They are so good at what they do! They gave me enough time for my child to settle down and made him feel second home. He feels so secure to be around them, he has never been away from us still he prefers to go there every day. They give so many updates about the kids' growth, achievements and milestones which is super helpful for parents. They also find the child's interest and encourage them towards it. The app is very helpful in every possible way! I absolutely recommend anyone to trust and choose Puddleducks.

My daughter (1 year old) has just started attending Puddleducks. Being a first-time Mom, leaving her was not at all easy. But the staff at Puddleducks made the settling much smoother for both myself and my baby. They were very approachable and friendly since the nursery tour. Settling in sessions were very useful. They are very proactive in letting us know how my baby is doing there by sending us messages, videos and photos which I love the most. Puddleducks was recommended by my friends who had sent their kids there and I can now do the same for anyone who needs good care for their baby.

I've used Puddleducks many times in the last two years and have always felt like my child is well cared for and has a great experience while she is there. It is always a positive when we arrive and the staff recognise my child as she does not attend regularly.

My child has just started In Puddleducks and I am delighted with the way she is settling in. She is genuinely cared for while in the team's care. The communication through the app is great and knowing your wee one is safe and cared for is priceless!

We just moved to Belfast from abroad with our almost 3-year-old twins. They have been greeted at Puddleducks Nursery by such warm people. Thanks to the app, we can follow their daily activities, nap time and more (we see that they go outside every day and enjoy excellent and healthy food). I cannot praise Puddleducks enough. The staff are fabulous and my little boy absolutely loved it, he used to clap his hands in excitement when we reached the door. The regular updates are lovely and the food is delicious. Thank you guys, it’s a credit to you all.

Everything is super. Staff are so friendly, very professional and super kind. My toddler loves each and everyone there. They are treating her as if she is one of their family. I can’t thank them enough. Also my daughter's skills have been developed a lot.

My eldest one used to go here and now my youngest one also goes here. He really enjoys here and all the staff are very good and well trained. My son enjoys all activities and the garden play area. I am very happy with the service provided.

My daughter has been attending Puddleducks Day Nursery since September 2022 and she absolutely loves it there. When she first started attending it was a difficult transition as she hadn't been used to being with non family members but, I found the staff were all very warm and nurturing towards her that she soon settled. The team are also very friendly and accommodating with parents and keep you regularly updated throughout the day with photos and notes of how the children have eaten and slept. It is reassuring for me to know that my daughter is being looked after by people who really care about her and who take their roles as carers of children very seriously. The nursery provides plenty of stimulation for the children with lots of different activities to take part in, plus they get regular outdoor time during the day which was really important for me. All in all I would absolutely recommend Puddleducks!

Really can't fault the nursery. They have built such a great foundation and environment for the children in aiding all aspects of their development. From February 2021, when my daughter started, the family feel they have created was definitely there from the get-go and it still exists to this day. All the staff should be very proud of the job and support they are providing all the children as it's second to none and you couldn't get it from any other nursery in the surrounding area and region. Keep up the great work!

Puddleducks is an amazing establishment. All the girls are extremely helpful, caring and reliable. I know when my son is there he is in the best, most capable and nurturing bunch! He is not only cared for physically but emotionally. He learns new things each day and has made friends for life. There are lots of activities and fun for all. Puddleducks is run to a very high standard and the food is very nutritional with plenty of variety.

Puddleducks is an excellent nursery. My daughter has been there since she was 11 months and she loves it. It's so nice to be able to drop her off for the day knowing she's having a great time. The staff couldn't be kinder and I love seeing pictures of what she's up to throughout the day on the app. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nursery.

Excellent service provided by Puddleducks Day Nursery team. The staffs are courteous and the ambience is very welcoming for the kids. The care and attention that they provide is commendable! I have been recommending Puddleducks to all my friends.

Staff are cordial and professional, they bond with the child admiringly, the account provided at the end of the day is appreciable, management is friendly and helpful. The in-house Chef runs a tight ship, food hygiene rating is maintained at 5, provides healthy and balanced breakfast, lunch, and snacks, the menu for the week is shared beforehand, veg alternatives are provided where required. Daily activities are well planned for engagement and development of the child, food, sleep, pics, and other required details are shared with the parents via the app. The nursery has four children's rooms divided by age group, it has a huge indoor hall which is an added plus, given the Belfast weather, the nursery is indeed blessed with it. The indoor hall is well insulated, illuminated, and heated, provides for ample space for the children to run and play. Centrally located in Belfast, it is favourably accessible by public transport. Overall, a first-rate nursery, would highly recommend

It's a great place for toddlers to learn and play! My baby is happy and that makes me a happy parent. My 2-year-old daughter has been attending for the past two and half months and she has learned so much since going here. The facility is nice, the staff is awesome! I’ll recommend anyone in need of a preschool for their child

The Puddleducks Day Nursery is amazing! The staff is extremely friendly and professional. My son looks forward to going there every day. Also, for the parents whose kids are new to daycare,you need not worry, for your kids will be safe and secure there. Kids who may be apprehensive at first will quickly adjust, as the staff will lovingly reassure them every day. It’s a relief to me as a mother to know that when I drop him off every morning-he will be well taken care of.
