Our son has attended this nursery since he was one year old, and we couldn't be happier with the care and support he has received. The nursery provides a fantastic range of activities that support children's development and learning in a fun and engaging way. The staff are warm, kind, approachable and genuinely caring, and they always keep us updated on our son's progress and daily activities. We have loved watching him thrive, grow in confidence and enjoy his time there. We are so happy with his experience at the nursery and would highly recommend it to other families.

Exceptional. Staff are always so friendly and my son always comes out with the biggest smile on his face. Couldn't be happier with them.
Also went above and beyond when my son unfortunately had to have a stay in hospital. Kept in touch for regular updates and went out of there way to send gifts and hand written card from all the other children and staff. Such a special touch at a difficult time for us as a family.

Friendly staff. Children do loads of activities. The parents stay updated through the app. Both of my children love it there!i have seen a massive improvement in my children's speech, motor skills and self confidence. My daughter has attended this nursery for the past two years, and I honestly couldn't recommend it more.
As a single parent, having a nursery I can completely trust means everything, and the staff have been incredible from day one. They have been so understanding and supportive, especially when my daughter needed time off due to a medical issue. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and no question or concern has ever felt too small.
The teachers genuinely care about every child and go above and beyond to make them feel safe, happy, and confident. My daughter absolutely loves going in every day, and it's been amazing to watch her grow, learn, and make so many wonderful memories.
Thank you to all the amazing staff for everything you do. Your kindness, patience, and dedication don't go unnoticed, and I'll always be grateful for the care you've given my daughter in her early years of education.

Staff at Bright Kids Evesham have and are continuously treating my children like their own. They are supported in every development and transition, whether that be playing nicely, getting ready to be a big sister or potty training. My children have thrived at nursery and as a parent, it is a relief to know they are happy going to this environment every day. They have built strong relationships with other children and staff and always come out smiling.
Leaving one's little people with a stranger is a very daunting process for any parent but Bright Kids Evesham has created a little home from home.

Both of my children have gone to Bright Kids Nursery from 2020 - now. The staff are so incredibly kind, fun and seem to really love their jobs. They are always smiling when they open the door to the children.

A truly wonderful place. The care the staff give my child is fantastic and his development is coming on leaps and bounds since he has been there. The activities the staff prepare for each day are fun, educational and really encourage social skills between the children. I even got a lovely Mother’s Day card sent home which they had made with the children and was so touching. Would highly recommend.

Lovely, caring team of staff who genuinely enjoy working with young children. The team really makes this nursery into a wonderful environment where my son is very happy and fulfilled. The team come up with so many activities to do with the children that I would never have thought of and it then gives me ideas for things we can do together at home. The manager is always very helpful and available whenever you need to contact her, despite being very busy I’m sure, she always takes time to talk with you if you need to. The nursery is always looking after my child and doing so very well. She loves attending and is happy and excited to go every day and really loves her carers and her group of friends. Daughter loves going to this nursery, staff are always doing a lot of DIY with them. Staff are always helpful and doing a good job at entertaining the little ones. The food could improve a little as normally when it's tea time they don't have a hot meal it's usually a sandwich or something cold.

Miki has worked within early years for more than 25 years, both as a practitioner and in nursery management. Throughout her career, she has remained passionate about creating environments where children feel safe, understood and supported to become confident, capable learners.
She holds Level 5 and diploma qualifications across child development, child psychology and behaviour management. She has a particular interest in autism, emotional wellbeing and understanding the individual needs behind a child’s behaviour.
She said: "I firmly believe that every child (and every member of staff) has the potential to thrive when they are listened to, valued and given the right individual support. As Nursery Manager, I am proud to lead a caring team who take the time to get to know each child and work closely with families to help them reach their full potential."

Laura has been part of the Bright Kids team since the nursery joined the group and has worked in early years for 11 years. She holds a BA Honours degree in Early Childhood Education Studies and is passionate about continuing to learn and develop throughout her career.
She has worked with children across all nursery age groups, from babies as young as three months through to preschool. During that time, she progressed from Early Years Practitioner to Room Leader, Senior Practitioner and now Deputy Manager.
More recently, she completed the Management Mastery programme, which has helped Laura further develop her leadership skills and strengthen the way she supports our children, families and team.
She said: "The most rewarding part of working in early years is watching children grow into themselves. I love seeing their confidence develop, discovering what interests and excites them, and watching their individual personalities shine through."
