Thrift Farm Day Nursery & Pre-School

My son loves coming to nursery. The ladies here are so lovely, really welcoming and treat the children as their own. I recommend Chestnuts 100%

The staff at little Chestnuts are fantastic! My son enters nursery/pre-school happily every morning and leaves every day excited to tell me about all the wonderful things he has gotten up to. I am extremely happy with the care - he is well looked after and I fully trust the staff which is important. This nursery is the best in my opinion and I would highly recommend.

All staff are very welcoming and friendly and always have time to talk to you. End of the day feedback is particularly good and informative. My second child is now attending nursery here. I am really pleased with the progress that my child is making and the progress that my other child made whilst in the setting. This really helped my other child to be prepared and settled into school quickly.

A really great nursery that I feel confident leaving my 18-month-old at. His social and language skills have improved since he started at Chestnuts and the staff are all very friendly. There is always a new activity for the children to participate in and he always comes home happy. Security is excellent and I am quite sure my child is safe all day while I have to work. Excellent staff means happy children and parents.

Staff are overall very good and there are a few that always go beyond standards, helpful and polite. My daughter is more confident around children due to experiences from the nursery. Always been bright, polite, caring but like that she has stayed so throughout the nursery. Lots of different areas to play and like that layout changes during terms.

I find the staff very friendly and they care for the children well. My child is attached to the staff and enjoys seeing them and her friends.

I have to say after raising 3 children, this has been the best nursery I have experienced. The staff are obviously passionate about the children's welfare and happiness and bend over backwards to be helpful. My daughter loved coming in and built really close relationships with the staff which meant leaving her was made so much easier. My daughter is now about to start school but attended Little Chestnuts Day nursery for about a year, and I did not have a single cause for complaint in that time. I would definitely recommend this nursery!!
