Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Ealing

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring, and it's clear how much they love what they do. Our child is always excited to go in and their confidence continues to grow each day. The activities are engaging, age-appropriate, and thoughtfully planned, helping children learn and grow through play. Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel informed and reassured. It's a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment, and we would wholeheartedly recommend this nursery.

My daughter has been attending Monkey Puzzle Ealing since August - she started at 10 months old and it's been the best decision for her. She has settled in superbly and is absolutely thriving. She doesn't look back in the mornings at drop off and vigorously waves goodbye to everyone in the babies room at pick-up. It's such a delight to see how much she enjoys her time at nursery. We love Monkey Puzzle Ealing and we are so grateful to all staff for their friendly and caring approach to childcare. From day one to many months on, they have consistently provided exceptional care to our daughter. They've kept us updated with photos and notes on developmental learnings and milestones and their cook makes sure our daughter is well fed and that her nutritional needs are met. We couldn't be happier with Monkey Puzzle Ealing!

Monkey puzzle is the most caring, supportive and fun place for little ones. Our son was there from May 2023 to September 2025 and we had the best experience. The staff are experienced and knowledgeable, always happy to speak about development and the activities for the children are engaging and educational. They have a great mix between free play and adult led play. The facilities are very good, especially given the recent refurb. Staff communication is generally good and they really do know the children.

Monkey Puzzle Ealing is an amazing nursery! The staff are so caring and friendly, the facilities are fantastic and the kids are incredibly well looked after by the lovely team. I have 2 kids there who absolutely love it!

From visiting different nurseries in the area, I instantly knew this was the right one for our baby the moment I walked in. The Nursery Manager is always so energetic and greets you every morning with a big smile . The baby room staff are all so lovely too .I feel completely comfortable and confident leaving my little one in their care. They've also recently had a refurbishment, and it looks amazing! Thank you, Monkey Puzzle - you are truly wonderful!

Our child has attended this nursery since they were 1 year old. We are extremely happy with everything, but especially the activities, the space and the staff. The manager is very approachable and communication is very good. Our child is very happy to attend her. Meals/nutrition is also good.

The team has managed the transition from the "baby room" to the "over 2s" brilliantly. Our daughter loved her time in the baby room, but was very excited to begin a new phase with older children and settled in very quickly. The staff in both rooms was very caring and attentive and our daughter is very happy there.

Highly recommended as you will feel happy when your child is always excited to be there.

Our daughter has a wonderful time at nursery. The practitioners are all warm, friendly and attentive to our daughter's wellbeing. There is always a range of activities, which our daughter loves. The separate nap room is amazing as they can sleep for however long and whenever needed. There is good outdoor space for fresh air and the indoor babies room is really clean, spacious and well organised. The food served is varied and my daughter always eats everything so it must be good!

My child has developed a great deal since joining the nursery. The staff, facilities and activities are what make us feel comfortable with sending him here. The staff go out of their way to ensure my child is comfortable and happy! As well as supporting with potty training, stopping the pacifier and dropping the lunchtime nap! My child is forever stimulated and learning which brings us joy!

All of the staff are so passionate and nurturing. Our 2-year-old recently moved from the baby room to the preschool room and we couldn't have asked for a smoother transition. He's so happy at nursery, positively enjoys going, and talks about the staff and other children with such affection. We're so impressed with how quickly his speech is progressing and the wealth of activities he has access to. It would be great if the outside space was slightly bigger, but for a nursery in London, it's to be expected.

Our son started at Monkey Puzzle Ealing three months ago and we could not recommend it more highly. Wonderful caring teachers, there are lots of amazing daily fun activities, the baby room space is playful and inviting to children. I especially like how engaged they are when it comes to communicating with parents and making us feel involved - so far I have attended one stay-and-play and loved every single minute of it. It would be great if the outdoor space was more up-to-date/bigger but I know there are some plans already in place. We are delighted with our experience so far and our son is very happy to go every day which is the most important thing.

My son has been going since August 2022 and he loves it. He settled in so well. He loves nursery and has made some good friends and relationships with the teachers. The staff are all so warm and welcoming. Any questions are dealt with so quick and efficiently.

We couldn’t be happier with Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery. The whole team are a delight, they are accommodating and understanding with us as parents on the administrative side but, most importantly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our son to have as his first environment away from his parents. He is so happy there (even if he does get upset on drop-off from time to time - totally normal) and we are so pleased that he ended up with this team. The manager is amazing, so lovely and wonderful to deal with, while all the team who look after our son are so lovely and beyond anything we could hope to leave our son with. We feel like they know him as an individual and take great care over all aspects of his happiness and development.

The only reason I didn’t give five stars is the outside space is quite small and I would love it if they could take them to one of the nearby parks more often to make up for this.

I did not hesitate to send my youngest son to this excellent nursery. His eldest brother thrived and grew here, and was well equipped for starting reception class. My youngest son, now two years old is receiving the most wonderful education. I highly recommend this nursery.
