Green Lane Nursery

This is a great nursery, the staff are excellent, always warm and very supportive. Our son has been going to the nursery since 2021, he absolutely loves it and looks forward to going in every day. Over time he has really picked things up and we love how he surprises us with new words. We have been really pleased with the communication, the level of learning and the fun and friendly atmosphere at Green Lane Nursery. Highly recommended!

We cannot fault Green Lane Nursery. From the minute our daughter started settling in we have felt their warmth, professionalism, understanding and patience. All staff genuinely care and your child’s happiness is their absolute priority. Communication is excellent and our daughter's key worker knows and understands her and her needs. Any parent would be lucky to have their child attend Green Lane Nursery.

I'd recommend Green Lane to any other parent and we are very happy with our daughter's experience there.

My son was already happy to be in this nursery since his first day of settling. As a mother, I found there a great group of professionals, who love their job for real.

Both of my children attended Green Lane Nursery and it is truly outstanding. The founder is the most wonderful woman and her staff are incredibly lovely and caring. Most of the teachers were the same from my first child to my second, which demonstrates how nice a place it is to work. Nurseries have notoriously high turnover, but Green Lane is a place people like to stay. An ideal environment for sweet little children.

Green Lane Nursery is a nurturing environment which has staff who care about the children and work hard to ensure they are happy and safe. Communication is excellent and the environment is varied and engaging. Both my sons love their time at Green Lane and I would never consider moving them until they leave for primary school. This is a first class nursery.

Even though we bring packed lunch, they have offered great support in what to put in (fussy eater alert). Any problems we've had with our son, they have been understanding and helpful.

This is my second son we have sent here and we are so happy with how the staff have helped him to settle over the last three months. He is greeted every day with a warm and welcoming style. All of the staff are caring, kind and attentive. The facilities are great and well-maintained. He comes home full of happiness and he can't wait to go back.

This daycare is an amazing place! Very clean with great staff and very welcoming. My child has been going here for three months and he loves it. I couldn't ask for a better daycare. Such wonderful and caring teachers. Definitely made the right choice by choosing this place.

Their compassion and understanding for children with additional needs is excellent and they have really helped our son with his speech and social skills. We could not be happier with Green Lane.

Green Lane Nursery is a wonderful setting for a nursery. My children love all of the teachers that have been so dedicated, organised and creative. They come up with such exciting ways to learn, have a mixture of indoor and outdoor activities and are also still important learning concepts for children in terms of social skills. Both of my children love Green Lane and my son, who is still there, gets so excited every weekday when he gets to go. Their Ofsted 'outstanding' status is thoroughly well deserved.

Having had experience of nursery schools for my own children and experienced several - due to house moves - for my older grandchildren I thoroughly endorse OFSTED's outstanding for Green Lane Nursery. The children love to attend and come out full of enthusiasm for their day. The external space is an added bonus for fun activities and play. External teachers visit weekly for athletics and tennis. My grandson loves his time and my granddaughter has just settled well into primary school with confidence embedded by Green Lane Nursery. It's term time only which won't suit everyone.

Overall, I have had a pleasant experience and was hesitant before coming because of the small size but having spoken to friends and family, whose children went here, the recommendations were great and now I can relate to the positive feedback 100%.
