Bright Horizons Chilworth Day Nursery and Preschool

Chilworth Bright Horizons has exceeded our expectations. Our three-year-old daughter has been attending the nursery for nearly a year, and she absolutely loves it! The staff are incredibly dedicated, caring, and professional. The nursery always looks well organised, and we love the nature activities they offer, such as walking, climbing, or painting trees. She often comes home excitedly sharing her daily activities, time spent with friends, and new things she has learned. We appreciate receiving frequent photos, detailed observations, and assessments that keep us updated about her day and activities. When she was struggling with her speech and sometimes felt frustrated, Zoe, Jenna, Natasha, and Frehi were always supportive, caring, and patient. Thanks to their help, we've seen remarkable progress in her development-thank you!

We are so pleased with our choice to send our daughter to Bright Horizons Chilworth. All members of staff are always friendly, approachable and understanding. It's so lovely to be met with a smiling face in the morning. If our daughter is ever upset, she is always comforted and supported and all information regarding her day is handed over to us in such detail. It is so reassuring to know that she is cared for and that staff have taken the time to get to know her so well. We feel that our daughter has progressed brilliantly in all areas of learning. From updates and observations on the App, we can tell that she is being given a wide range of learning opportunities to strengthen her knowledge, take risks and build confidence socially and emotionally. My daughter has been attending Chilworth for just over a year, and I'm so glad I made the decision to move her here. The round the clock care the staff provide is unmatched, each and every staff member has a real passion for what they do. My daughter loves being here and always has so much to share at the end of the day. They also provide detailed observations and assessments regularly that keep us parents in the loop with what the children get up to and the activities that are provided are amazing and they offer so many learning opportunities. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent that is looking for a warm and nurturing setting for their child!

Having experienced other nurseries with our older children, we can confidently say this one is truly special.

Communication is great too - the app is great and we always know what's happening and feel really involved in their journey. Finding a place that works so well for both kids has been such a relief. Couldn't recommend Chilworth Bright Horizons enough!

My son adores his pre school class, and has built a wonderful relationship with his key worker and all the other staff that work there. He's been attending the nursery for about a year now and from the toddler room through to preschool he's had a fantastic time and got involved in a lot of wonderful activities and events.

I've found the nursery to be well organised, creative and approachable, and will certainly be sad to see my son leaving this summer.

My son has been attending Bright Horizons since he was around 18 months old, he is now 3 and thriving at this nursery. Everyone is so lovely, welcoming and caring. I couldn't have wished for a better nursery. As a parent, it's nerve wracking leaving your child somewhere, but I know at Bright Horizons chilworth, he is cared about so much! I feel they are very genuine, they are always coming up with fun playtime ideas and events that the parents can attend. My son learns a lot from this nursery; they are very supportive and invested in my sons learning and developing.

My three year old son has been at this nursery since he was one and he is now three. He has progressed brilliantly and the reports you get on your child's development are so informative and helpful. The nursery works extremely efficiently and is very well organised. Excellent policies and procedures are practised to keep the children safe. My son had egg and milk allergies and the nursery managed this brilliantly. The staff are so supportive and friendly and I would definitely recommend this nursery to take your child to.

Both of my children have been at the nursery since they were 9 months and they are absolutely thriving here. The nursery and all of the staff are brilliant, the staff are very friendly and always make you feel welcome. The key workers ensure that I am kept well informed and give my children extra support where needed. The staff are always creating fun and interactive themed activities, which the children love. The app is great, providing photos and giving you an insight into their day. An absolutely fantastic nursery all around!

We love Bright Horizons Chilworth, our boy absolutely loves going to nursery. He's learning so much that he wouldn't learn at home and picking things up so quickly. He absolutely loves his key worker, she's brilliant with him. The activities that he does in nursery, we would not think to do them at home. All the staff are kind and trustworthy and I feel very comfortable leaving my boy there. Always greeted with happy faces when we do pick up and drop off!

My son has been attending Bright Horizons for a little over a year. In the last few months (since walking) he has become a confident, happy boy. He now loves nursery and the team at Chilworth are fantastic. Reports and observations are always detailed and it is clear all staff have amazing relationships with each child. We can't thank the Chilworth team enough for all they have done and continue to do.

My daughter absolutely loves going to preschool and always has a lovely time. She is excited to see the nursery nurses in particular two of them, and she talks about them at home. She has made great friends and over all has a good bond with everyone at Bright Horizons Chilworth Day Nursery. I am happy dropping her off knowing the staff treat her like they would their own and knowing they always have something fun planned. I love talking to everyone and feel like the staff are like extended family.

I've been very pleased since my daughter started at this nursery. The staff are always lovely and understanding. I feel that my child is safe and valued. As a parent, if I need help with my child, her key teacher is always ready to support me and my daughter. So grateful.

My child has settled in so quickly to babies. The staff there are so lovely and welcoming and listen to my thoughts. My child has so much fun and they are always doing lovely activities.

My son has been coming to Bright Horizons Chilworth Day Nursery and Preschool since 1-year-old and I cannot recommend highly enough. The team have been fantastic - they are so friendly and caring. My son loves nursery and has learnt so much. 10/10!

The manager and deputy have made me and my family feel so welcomed at Bright Horizons Chilworth Day Nursery and Preschool and nothing has been too much trouble, they really have accommodated us and have made me feel so relaxed and leaving my little boy with them. The care of the nursery is top-notch.

My daughter started nursery in September 2023, toddler room and found difficulty settling. All staff were very supportive with this. My daughter now loves to attend nursery. Loves all staff members and mixes very well with the children. My overall experience has been very positive and very pleased we made the choice to join Bright Horizons Chilworth.

We are so glad we enrolled our grandson at this nursery. The nursery itself has everything and more, so much space inside and out. Perfect for my grandson, who loves to explore and loves the outside. There is so much to do here and they have gone to extreme efforts with Halloween. Displays in the nursery and parties were arranged. Most importantly, the staff are so lovely and the manager gets involved with the children too. It is very clear they all love what they do and this is more than a job to them. I get excited for my grandson when he attends as I know he is going to have so much fun and be cared for extremely well.

My daughter attends this nursery and my son with special educational needs used to attend here. A lovely nursery. Staff have been amazing with both my little ones who took a long time to settle in to nursery. Also, the support I have received from the nursery staff about some personal issues that I have spoken about with them has been amazing! Not only are they there for my children, but they are there for me too, always checking in on how I am doing. My daughter loves going to nursery and has progressed so much since being there, her confidence has grown so much! Thank you to all the staff and Bright Horizons Chilworth!
