We switched to the Puddle Ducks after attending another nursery, what a difference! Highly professional, built to the purpose premises, attention to the smallest details. Happy with our choice and recommend to others.

As soon as we visited Puddleducks, met the manager and got a feel for the nursery environment and ethos we knew it was the right place.

My 11-month-old daughter has been attending Puddleducks for the last 5 months. We have been so pleased with our decision to choose this nursery for several reasons including the outstanding care that is provided to our child, the varied nutritious meals and the friendliness of the staff and overall nursery environment. We also particularly like the environmentally friendly approach with the toys used in the nursery and have even found ourselves using normal day to day objects at home to entertain her rather than the classic plastic toys. I would highly recommend this nursery to any current or future parents.

We have just had baby number 3 and will not hesitate to share him with the manager and all her staff when the time comes.

Puddleducks is an excellent environment for our son to learn and discover the world around him. He really enjoys going in the morning and always has a great fun-filled action-packed day of excitement. He always has a hug for his key worker on arrival so we know he’s happy to be there. We very rarely get a wave goodbye from him as he’s off exploring what’s new that day as soon as he enters the room. We’re confident that he’s being cared for in the best place by the best people we could ever wish for.

I can't praise Puddleducks enough for all the care, love and opportunities they have given my youngest girl since she joined their toddler room. My eldest daughter also attended from the baby room through to preschool, since then the nursery has strived even more and I was delighted to see they were awarded their Outstanding grade from Ofsted. My child talks non stop about the staff and what she has been doing that day, she comes home with baking, crafts and plenty of washing so I know she's been busy that day! We know all the staff, most of the staff are still there since we first joined in 2013. They are always welcoming, happy and helpful. My daughter loves the food there, she has several portions and the 2 cooks make the most amazing homemade dishes. The nursery is working towards their 'curiosity approach' accreditation, I absolutely love this idea and the theory behind it. As a family, we have noticed the impact on our child's learning and how she has started to play at home.

My daughter absolutely loves Puddleducks. She has been at the nursery for nearly three years and it’s safe to say it’s her home from home. When I decided to go back to work full time I was only going to do so when I knew that my daughter was completely settled and happy and she is very much so here. It has such a fun, loving and nurturing environment and my daughter is always so excited to tell me what she has been doing each day when I pick her up. The staff are just wonderful and so engaged and my daughter has developed some really special bonds with them, particularly her key workers. The nursery management are always supportive and do anything they can to help. They always listen to parents suggestions and I have now run out of ideas to include on the feedback forms as they have followed them all up! I honestly can’t recommend this nursery more highly.

I have the pleasure of collecting my grandchild from this wonderful, happy place! The staff are friendly and welcoming, my grandchild has always had the most wonderful time and always looks forward to attending the next day. I am delighted at the efforts the staff go to, to ensure that standards of teaching and learning are absolutely top-notch. Puddleducks is a fantastic facility, we cannot recommend it highly enough, it's superb!

My child is so well looked after. She loves it. She has settled in so well and this is due to the team of staff who work tirelessly to ensure all the children are happy.

My daughter has been attending Puddleducks since she was 9 months old. She is about to start school and she has been prepared and supported to make sure she is ready. My daughter talks positively about the nursery and in return, the staff have always been keen to talk about how she is doing and they always have time for me. My daughter's language and social interaction has come on in leaps and bounds as she is encouraged to play, share, talk and listen and her literacy and numeracy skills are nurtured and encouraged. On days where my daughter has been under the weather or emotional, she has been reassured and cuddled, meaning I don’t worry about her when at work and I stay in regular contact with nursery if needed. Parents evenings and information sharing is excellent and our feedback is always taken into consideration. Although my daughter’s time is coming to an end at Puddleducks, I am pleased and excited for my younger daughter to start in September and I know she will have the same wonderful experience as her big sister did.

I love the little book and log of what she has done, what she has eaten, and when she has slept which really helps when we get home and I am planning the rest of her day. Thank you to the manager and the team.

Absolutely love Puddleducks! My child is so, so happy here. He is well looked after, the food is amazing and delicious and he has developed so very much in the time he has been at Puddleducks. What I truly love at Puddleducks is it genuinely feels like I’m leaving my child with family. All the staff are so caring and considerate of my child and they genuinely love what they do. Choosing childcare is one of the most important decision you will ever make for your child and I’m so happy we chose Puddleducks.

Since starting Puddleducks, my child has settled into a happy, safe, caring environment, with attentive, thoughtful and professional staff. The range of activities they offer children of all ages is wonderful, as is the way each age group engage with each other. I would highly recommend this nursery to others.

I cannot recommend Puddleducks Nursery enough, my son has been there for 3 months now. He took a while to settle in at first but all the staff were so reassuring, they sent me pictures so I could see how he was getting on during the day and they made me feel so at ease. I love the way all the staff know your baby's name and always acknowledge them around the nursery. Puddleducks offer such a variety of activities, messy play, baking and lovely walks out in the fresh air. They are always improving the nursery and your opinion is counted. The staff are so friendly and always happy to give advise, I totally trust them!

My son now is very settled at nursery and puts his arms out for his key worker when he arrives, we can also see the difference at home, including sleeping better at night.

My son loves going to Puddleducks. He moved from the baby room to toddlers just before Christmas and the transition has been seamless. He has a fantastic bond with his key person, he even asks to see her on weekends and days when he does not attend nursery! We recently attended an information evening put on by some of the nursery staff, we received loads of useful information and new ideas for play, plus lots of explanations behind how nursery activities are planned, it's really nice to feel so involved in our son's care at such an important developmental stage. A brilliant nursery with outstanding, caring staff. My boy loves nursery, he joined in the baby room, recently transitioning to the toddler room. This was very well supported, his key person always provides a detailed account of his day and will ensure any requests are met. There is a friendly family atmosphere and you can tell the staff enjoy what they do.
