Tops Day Nurseries: Lakeside Nursery

I feel confident that she is not only being well looked after but learning as well, my daughter is fluent in conversation and fully potty trained by her 2nd birthday which I believe is partly due to her time spent at Tops.

A lovely nursery. Staff make me feel very comfortable with leaving my daughter in their care. My little girl is doing so well there. And always smiles and gets excited when we enter the door.

My daughter enjoyed her time at Tops, Lakeside immensely and felt safe and happy there. She built friendships with the other children and trusing relationships with the nursery workers who she still talks about with fondness now she has started school. I would thoroughly recommend Tops, Lakeside and encourage my friends and colleagues to consider Tops, Lakeside for their children. Definitely a 'top' nursery!

My daughter loves being at nursery and is always happy and content when I go to pick her up. The menu for food is incredible and the variety of activities is wonderful. So far, every session has been different and engaging. I love the Eylog system and getting the photo updates when I'm at work really helps to reassure me. I also really look forward to reading her daily diary which tells me everything about her day. I honestly can't fault Lakeside Tops. I feel confident in leaving my daughter there as I know she will be safe, cared for and her development is as crucial to the staff as it is to me.

My daughter has been at Lakeside since November 2018 and I can't thank them enough. She has come so far in her development and is so confident. My daughter adores her key worker, as well as all the other ladies that care for her and I can just tell how loved she is there. All I ask for in a nursery is that my daughter is well looked after but the nursery goes above and beyond. There is always so much for the children to do and my daughter at 15 months, runs through the nursery doors in the mornings and doesn't often want to leave. I recommend the nursery to anyone and having the flexibility of shifts has been so helpful. Thank you Lakeside.

Wonderful nursery, go above and beyond for our daughter. Our daughter's key person is so wonderful to our daughter and her eyes light up as soon as she sees us. All the girls in explorers keep us updated on our daughter and how her day has been.

They are always out and about going on walks or to the park. The staff throughout all the different stages are always great with the kids and spend time getting to know them individually then help them learn in the most effective way for them.

Tops Lakeside is an amazing nursery. Both my children go. My eldest is nearly 4 and has been going from 9 months old. My youngest is now 1 and a half and has been going since 7 months old. I wouldn’t want to take them anywhere else. The staff are brilliant and the kids are always happy to go in the morning and full of stories of what they have been up too when they leave. I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough.

My little boy has thoroughly enjoyed being at Tops, his social interaction and confidence have rocketed!!! His eating and trying of new things has improved exponentially. I do feel curry features too often on the menu, however, this is also unfortunate timing with the days my son is in!

My son has been attending this nursery for just over a year and he absolutely loves being there and loves the staff. I have never had any issues and I feel he has come on so well since starting. He has always been so fussy with foods and since eating the nursery lunches I have seen a huge change in his food habits. Also, he was not very sociable before and now his confidence is amazing and this is due to his friends and the staff at the nursery.

Lakeside is one of the best nurseries in my area, it’s extremely convenient having a nursery a jump away from my place of work as well. The staff are always so warm and welcoming. I feel confident that when my son is in their care he will be looked after extremely well and never feel bad after dropping him off worrying he won’t be happy.

Overall it has been a pleasant experience as our little one is due to start school this year.

I have always been happy with Tops Day Nursery. They are friendly, happy and know my daughter and myself well. My daughter has formed some incredible bonds with staff members which means leaving her each day in their care is easy, allowing me to concentrate on my day. Even if my daughter is feeling unwell they accommodate her and reassure me.

My daughter has been attending Tops Day Nursery - Lakeside for over 2 years and has loved every minute. She has progressed so well with all the support from staff and the manager. Everyone is always very helpful. Can't fault them :)

My daughter started this nursery in February and I cannot fault the staff. They made my daughter feel so welcome and safe. She is only 11 months so rarely leaves me unless with family, so knowing that she is being well looked after makes my day at work better as my mind is at ease. I fully recommend this nursery to everyone as they cater for every single individual need.

The menu choice is brilliant and range of varying daily activities.

I knew from my very first tour this was the nursery for my daughter and I haven't been disappointed. The staff are all amazing and the level of care is outstanding. The daily logs mean we can keep track of everything she does and are so easy to access. Our daughter loves nursery days and settled from her very first visit, thanks to all the lovely staff looking after her. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the nursery to anyone else.

She enjoys learning new things there and always seems excited to go when we drop her off.
