and making us feel involved - so far I have attended one stay-and-play and loved every single minute of it. It would be great if the outdoor space was more up-to-date/bigger but I know there are some plans already in place. We are delighted with our experience so far and our son is very happy to go every day which is the most important thing.
My son has been going since August 2022 and he loves it. He settled in so well. He loves nursery and has made some good friends and relationships with the teachers. The staff are all so warm and welcoming. Any questions are dealt with so quick and efficiently.

We couldn’t be happier with Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery. The whole team are a delight, they are accommodating and understanding with us as parents on the administrative side but, most importantly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our son to have as his first environment away from his parents. He is so happy there (even if he does get upset on drop-off from time to time - totally normal) and we are so pleased that he ended up with this team. The manager is amazing, so lovely and wonderful to deal with, while all the team who look after our son are so lovely and beyond anything we could hope to leave our son with. We feel like they know him as an individual and take great care over all aspects of his happiness and development.

The only reason I didn’t give five stars is the outside space is quite small and I would love it if they could take them to one of the nearby parks more often to make up for this.

I did not hesitate to send my youngest son to this excellent nursery. His eldest brother thrived and grew here, and was well equipped for starting reception class. My youngest son, now two years old is receiving the most wonderful education. I highly recommend this nursery.
Both my children have attended Monkey Puzzle and I couldn't recommend it highly enough. The nursery is led by an excellent manager. She is so experienced, responsive to parents and knows the children extremely well. The kids love her too. The key worker staff are lovely, caring and warm. The team have fostered an environment where the children feel secure and happy. In addition, they offer up some lovely opportunities including ballet/petting farm at Christmas.
There are only two downsets I see is that there is no toilet training and no photos taken during child activities which parents can then see/check. Some nurseries are providing guidance and drive for potty training and taking past year limitations also giving more visibility to parents on what is happening.
We have been very pleased with this nursery. Our daughter started when she had just turned one and settled in well. She moved to the toddler room when she turned two and has a great time. The staff are really nice and the manager is friendly and efficient.
My experience when viewing the nursery and listening to the conversations key workers were having with the children cemented it for me. I knew my daughter would not only be nurtured but also challenged and engaged in learning activities.
Every interaction I have had with the staff at the nursery compounds these first thoughts. They care deeply about her well-being and nurture her character whilst also ensuring that she is engaged in conversations, stories, learning and activities that will support her wider development and prepare her for education.
The staff know my daughter well, they are friendly and I know that she is safe with them and well cared for. Most importantly she loves going to nursery and think the staff are her friends.
