The nursery has been great in the time we have sent our daughter. The nursery staff have always been very polite and attentive to our needs at all times.

With our daughter only attending twice a week it's been more difficult for her to integrate in comparison to others that are attending nursery more frequently. With that being said, I feel the nursery has done their best to ensure this gap is bridged as best possible.

Particular shout out to two members of staff who have really made it an enjoyable experience for our daughter and us parents so far (especially them moany sobby morning).

Castle House is a fantastic nursery with a warm and welcoming environment where children thrive. My daughter absolutely loves attending-she enjoys all the activities and has grown so much in confidence and learning since she started. The staff are incredibly supportive, always friendly and helpful, and they truly care about the children. I really appreciate the regular updates on what she's been up to and what she's eaten, which keeps me well-informed. The nursery also goes above and beyond by organizing extra activities, celebrations, and events that my daughter is always excited to attend. I feel completely at ease leaving her in such a nurturing setting, and I highly recommend Castle House to any parent looking for a wonderful place for their child.

The staff is what makes Castle House in my opinion. They are all so lovely!

We are confident that our child is safe and content in this setting, and we would not hesitate to recommend Castle House to prospective parents.

She has a hearing impairment, which they have supported very well. She also gets a lot of one to one time, which is excellent, and she shares a very special bond with her key worker.

We moved to the area in May. The little one had been at a nursery prior to Castle House. In no time at all he has become well settled there. He is incredibly happy and starts singing these days, as we approach the nursery in the morning. The staff have been fantastic. We get a full report each day on what he's been doing, as well as being able to follow his progress on the app. We are confident that he is safe, secure and happy. Thanks to all at Castle House.

Amazing staff and great facilities. My girls are so happy here! I've seen so much progress in their development and that's a great testament to their key workers and all of their colleagues. They enjoy the wide array of yummy snacks and meals and are well-cared for even if they're feeling a bit emotional. I highly recommend this nursery.

We are very pleased with Castle House: the staff are excellent - attentive and caring - and management very supportive and communicative. Our son is developing well under their care and has lots of fun, as well as learning.

Excellent nursery all around. We'd looked at a few before committing and are really happy to have chosen Castle House. Our children love going and the attention they receive is evident. We're always kept up to date with how they're doing and the communication has been excellent. Overall we have no regrets.

I could not be more happy with Castle Day, it’s such a caring and nurturing environment for my little one. He’s settled in so quickly and developing so fast, very happy to go in each day and smiles when he sees his friends and teachers. As a mum of three I’ve had a wide experience of nurseries and can highly recommend it to anyone. They even have a pet tortoise!

A lovely nursery. Staff are always friendly and helpful. My daughter loves going here and has learned a lot since she started. It's nice to see the updates of what they've been up to and what they've eaten that day. I feel very safe leaving my daughter at this nursery, the staff are great with the children.

Castle House is a wonderful nursery. My daughter is in pre-school, having attended since she was 8 months old and has gone from strength to strength there. The staff are fantastic and go above and beyond. She loves her days there; a great mix of fun, learning and activities in pre-school. I will be sad when she leaves to go to school!

We are so happy with our choice.

My son has attended the nursery since July last year and he has really blossomed since starting. This is for many reasons, they key one being his relationships with the nursery staff. The manager and deputy manager are so warm and welcoming and were super helpful with getting him settled in. His room staff he adores and refers to them as his friends. The nursery structure he has taken home with him and it’s been really useful for a good stable routine. He always comes home with a big smile and tells me all about the activities he has done. I couldn’t wish for a better environment for him to grow in.

My daughter adores pre-school. She loves all the activities and the lovely warm environment that has been created for the children. She loves the staff, they have all supported my daughter in her learning and confidence. She’s made so much progress and has a real curiosity and sense of fun that is supported beautifully at Castle House. I am kept very informed about what she is doing at nursery and everyone on the team has been really supportive when I have asked for help. In addition, the team run so many extra activities, parties and celebrations which my daugher has been so excited to go to. Castle House is a lovely place and I am very happy to send my daughter there and would recommend it highly.

This nursery is incredible, my child since starting has learnt so much in such a short space of time. (He has been to 4 nurseries prior and this by far exceeds any other experience). They go above and beyond to get to know your child, their likes and dislikes. Everyone is kind and patient and you can see the confidence in my child since starting here. The staff make the settling-in process easy and they make sure the child settles in at their pace and feels included and welcome. Very lucky to have found such a wonderful setting which is so secure, with the most wonderful staff.

The schedule of the nursery works perfectly with our work commitments as I can leave her as early as 7.30 am and collect after 5 pm.

My daughter has attended Castle House for the last two years and we love it! Staff are friendly and helpful and always make time to listen to us. My daughter talks positively about her time at nursery and the activities she does and even on days where she has a wobble going in she will come out with a huge smile and be keen to share all her paintings and details of her day.

A really wonderful setting with members of staff that are not only professional, but really caring and nurturing towards the children. My children have always come home so happy after an engaging and fun day at nursery.
