Puddleducks is a really excellent nursery. All three of my grandchildren have or are attending. It offers a very inclusive experience and it's just so obvious when dropping off or picking up the little ones that the staff really love working with children. The range of activities is age appropriate and really fun.
Staff are excellent at setting children in each day.

The menu is great. I would highly recommend it. My first grandchild attended from 2018 and I currently have two attending.

They make my son happy every day. They have an indoor hall and an outdoor play area. So, no matter what the weather is like, all the children can have a larger space to play in instead of just staying in their rooms.

My daughter has been at Puddleducks since 2021 and I couldn’t recommend the nursery enough! The care they provide is outstanding but most of all my daughter’s development since attending has been nothing short of amazing and that is down to the girls at Puddleducks!

Our 7-month-old grandson has just started his nursery journey with Puddleducks. He could not have been made more welcome and we could not have been more reassured that he was settling in and safe. The staff have been very attentive and caring and he just loves his time with them and all his new friends.

My daughter started in Puddleducks in November she loves it so much. She's learning every day. Making friends, learning to share and being independent. The staff are amazing! The patience they have for my child is something else she looks forward to seeing them every week. it's the best thing we did, changing her to Puddleducks. The staff couldn't be any more helpful. I give them 10/10.

It is an absolutely great nursery. Would highly recommend it to everyone. Staff is very welcoming, friendly, responsible, keeping kids busy. Love the way they have the app and I am able to see their all-day activities, pictures, and just daily routine. Also, the food looks fresh and very healthy, with lots of fruits and vegetables. We are very happy that we did pick this nursery so long ago.

Our little boy has been with Puddleducks Day Nursery less than two weeks and has settled in already. The staff have been brilliant at keeping us informed on how his day is going with updates on what he is eating, his sleeping and pictures of him playing. It gives us such confidence to see how happy he is when he sees the staff in the mornings.

My daughter has been attending Puddleducks for 7 months now and I am absolutely delighted with the care she receives. The staff are fantastic at what they do and genuinely show loving care to every child. Even though she only attends one day a week I have seen a massive improvement in her confidence and it has really helped with her development. The facilities are great and I love getting updates and pictures throughout the day to see how she is getting on. They have also been amazing at managing her milk allergy. I would definitely recommend Puddleducks to any parent. Thank you for looking after my little girl so well.

Puddleducks is exceptional. My son has been there for over 2 years now and his little sister has just joined him. The confidence he has thanks to this place is amazing. He comes home and tells me stories and sings songs I've never taught him. The staff are all incredible, each one obviously totally committed to their jobs and to the children in their care. The food served is varied and nutritious, and the outside area is great, especially for the older kids. I'd recommend Puddleducks to anyone.

Puddleducks was our first experience of sending our son to nursery. Seeing how happy he was in nursery, through pictures and feedback from staff reassured us as parents. The staff showed a lot of love for our son and it was clear that attending Puddleducks helped his development.

My daughter joined the nursery at around 10 months and was very clingy to me. The girls at Puddleducks not only worked with her to ensure that she settled as easily and quickly as possible but also made sure to provide me with honest updates which I really appreciated. My daughter skips into the nursery in the morning and is able to partake in activities that I would never to able to undertake at home with her. Her development has been great.

My family is so grateful for Puddleducks. The whole team at the nursery feels family to my daughter now, and she is always super excited to go as she has so much fun doing all the activities and playing in the fantastic outdoor space, which is sheltered and means she gets out all year round, which is great as she loves the outdoors. We have really noticed a difference in her speech and how she interacts with other children since she started. The app which the nursery uses allows us to follow her day, and gives us great peace of mind not that we need it as we can tell when collecting her she’s had a fab day as she simply doesn’t want to ever come home!

My daughter has been in Puddleducks since she was 15 months old - she is now 3. She has grown so much in confidence during this time. She has developed new skills and had the opportunity to socialise with her peers, which has been especially beneficial during lockdown. She gets on really well with the staff and enjoys her time at nursery. The staff have been great at making her feel part of the Puddleducks family and taking the time to teach her. I recommend Puddleducks if you work in Belfast as it is easy to get to, the facilities are good and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

My son has been attending Puddleducks since he was 10 months old (he is now 3.5 years) and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff are excellent - they all have a genuine interest in the children and their development, are incredibly caring and creative in providing a fun and stimulating environment for the children. I love checking in on my son via the MyNursery app to see what he has been up to and they have a wide range of activities throughout the day. Puddleducks has a great outdoor area and the food is also a big hit with my son, he often has extras! I feel totally at ease leaving my son off each day at Puddleducks and he has made some great friends while there. I have been so impressed at how much my son's speech and language have come in over the past year and I put that partly down to Puddleducks - the children do reading, singing, dancing and lots of other great activities to help them develop. Highly recommend!

My wee boy loves Puddleducks. There are so many activities which they are encouraged to do. If he's upset, he's showered with love and cuddles. He's mostly in smiles. He loves the outdoor playtime the most. His meals are monitored and updated on the app regularly. Gives me an idea on how well he's eating. Medications are also administered with care and permissions. Every staff member is approachable and friendly.

My son returned to Puddleducks in February 2021 after spending over a year at home with me in the pandemic. The whole year had some impact on him, he became very shy and anxious around new people and in a crowd and does not like to talk in front of other people. The staff in Puddleducks truly understands the situation and have made lots of effort to bring a sensitive boy out of his shell. The staff are very caring and patient, they have offered my son space when he needed it, and gentle nudge when he was on the edge to try something new but dare not to. Puddleducks also provided flexibility for us to change days to suit our needs. They responded to my concerns of my son's situation timely and professionally and worked closely with me to help him adjust to this new chapter of his life. They pay attention to his likes and engage him in different activities. Over the past few months, I have seen exciting progress. I could not thank Puddleducks enough.

I was extremely anxious to leave my son at any daycare however after his first day, my fears vanished. Every single member of the Puddleducks team is kind, warm and friendly. My baby has learnt and grown so much under the girls care. Putting him in Puddleducks has been the best decision I could have made for him. The girls go above and beyond with the care. The babies get the chance to do so many activities from painting to music. They also get to play outside every day which I love! During the day while I am working, I receive so many updates about my child via the app. This is so reassuring to know how much he is eating, sleeping and well pooing too! I also get wee photos and it is such a joy seeing my baby having so much fun! This is so valuable and something I did not receive in his previous daycare. I have to say Puddleducks have adapted successfully to keep the staff and children safe in terms of COVID 19 and government guidelines. I cannot recommend Puddleducks enough.
