I've been highly impressed and satisfied with the care that Theo had particularly under the room management in preschool. He learnt alot and very much learnt to respect adults and to have fun whilst not causing problems to staff or children

My daughter has been at Manor Hill for 4 months. We could not be happier with her development since attending. She is very happy and this makes it easier for us to leave her in their hands. She has come on in leaps and bounds with her eating, something that was our greatest concern initially.
The nursery
have also weaned her off her dummy and they gave me the confidence to week her off this at home.
They are now supporting me with potty training.
The staff and management are brilliant and very accommodating and attentive.
Thank you Manor hill Day Nursery.

My son has just left Manor Hill to start school after spending 3 fantastic years at the nursery. Both The Manager and Deputy have a wonderfully professional, attentive yet caring way about them with a real focus on the children's’ individuality and independence. In a spacious, colourful and homely environment,
the children have such a variety of activities to stimulate and encourage all ages and stages of development. Having looked at other nurseries what struck me was how easily and subtly structured learning could be achieved in an enjoyable, relaxed and fun setting where the children are visibly happy and proud of their nursery and have genuine bonds with the staff. My son is definately school ready and we thank Manor Hill for their role in this and for giving our son so many fantastic experiences and opportunities.

Our experience of Manor Hill Day Nursery has been a truly positive one and we would definitely recommend to others. Our son has now been attending for over 6 months and in this time, his confidence has grown and his speech, particularly his talking, has greatly improved. The staff are friendly and approachable
and work closely with parents to make the child's time at nursery enjoyable. Our only regret is we didn't start our little boy at Manor Hill sooner!

The nursery has made my daughter feel very safe and secure. The staff know her well and work closely with myself and others in her family to ensure she is making excellent progress both in her academic and social learning. The food is brilliant and has taught my daughter to try new things. They have
lots of great activities that help her learn about the world around her.

I have visited a lot of nurseries and this is my favourite one. The manager clearly has put a lot effort into the place. Lots of different activities to keep the children entertained. The staff are all very friendly and supportive. My child love their football class and dancing class.

Our Son recently started at Manor Hill Day Nursery and we couldn't be happier. The team are fantastic and got him involved from Day 1.
Every morning when we drop him off, they welcome him in and settle him in into the nursery. They really all are great with him and great at keeping us up to date with
everything. We get an update at the end of every day on what he's been doing, what he's eaten, highlights and their app is great at keeping us up to date and sharing pictures of his day and highlights. They focus on his development and share updates on this regularly.
We love hearing all the great activities he’s doing and the variety of food he gets too. It sounds like he has a brilliant time, which we love :-)

Having put my kids in two different settings before coming to Manor Hill Day Nursery, I wish I had found this place before. Starting with the staff, they are friendly and keen to create a bond with kids. It's not just staff but the management is very good. Whenever we had any concerns they listened
to us and addressed our concerns. We have noticed a big difference compared to the previous nursery our kids used to go to. Our kids are more confident, they come home with everything that belongs to them, they come home clean and most of all they look forward to going the next morning to the nursery. I noticed that the menu for kids is healthy. They take them out to parks, swimming, teaches them French and does a football class too. The place is purpose built with open big rooms and it's also very clean. Considering everything, it's good value. We are very happy with the service provided and would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I viewed over 30 nurseries and Manor Hill stood out for a number of reasons. I loved how multicultural it is and how they celebrate different races and religions throughout the year. Parent zone is updated regularly so you can monitor your child's progress and they give great ideas to continue their
development at home. My daughter has only just turned 3 and she can spell her full name out loud and knows what letters make up her name. She also knows all her members and is starting to add and take away. Thank you Manor Hill for all your support.

This is the third nursery my eldest child has attended and by far our favourite, the room staff are very friendly and both my children have developed very positive relationships with their key person. I am continually impressed with the resources and activities the nursery provide; my 3-year-old goes
swimming and has weekly French lessons, my 1-year-old enjoys her time at nursery which has greatly improved her confidence, particularly in new environments.
I cannot recommend Manor Hill Day Nursery highly enough.

My son joined this nursery but in the beginning, he didn’t like to go there because it’s new place and new people for him. After a while, he started to love it because of the people in there, they are really nice and kind, they know exactly how to behave with - little children. Slowly the nursery became
my son's favourite place. He's settled, the security is really safe, the staff are really kind and they always tell me how my son has been doing and what things they have taught him, I recommend it because it’s the best.

My little boy loves going to Manor Hil Nursery. All the staff are fantastic and attentive and I am at ease every time I drop him off as I know he will be well looked after.
They offer a wide range of activities both indoor and outdoor that he can enjoy and help him with his development and learning.
The food provided always seems to be a hit and is a wide variety of options.

My son started nursery this year, as always it’s a nervous time, from the walk around and talk about the nursery and the settling in sessions, our minds were put at ease, our little one has gone from strength to strength and enjoys his time there, staff and managers have been brilliant, the food is
a well-balanced variety every day, we are really happy with how he is looked after and would definitely recommend this nursery.

Current Review Score: 8.2 (8.231)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 8.2 (8.231) out of 10 for Busy Bees Stratford Court is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 5.0 out of 5 from 2 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 3.2 out of 5 from 2 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 5.000 for Busy Bees Stratford Court is calculated as follows: ( (24 Excellents x 5) ) ÷ 24 Ratings = 5
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 3.231 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Busy Bees Stratford Court is based on 2 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 10 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, and then 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews and then 0.1 Points for the next five Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.100, 7th = 0.100, 8th = 0.100, 9th = 0.100, 10th = 0.100) 3 + 0.125 = 3.125
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 94 number of registered child places is 18.8. 2 Positive Reviews ÷ 18.8 = 0.106
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
