Bright Horizons Chiswick Day Nursery and Preschool

I am pleased with the development. Thanks to all the amazing and professional staff for your dedication, patience and caring. I would highly recommend Chiswick Day Nursery to anyone looking for a nursery in the area. We feel very lucky to have found a happy place for my daughter.

My experience with the nursery has been positive throughout. From the first time we had the tour, registering with the nursery and the children settling in, everyone at the nursery has been very supportive. What stands out for me is the love and care all the staff have shown our children. They are always there for us, and even at more challenging and busy times, everyone still ensures that the children are well looked after. The nursery itself is spacious and clean, with plenty of space for the children to stretch their legs. I highly recommend you visit the nursery to have a chat with the friendly staff.

At just 10 months old, I was apprehensive about putting my child into a childcare setting but 2 months later my son could not be any happier to be there! The staff are lovely and the environment is bright and spacious with lots of freedom for the children to explore as well as having set activities for them to do. They also have an app where you can check in on your child throughout the day and send you photos which really puts you at ease. My child also has food allergies and the system to ensure he never comes into contact with these in his daily meal times is second to none. Highly recommend this nursery!

Excellent nursery. Spacious and clean. The staff are very caring and there are lots of activities for the kids to do as well as going out on walks. After looking at so many nurseries this was the one I chose because of the caring atmosphere and lovely space. The food is also freshly cooked for the children with a good variety of options. Very happy here.

Since the new management team have started, the nursery has improved greatly and now runs smoothly and efficiently. The staff are caring, friendly and approachable. Our son has made leaps in his learning, down to their input.

The nursery is brilliant. The staff are professional and caring and set the children up really well for future education! Their COVID procedures are safe and consistent. I would recommend this nursery to anyone and will be sending my baby there when he is old enough without a doubt.

Great nursery with amazing, experienced and caring staff. My child loves it there so much. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The nursery is well organised and clean. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

There was a high staff turnover then as well, which did not sit well with me. Having heard from several mums in the neighbourhood, the management team changed and the nursery is a lot better now, I decided to give it another go. The new management team are lovely and very friendly and give me assurance my daughter would do well there. After a very thorough tour with a lovely lady, I felt confident my daughter would enjoy the toddler room and would feel safe. Thank you.

Excellent nursery with excellent staff and facilities. The staff are genuine and engaging with children. My daughter has been going to this nursery since 11 months old, and totally loves it. It's difficult to take her home in the evenings as she keeps having lots of fun. She is happy and eager to go in the morning too. Now that we are moving to Oxon, I wish all nurseries would have their resources, space, garden and especially caring staff. We'll miss them dearly.

Overall, Active Learning Chiswick is by far the best nursery we've seen.

I cannot fault this nursery. They have thought of everything. The curriculum is impressive and facilities are outstanding. The manager is knowledgeable about every single member of the team which reflects the level of care and consideration throughout every aspect of the nursery. The nursery itself is bright and welcoming and I love the fact it's not adjacent to any roads as air quality around the facilities was a big factor for me when deciding on a nursery. Keep up the good work.

The environment is very multicultural which we value. The setting is bright, there is a lot of space inside and a nice outdoor space too. The management team is lovely too and does its best to be flexible when we need extra days.

We have always been happy here, from the first day our child joined the baby room. The fluidity of staff movement throughout the nursery meant that some staff overlapped which was great for the children in terms of having a familiar face when moving classes. Our second child will definitely be going here as well! Staff genuinely love and understand kids.

There are no words to describe how happy we are with this nursery. Our daughter not only comes home happy and full of fun stories (and songs) but her beautiful, sunny disposition and manners have been subtly instilled during her time here. The staff are all amazing, the rooms bright and full of natural light. The weekly timetable full of engaging topics and activities. By far the best nursery in West London - we tried a few with my eldest child and wish we had found this.

Everyone has greeted us with a smile. An excellent environment for my grandson to learn in.

Was given a very warm welcome on arrival and that felt very nice. Made me feel already a part of the school community. Also got a really nice tour of the premises and definitely wanted to be a kid again judging from how stimulating and interesting each room was.

Great overview of all facilities. All babies/toddlers seem extremely happy and really well taken care of.

Very informative and well organised. No disruption to the classes.

Snacks and drinks were provided.
