I have always felt that the children’s safety is taken seriously and they have handled the recent crisis very well.

My children have attended this nursery since they were ten months of age. I can offer nothing but the highest praise and recommendations for the management, room leaders, chef, cleaners etc. I have extremely high standards for what I expect for my children in order for me to feel assured in leaving them in the care of others; this literally feels like leaving them with family members. During Covid they have been unbelievably supportive, adaptive, and empathetic. You just cannot put a price on this level of professionalism and genuine care.

My child has attended Kids Planet Crosby since she was 1, she is now 4. My experience of this nursery is outstanding! I have never once had a problem or had to discuss a matter. The care and quality is amazing and my child is thriving. She has now also attended school nursery and they can’t believe how mature and settled she is thanks to Kids Planet.

A fantastic childcare provider. My son has been at Kids Planet Crosby since he was 10-months-old, rising through the ranks of Baby Room, Tots and more recently, Toddlers. I honestly cannot fault the team there, my son has received the most amazing care from his key persons and all the staff and management at the nursery who can't do enough for him (and us); his strengths have been celebrated and nurtured and his development areas have been encouraged consistently and effectively. He's thrived in their care. So much so that my daughter will be joining in September of this year. They're both in very good hands.

My son started Kids Planet Day Nurseries - Crosby in February 2020 and from the tour of the nursery to his settling in days to his start date the staff have been faultless. It feels like a home from home and I am more than happy with my decision to choose this nursery. The baby room staff, in particular, are exceptional ladies and my son is set to enjoy many happy, fun-filled days at nursery. Keep us the good work Kids Planet Day Nurseries - Crosby.

The staff are very welcoming. Our son adores his key worker and loves going to nursery. I really enjoy the updates and pictures I receive through the parent app.

Most importantly, they provide cuddles if they're sad which means a lot when I have to be in work.

Great place.

My eldest child had a happy 2.5 years here, however, the last 3 months of preschool he was unhappy. There was no continuity, staff too busy to do any activities with the children, they have fantastic facilities but the children don't get to use them. The garden is often empty and the rooms are so busy (particularly preschool) that activities are not possible. My youngest started 4 months ago and we have changed nurseries, staff were not particularly engaged and she was unhappy most of the time, she was often having cuddles but never seemed to be encouraged to take part in anything. She has settled into her new nursery in 2 weeks and she is very happy which has reinforced our belief that this nursery, whilst good, needs to focus more on the individual children. The prices have increased every year but this has not been reflected in the care that my children received. Each member of staff is caring, I just think they are under too much pressure and too many children per room.

This nursery is fantastic and meets my little boys needs very well. He is now two and has attended for a year now since he was one and I have always felt very comfortable leaving him. Thanks.

I couldn't recommend this nursery enough. All the girls that have looked after our son have been great. Despite having tears when we drop him off, he always comes home really happy and we can't get him to stop talking, which is reassuring for any parent who is about to leave their child with people they don't really know. I also like the fact that they promote healthy eating, I go to work knowing he is going to get nutritious meals. My son also loves the garden and all the toys there and he is outside quite a bit which I also really like. If you are apprehensive about leaving your child be reassured they will be looked after.

She recently gave her key worker the sincere, loving hug when she saw her first thing in the morning. We are so confident about the nursery and highly recommend it to any parent considering a setting with the best possible standard.
