My two little girls are both in pre-school and are aged 3 and 4. They have been attending Puddleducks since they were 14 months old and to say we all love this nursery would be an understatement. The girls have thrived during their time here. The approach to learning is excellent with each child encouraged to explore their strengths through play. The facilities are brilliant and always changing, with themes running throughout daytime activities. Painting, sticking, glueing, glitter, baking, role play, reading, the list of things my girls do is endless. My girls go bouncing in and come bouncing out excited to show me their latest creation. The staff take the time to learn everything they need to know about the girls and see the differences in them; just like I do. I have built up an excellent relationship with all the members of staff and they are always friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate in recommending this nursery.

We chose Puddleducks for my second son as my eldest attended previously. Knowing the care and attention the staff give to the children, we had no doubt that was where we were going to send our second child. With the pandemic, things were a bit different but that did not stop the staff making the children and parents feel at ease and very welcome! My youngest son was recently diagnosed as needing a milk-free diet. The staff were very helpful in accommodating this and making us feel confident in his care with them. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough to people. The staff are kind, caring and go the extra mile for you and the setting inside is exceptional. Highly recommended.

My daughter has attended Puddleducks Children's Nursery since she was ten months old. She is now almost three and has experienced both the baby and toddler room. The staff in the setting are excellent and you can tell they truly love what they do. They do everything they possibly can to make the process and experience an enjoyable, exciting, safe and caring one. My child experiences many fantastic learning opportunities in a very nurturing environment. When I drop her off it feels like family and I am reassured with the outstanding level of care she has always received. The management team have been truly amazing and think of everything. They are also keen to help you as a family with anything you need. It makes me happy to know she is getting the best possible care and that I can go to work without worrying about her and being reassured in the knowledge my daughter is having a fantastic time. I would highly recommend the Puddleducks Children's Nursery family.

An excellent standard of care and attention is provided by Puddleducks Children's Nursery. we’ve been thoroughly impressed since day one and have continued to be amidst the challenges of the pandemic. Communication and behaviour's from staff are consistently applied and the relationships which have been developed leave you assured that your child is in very capable hands! I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment in recommending Puddleducks Children's Nursery to other parents and carers.

I've been so impressed with Puddleducks Children's Nursery in the four years my children have attended. The team are always welcoming, cheerful and so kind. They have relentless energy and creative ideas which the children just adore! It's amazing how much my two have picked up with the Early Years Foundation Stage. I love the curiosity approach they have implemented and the rooms are all beautifully decorated. I like they have few plastic toys. Their caring but fun approach to the children is so reassuring. I know my children have the best time there, they come home having had the most fun every day, often outside and always smiling. I can't praise them enough for how wonderful they are, I always know my little ones are well cared for with cuddles, time and attention. Thoroughly recommend.

We are really pleased with our choice of nursery. Our son has been attending nursery since he was nine months old and has been looked after with love and care. There is a good level of communication so we know what is happening at the nursery and the imaginative activities our son has been involved with. The staff are always ready to answer any questions we may have. The nursery has a welcoming and family feel to it and I am very comfortable to leave my son without worry, whilst I go to work.

The team at Puddleducks Children's Nursery are really hardworking, loving to the children and have so much dedication to their jobs. My son has been at Puddleducks Children's Nursery for over two years now and he is so happy there it feels like a second home to him. They have helped my little boy become confident with potty training, which is a task in itself. All of the staff are so nurturing, supportive and they provide him with so much care, attention and positivity. They are very caring when the children are not feeling well or just need those extra cuddles of reassurance throughout the day. They do so well in making everyday a fun environment to go to, which is very important. All the lovely staff have been a part of my sons development and first stages in life and are currently helping him prepare for school through creative and educational activities. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Our child currently attends Puddleducks Children's Nursery in the toddler room, he is well settled and very happy there. He has an amazing bond with his key person and runs over to her for a cuddle when we arrive. We looked at a few nurseries in the area and knew from the outset that this was the one. The managing director and her team are brilliant and always available should there be any queries. It is clear that they have each child’s best interests and happiness as their main priority. Absolutely no hesitation in sending our daughter to the baby room in due course.

A home away from home. The staff at Puddleducks Children's Nursery have been incredible. They really do put the children at the heart of everything they do. I was really nervous about sending my children to nursery and very picky about which one I sent them to, this was the only one that’s ticked all the boxes and more. The staff are great at updating parents and keeping you involved, the food menu is incredible and my children are so, so happy there. They’ve made so much progress in so many areas and that’s thanks to the staff at Puddleducks Children's Nursery.

Puddleducks Children's Nursery is a wonderful day care nursery for our children, a girl three and boy two. We commute a twenty eight miles round trip for this nursery as in our area it is the only one that ticks all the boxes for us and is worth it. Puddleducks Children's Nursery as a whole are diligent, attentive and highly communicative. They are more than happy to accommodate any request we have for the way we raise our children and make the children feel like they are at a home from home. All the staff seem like they are happy to be there and love their jobs which is great for our children to be greeted by smiley people each day.

We fell in love with this place before my little boy was even born! He has attended from September 2020 in the baby room and after spending over half of his life in lockdown I was incredibly nervous about letting him go! My worries were pointless. My little boy would come out beaming ear to ear and in a morning he stands at the door at home waiting to go! Every member of staff took time to get to know him and understand his needs. He is cared for in a way that I could have only hoped for. The nursery itself, in particular the baby room, is stunning and allows the babies to investigate and learn in a home-like environment. There are always opportunities to investigate and play with new set ups that the team create daily as well as lots of outdoor fun that allows for gross motor skill development. I am so grateful for the experiences that the manager and her team can provide for my son and don't even get me started on the food menu, incredible. I look forward to our continuing journey.

This nursery definitely deserves five stars! I would recommend to anyone and I cannot thank the kind, caring team for making my little boy feel so settled and also for making me feel so comfortable in leaving him to go back to work! I have never met such a genuine, caring team and it shows that the management team know exactly who they want to be looking after, the little people of Puddleducks Children's Nursery.

Puddleducks Children's Nursery is an absolutely amazing nursery. From the brilliant staff to the activities my daughter does at nursery, to the thought that they put into the food options. My daughter is thriving at Puddleducks Children's Nursery and I can't thank them enough.

My three-year-old daughter recently started Puddleducks in August. From the very beginning, I felt confident that we'd made the right choice. In all my communication with the nursery, they were warm, reassuring and clearly had the interests of my daughter at the center of any advice and guidance they provided. She attended three settling in sessions. In the past, she hasn't settled very quickly at nursery but this time was different - after her first session, she got in the car and told me that her key worker was very friendly and smiley and gave great cuddles. I genuinely couldn't be happier. My daughter has thrived and happily gets in the car in the morning to go to Puddleducks.

My little boy started here this September in the baby room when I started to go back to work. I would highly recommend going here. I got recommended by friends. I was so worried about my little boy going and he absolutely loves it. Everyone is so nice and very friendly.

We could not be more thankful to all the amazing team at Puddleducks, after being recommended to us by a friend when I returned to work following maternity leave. Our son is starting primary school in September, and although excited for his new adventure we wish he could stay at Puddleducks forever! He joined Puddleducks in the baby room 4 years ago, and what an amazing start to his education he has had in that time, moving into toddlers and then preschool. Our son needed a little extra help with speech and this has been helped so much by the team in all rooms, the support we have received throughout his time including from the managers has been exceptional. You place your most precious little ones in the hands of these amazing ladies and they are just wonderful. We are so grateful for everything over the past 4 years and highly recommend anyone looking for a nursery to go straight to Puddleducks, where you will feel your child is cared for like family, we can't thank them enough.

Both my children attend Puddleducks and the eldest will be starting school in September, having been there since he was five months old. From our very first visit, I was impressed by the nursery. A friendly welcome from the manager and then I was asked if I would like to leave my baby with a member of staff while I looked around. This made the whole process so easy. The care that both children have received is wonderful. They do all the messy stuff that I don’t want to do at home. While at the same time teaching them to be kind, considerate and think of others. The communication is excellent both with key workers and the nursery as a whole with regular emails and always time for a chat if necessary. The food is excellent and they also think about the parents having previously provide a breakfast bar (pre coronavirus!) I have recommended Puddleducks to several friends and will continue to do so.

We certainly made the best decision for our family by choosing to send our daughter to Puddleducks. She has received the most engaging and rounded experience we could wish for. The staff at Puddleducks treat the children with as much care as if they were their own. Our daughter is excited to go to nursery and eagerly tells us what she has been doing. The approach to education and care used by Puddleducks has meant that our daughter has had a wide range of meaningful and exciting experiences from engaging play to exploring and investigating the world around her. Her social skills have had the chance to flourish in their care. The meals cooked are fresh, well balanced and a huge hit. The management is well structured and we have always felt fully involved and updated as parents. We have loved feeling like part of a big family with Puddleducks and cannot rate them highly enough. We wouldn’t choose anywhere different to send our children.

My son leaves Puddleducks this year and starts school. The day he leaves is the first real sad day of his life so far. He has been given the best possible start and it’s all down to the girls at puddle ducks. We can honestly say that the whole family will miss this nursery. The culture and methods of care is simply outstanding. Thanks goes to everyone but a special mention to his most recent key worker and his first keyworker. All the best for the future.
