All I can judge it by is my sons reaction from both being dropped off and picked up. He is always very, very happy. The teachers are very welcoming and seems to be creating a wonderful little world for these young ones to explore.

We have had a great experience at Bright Horizons Wimbledon house. The staff are all qualified professionals, friendly and take good care of each child. From the manger to the chef they make you feel at home and make an effort to get to know the families. We are truly sad to leave Wimbledon house, our
son really enjoyed his stay, but sure he will always treasure the good memories he had at his first nursery.

Very experienced and friendly staff. My daughter goes to nursery every morning with a very happy attitude. She talks about what she learns and who she played with. This gives me the feeling she feels safe and loves the environment.

My son has been attending Wimbledon House since July 2020 when I returned to work. The onboarding process was very smooth, professional but also friendly, the manager arranged a zoom call for us to meet over video and answered any questions I had. The nursery is in a very convenient location and drop-off/collections
are very straightforward. The building is large and clearly has lots of space for the children and there are several outdoor areas for each age group. The staff are superb - they are very welcoming and all very engaging with the children. They were particularly good in the first few weeks when my son was settling in, they kept me regularly updated which put my mind at rest. My son clearly enjoys his time there. Once we arrive he has a huge smile on his face and is eager to get inside. He is very well-fed and cared for there. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wimbledon House, it has exceeded my expectations and I’m extremely glad I chose it.

My son attended Wimbledon House from June 2020. He has been really happy from the beginning at Wimbledon House especially after seeing the very big playground. The staff have made him feel very welcome and even though all his friends from his previous nursery have left, he was happy to stay and become
an honourary Wimbledon Houser.
I thank the staff for looking after him so well and the cook for making his lunch (he does like to eat).

My son has been attending the nursery since he was 11 months old and I have nothing but the highest praise for Wimbledon House.
My son adores his key worker who is truly wonderful with him and knows his little personality so well. I call every day and get a full update on what he's been up to and
any new skills he's acquired and it's been so special to see him grow and develop over the past few months.
It was clear to me when I visited that this was somewhere I could imagine leaving my (then) baby. The manager and deputy manager clearly had a great rapport with all the children when we looked around and it felt like the happiest little place! I haven't been disappointed, the care and sensitivity they have shown my son has allowed me to go back to work knowing he's in the best possible hands. The facilities and outside space are wonderful too!

My son has been attending Wimbledon House since he was 10 months old and is now nearly 4 and a happy member of the preschool room. In that period there have been ups and downs and some issues with staff retention in the earlier days but at no point did I question my son’s happiness and development.
Management changes within the last year have been pivotal in improving that staff retention and all staff seem happy and motivated, and are always being trained in new areas or updated on changes in existing legislation. Even in recent difficult times, the team’s procedures have been safe and seamless. So much so that my now 1 year old twins attend the nursery and are thriving. So well done and a big thank you to the current manager and deputy.

Our daughter has been attending Wimbledon House since she was 6-months-old, and it's been a wonderful place for her. We've seen her little personality and skills come on so much over the past several months, and she is so interested in socialising with other children. Wimbledon House have consistently
been friendly, professional, and understanding, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic (we weren't charged a penny while they had to shut). We're so happy with the nursery and have actually reconsidered moving our daughter to another nursery at age 2 because she's doing so well at Wimbledon House and we love the staff and their approach.

Our son started nursery in 2019 in baby room 1 and has just gone into the toddler room. The staff are incredible, they keep us informed and you can tell they care. We know when we drop our son off he’s going to have a great day, he always tells us about the wide range of activities he has done during
the day.
They have been amazing at implementing all COVID-19 precautions and have made it as seamless as possible for the children.

My son attended this nursery as our other nursery was closed due to Covid. He settled into the setting very easily, and he enjoyed the activities with the teachers and new friends. Bright Horizons is great at communicating with parents, the teachers are fun and upbeat, and I feel that care is an excellent
standard.
The outside space at Wimbledon House is fantastic, and the children get to spend a lot of time in the play areas, which is wonderful during the spring and summer months. There are also plenty of parking spaces to make drop off easy (if needed).
I would recommend this nursery for anyone looking for childcare in the area.

Our daughter attended the nursery for a year and thoroughly enjoyed her time there. She built very strong connections with her room leader in pre-school and also with the nursery manager. They both took a genuine interest in her wellbeing and she will miss being there.

My child has been at this nursery for the past two years. He has excelled in all areas of development under the nurturing care of the Bright Horizons team. Most notably the preschool leader and a staff member from the Discovers Room. They have been such caring individuals along with the excellent early
years curriculum Bright Horizons follows, it has aided my child to make a successful step into Primary School.
The preschool leader has successfully run many parent seminars over the last two years which include showcasing the EYFS curriculum and then preparing children for the next steps of school. Every learning example was explained to how it would help my child with their next steps. She always had activities ready for the children to keep them stimulated and learning simultaneously.
The quality of food needs to be improved at this nursery. This is the one area that really needs to be addressed.
Apart from this issue, I would highly recommend this nursery for future placements.

I have two children who have attended Wimbledon House on a part-time basis since they were 13 months old and they have genuinely thrived there. The management staff have worked so hard to provide an environment that is stable, loving and fun for all of the children. I often struggle to get my two out
of the garden when I pick them up. Pre-School, in particular, has been transformed in the past 12 months. The kids LOVE the staff in there and they have worked tirelessly to provide the widest range of activities to engage and encourage the children in all aspects of life. My eldest recently left for school, confident, happy and excited for his next chapter. Wimbledon House should pat themselves on the back for a job very well done. Thank you!

Our daughter was at Bright Horizons Wimbledon 5 days a week for 3 years from just after her first birthday until she turned 4 and went to primary school. We now have a second daughter who has just started there.
This is an excellent nursery that greatly helped our child's development and, we believe,
has put her in a very strong position to be starting primary school - both in terms of social development and learning.
In particular, the pre-school is outstanding. The staff really take the time to get to know each child and attend to their individual needs.

My son started at Wimbledon House in February 2019. The nursery is excellent. The staff are polite, friendly and professional and genuinely care for the individual needs of the children they look after. We receive a daily report of our son's progress as well as more detailed parents evenings to keep
us informed of progress. The building and grounds are kept clean and hygienic and there is also a range of activities organised each week to keep the kids entertained. I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough.

Our daughter started attending Bright Horizons at 10 months, and from the start, the staff were great at helping her settle in and keeping us updated on her progress. We appreciate the daily reports of what she's been up to, what she's learnt, and the new friends she's making.


It was tough at the

start, and for the first few weeks she was very upset when I left her in the morning, but she was cheerful when we picked her up and now there are days when she's genuinely happy at drop off and not concerned at all when I leave! She's constantly learning new words, songs and skills, and we get regular updates on how she's doing and her development.


The staff have been great; one lady especially was my daughters favourite when she was settling in and was very reassuring at the start when drop-offs were tough. This lady has now moved to another room, but my daughter is comfortable with all the staff and we feel she's very well looked after. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bright Horizons.
