I just absolutely love this nursery. They are constantly thinking of new ideas and ways every day to be creative and explore new ideas with the children. When the kids are playing around or crafting the nursey is very chilled and relaxed. They send me notifications every day to update me with little pictures and notes of what my child has been up to. My child is usually very clingy, and he always goes in without crying - which I think also speaks volumes. He must obviously feel very safe there. I love it when he comes home with a little picture or painting. I also love that he gets the opportunity to socialise with other children, especially during such isolating times.

The nursery is good I found my little girl is not the best at settling in but working with the nursery has helped her calm down going in snd know it is a safe place. There is still work to be done on this but myself and the nursery are working together to do this so she is happy going of a morning.

Our son started here in September 2019 aged 3 and it was a shock for him. He struggled with separation anxiety, which we didn’t expect, however, the staff were always so attentive and nurturing. Then lockdown happened... Kids Planet Crosby brought us a lovely canvas bag full of resources to use at home- and we did! Our son enjoyed them all AND watching the staffs videos on Facebook. When he returned in September 2020, he was ready for it and was a completely different child! The staff were/are more amazing than before in terms of being thorough with updates verbally and on the app. It’s actually better standing at the front door to drop off and pick up too as there is more time for parent/ staff conversations. All the staff in pre-school are fantastic, but I feel a special mention has to go to the keyworker for her care, encouragement, observations and dedication to child development- thank you.

My child takes part in lots of arts and crafts. Despite the photos showing how messy she gets. She is always given back to us clean and happy.

Brilliant nursery for my little girl. She literally loves coming in and mixing with other children and playing. She comes on so much with the help from the Kids Planet staff. Would definitely recommend this nursery.

Brilliant nursery, I was very nervous leaving him with anyone - I feel really comfortable with him being there and even though he is clumsy I have no concerns.

He wasn't very well and I wasn't for over 4 weeks and they followed good practices but also reassured me it is perfectly normal as to be honest in a pandemic I don't know what is and isn't ok cold wise.

He is coming on and growing so quickly so thanks so much.

We absolutely love this nursery. My son settled in really well and has enjoyed being in every room but especially loved preschool. The teachers are amazing with he children and they got him ready for school. The office staff are really helpful and flexible will always help out with extra days when they can. Could not fault this nursery would recommend to everyone.

Kids Planet Crosby have always gone above and beyond for our son. They really know the children and their individual personalities and needs and actively encourage and drive development. The facilities are amazing, from on-site animals (tortoise, giant snails and chicks) to teach caring responsibilities from an early age to extensive outdoor facilities for the rough and tumble times we all need to build resilience. Everything is provided for your child, so there is no requirement to top up nappies and creams like other nurseries we have experienced. Our child loves the food that is prepared and cooked onsite. We have noticed the improvement in his development from being back at Kids Planet Crosby compared to being at home during the lockdown. They even provided at-home learning kits and support during this time. The staff are approachable and knowledgeable, and fast to respond to enquiries. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Our little boy started nursery in August and we feel that we really made the right decision choosing Kids Planet in Crosby. The staff are very kind and helpful, and our little one loves being there. The children get healthy and nutritious food and they get to be outside a lot, which were both important in our choice. I would absolutely recommend this nursery!

Fantastic nursery with amazing staff who genuinely care about the children. Always very helpful and happy to go the extra mile for children and their families. Varied menu which caters for a range of diets. Fantastic outdoor space where children get to enjoy all elements and plenty of activities which are fun and educational.

My son has attended Kids Planet Crosby since he was 9 months old- he’s 2 next month and is still loving the days he spends there. All of his key workers so far have been very attentive and always update the app with things my son is doing throughout the day - from painting and playing outside - to dancing and learning new words! My son is happy to walk into nursery with no tears and I feel happy and confident leaving him there. All the staff are always friendly and really helpful. I’m due my next baby in a couple of months and won’t hesitate to send them there when I go back to work! Fab all round!

Getting updates on food, nappy changes and sleeps is reassuring when you are away from your child. The highlight of our day is receiving a 'moment' which shows an activity he is doing in the day and along with the 'observations' which measure his development against the EYFS framework highlights his development which is supported by nursery.

My child started in August and I’ve been so happy with this nursery from day one. The team in tots have helped me feel so confident leaving my baby while I work. He settled so quickly and I know it’s down to their care and attention. He’s learnt so many new things already, I can’t wait to see what he does next! The parent zone app with updates brightens my day at work I feel like I know what he’s doing without me! Fabulous setting!

The car park gets extremely busy at pick up time which can be stressful. I wish the car park was bigger for the number of children that attend.

My little boy loves it at Kids Planet. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. When we informed them about his vegan diet, they were very supportive and fulfilled his dietary requirements. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

The staff at Kids Planet are warm and welcoming. My daughter is cared for well and thoroughly enjoys attending. The nursery provides excellent enrichment activities that stretch her knowledge and understanding, within a secure environment. Communication with the nursery is good; it’s lovely to see observations through the ParentZone app.
