Kids Planet Crosby has been brilliant for both my children. Very supportive, excellent communication and strong relationships with care givers meant my children have thoroughly enjoyed their time there. Would highly recommend.

Kids Planet Crosby has been a great place for my children to learn and grow. My oldest started in Tots and is now ready to go to primary school. The staff have been very supportive and have helped prepare for this transition. My youngest started in September 2024 and has been thriving. We are very grateful to all the staff for everything.

Our daughter has been in Kids Planet for just over a month, she has settled in so well. The team has been amazing, and we love seeing updates of her enjoying herself. Thanks for all that you do.

My little girl started when she was 8.5 months and she has been there a month now. The girls in the baby room have been reassuring to me since the minute i walked in. Her key worker has been brilliant and answers all my questions with ease! I love seeing the pictures of what they get up too during the day and she seems to have great fun. The extra activities they put out on reception (plant seeds for example) is a lovely touch! The food they get is brilliant, meals i wouldn't mind eating! Thank you x

My little boy absolutely loves it here! He's thriving since starting nursery in January this year. They carry out so many different activities with him, take him out in the pram to the park, to see the trains and ducks. He's not really been speaking too much so nursery have put a support plan in place to support my little boy with his speech which seems to be effective as he's saying a few different words every week. Couldn't recommend this nursery enough.

This nursery has been outstanding for both my children, my oldest has moved through 4 rooms and each time the development of him as he moves up is noticeable straight away. They both go in each morning and straight to there key worker full of smiles, which makes you feel comfortable as a parent leaving them. The activities they do each day are well thought out including taking them on pram walks or trips to the park is fantastic. The outdoor space and the children doing udeskole activities is something that is incomparable to any other nursery I have visited in the area, which personally we love to bring our children up outdoors as that's where they thrive most. Any concerns you have are dealt with straight away which make you feel comfortable that your children are in safe hands.

Our son absolutely loves going to nursery. His key worker has always made the effort to keep us informed on his day, and all the staff in his room know him well and he's comfortable with them all. I feel like the nursery always make sure that his days are structured, and are constantly encouraging him to develop his skills, be that motor skills, walking and talking, problem solving or understanding his surroundings. Sending our son to this nursery has been such a positive experience, and I look forward to see how he continues to develop by going here.

Kids Planet Crosby is a great nursery. The rooms are large, facilities great and I love the outdoor space and how often they get to be outside! The staff are friendly and create great activities for the children. Its easy to book additional days when needed and the parent zone app to communicate throughout the day is great. My only tiny downside is the lack of a seperate room for sleeping children/awake children during nap time, although this is not as much of an issue now my child is getting older. My little girl absolutely loves coming into nursery and loves her key worker. She talks about all her friends and the staff at home and it is clear to see all the new things she has learnt whilst there. Overall, I highly recommend!

Kids Planet Crosby is honestly fantastic. Professional staff, effective management, always on hand for questions. The rooms and activities go above and beyond. As do the fairs they organise. My 19 month old is so happy at the nursery, eats nutritious food there, it's very clean. Staff are highly qualified and provide excellent care, fun and development. Outdoor space is large and very well kept.

My grandson went to the holiday club, he had a great time. The staff were really helpful and welcoming. He came home very excited and he told us about all the things he had done. He loved decorating the t-shirt and cap, he didn't take the cap off all day it was very colourful. He told me about playing on an Xbox with a new friend from a different school. He made lots of new friends and he even tried to plan the next day with them when he wasn't even booked in. I asked at the office if he could attend again and they were really helpful and happy to book him in with such short notice. I also need to mention they have sports coaches that he did not stop talking about, they played football with him in their big garden. He loves football so this was a win-win for him.

My daughter finished her nursery in Kids Planet Crosby. The staff are very professional and the nursery food is amazing (considering my daughter is autistic and a fussy eater).

My daughter has just started in Kids Planet Crosby in the Tots room. She absolutely loved her settling in sessions and her first first full day at nursery. The staff in the room are brilliant. This made leaving her for the first time all the easier.

My daughter has been at Kids Planet since September 2022. She recently moved into the Tot's room and has really come to life. The staff throughout Kids Planet are all so welcoming, the Tots team have welcomed her and has really promoted her development with a great range of daily interactive things for her to do. The outdoor facilities are also fantastic, my daughter loves being outside so being able to go directly from her nursery room to the garden is a massive advantage. That coupled with local trips out to the park just makes the experience so much more pleasurable especially when she is there full-time.

We love this nursery! Our little boy joined the tots class last summer. The staff are fantastic! Our little boy had a wonderful relationship with his key worker, who always went above and beyond! The staff plan lots of creative activities, allowing the children to play, get messy and explore the world around them. They have great outdoor provision and regularly go on trips to the village and the park. The staff regularly send updates through the app so we get to see all of the fun things they've been doing each day as well as what they've eaten and nappy changes. It is nice to see these updates when you're at work. The nursery has good links with parents, they hold parents evenings, you can message your child's key worker, they host a Christmas Fair and invite you to join in 'stay and play' sessions several times a year. We are delighted by the progress our little boy has made in the last 12 months and look forward to his new adventures now that he's moved up to the toddler class.

We are so happy with how our daughter has settled into the Tots room after moving from the baby room. The staff are fantastic and she is so well looked after. She gets a wide variety of food, including fresh fruit and veg. They do a wide variety of activities each day to help her grow and develop and meet her milestones. She gets plenty of time outside as well as the indoor activities. We get regular updates of what she has eaten, how long she's slept and lots of photos of her having fun. I would recommend Kids Planet to anyone looking for a nursery in Crosby.

My little girl had been in the Tots room for over a year. We were really anxious about her starting nursery but the staff in the room and her key worker (who is amazing), immediately helped us feel at ease. Her key worker was second to none and the care she has afforded, our little girl. We were kept updated via the app and contacted if needed. I felt really well-informed about her care. In addition, if our child was off and unwell there was always a lovely checking-in message from her key worker, it really felt that she genuinely cared for her wellbeing. Our little girl has sadly now had to move on from the Tots room and into the toddler room, I only hope we have a similar experience within this room. I honestly feel that the key worker went above and beyond and is the reason for such a positive review, she is an absolute asset to the nursery!

My daughter has only been in this nursery for 1 month after being in a different nursery for 1 year; it was a hard decision to move her but I have to say it's the best decision we have made. Both my husband and I have noticed the difference in her and how much more invested they are with her and us. I highly recommend this nursery.

Both my children are extremely happy attending Kids Planet Crosby and speak about their experiences all the time. In particular, my eldest, who is in Preschool, loves to talk about her teachers and the wonderful things they do with her daily. I am so pleased with how prepared they have made her for school as she regularly comes home excited to tell me about the new things she has learnt, although to her they are just fun experiences and not seen as learning at all because of the fun way they are planned. My youngest is very clingy but goes to the practitioners without any hesitation which puts your mind at rest that she very well cared for. Both have recently had to change their dietary needs and the managers and cook have been very supportive with these changes, making them easy to manage. The app is great and is updated daily with wonderful pictures of their time at nursery.

We have a child in the nursery now and our eldest spent four years there and attends after school club now. The whole team are fantastic, always helpful and great with the children. Both my two kids love it and enjoying going. The facilities are great, the house itself is lovely and the garden is always being updated with plenty to do for all ages. I would and have recommended the nursery to friends and family.

A lovely nursery my little girl is very happy and well looked after. My daughter does so many activities and learns so much. I would recommend this nursery very much. Also, I am impressed with the healthy meals and there is a good variety.
