Our daughter really likes all the staff and the time she spends at Castle House. She has learned so much and got out of her shell since she joined the nursery.
I couldn't recommend it more.
All the staff are very well prepared.

My son has been going here since he was in the baby room he is now in the preschool room. He loves going to this nursery the staff are really positive and friendly. There's so much for the kids to do and I love how much time they spend outside.
Cintia is my son's room leader and she is fantastic!
He has known his numbers and colours for ages and is now learning letters and letter sounds. She has been so supportive in nurturing his independence we are really lucky to have her.

My son has been attending for over 6 months. This was my first experience with childcare and I was very anxious about it. From the initial nursery viewing and settling process until now, I have been so happy and at ease with my son attending. He has been very happy. There are always a variety of
activities in the day, lots of outdoor play and good fun. Great communication and updates from staff who are friendly and responsive.

Both my children have attended Castle House/Kids Planet and have been very happy here. My eldest was moved from another nursery where he was not happy and subsequently had a much better experience at Castle House. My youngest has been at CH since they were 8mths and is now almost 3 - it's a job to
get them to leave at the end of they day as they are having such a great time! All the staff are very caring and personable. They put a ton of effort into everything they do and its clear the children love them and have a lovely time learning and playing.

Our child has been here since they were 8 months, they are now 3 1/2. We cannot fault this nursery - he has always been well cared for, entertained and educated, and I can't think of a better place for him to be.

My son has attended castle house for 2 and a half years, and genuinely cannot say a bad word about this place. The staff have been amazing across all 4 levels, and have shown so much kindness and care throughout. Could not recommend it enough.

The nursery has been great in the time we have sent our daughter. The nursery staff have always been very polite and attentive to our needs at all times.
With our daughter only attending twice a week it's been more difficult for her to integrate in comparison to others that are attending nursery
more frequently. With that being said, I feel the nursery has done their best to ensure this gap is bridged as best possible.
Particular shout out to two members of staff who have really made it an enjoyable experience for our daughter and us parents so far (especially them moany sobby morning).

Castle House is a fantastic nursery with a warm and welcoming environment where children thrive. My daughter absolutely loves attending-she enjoys all the activities and has grown so much in confidence and learning since she started. The staff are incredibly supportive, always friendly and helpful,
and they truly care about the children. I really appreciate the regular updates on what she's been up to and what she's eaten, which keeps me well-informed. The nursery also goes above and beyond by organizing extra activities, celebrations, and events that my daughter is always excited to attend. I feel completely at ease leaving her in such a nurturing setting, and I highly recommend Castle House to any parent looking for a wonderful place for their child.

I am extremely happy with my experience since my son joined Castle House back in January 2024! My son has continued to thrive there and is growing into such a strong and confident little boy, and that is partly down to this nursery and the staff there!
He has had amazing key workers, who would do
anything to help and support him, showing him nothing but love and support at all times. Everyone is extremely helpful with any questions I may have too.
The staff is what makes Castle House in my opinion. They are all so lovely!

Our two children have both attended Castle House, and we are immensely satisfied with the nurturing they have received. Specialised care and attention have been dedicated to the provision for our youngest child, who has Special Educational Needs. The wonderful staff have consistently gone above and
beyond to support their needs and facilitate their transition to primary school. We are deeply grateful for their exceptional efforts.
We are confident that our child is safe and content in this setting, and we would not hesitate to recommend Castle House to prospective parents.

Castle House has been a fantastic nursery for our 3-year old daughter, who has attended toddlers and pre-school.
She has a hearing impairment, which they have supported very well. She also gets a lot of one to one time, which is excellent, and she shares a very special bond with her key worker.

We moved to the area in May. The little one had been at a nursery prior to Castle House. In no time at all he has become well settled there. He is incredibly happy and starts singing these days, as we approach the nursery in the morning. The staff have been fantastic. We get a full report each day
on what he's been doing, as well as being able to follow his progress on the app. We are confident that he is safe, secure and happy. Thanks to all at Castle House.

Amazing staff and great facilities. My girls are so happy here! I've seen so much progress in their development and that's a great testament to their key workers and all of their colleagues. They enjoy the wide array of yummy snacks and meals and are well-cared for even if they're feeling a bit
emotional. I highly recommend this nursery.

We are very pleased with Castle House: the staff are excellent - attentive and caring - and management very supportive and communicative. Our son is developing well under their care and has lots of fun, as well as learning.

Excellent nursery all around. We'd looked at a few before committing and are really happy to have chosen Castle House. Our children love going and the attention they receive is evident. We're always kept up to date with how they're doing and the communication has been excellent. Overall we have no
regrets.

The nursery has very friendly staff. There is great communication with parents. Most importantly, my child enjoys attending and is learning a lot.

I could not be more happy with Castle Day, it’s such a caring and nurturing environment for my little one. He’s settled in so quickly and developing so fast, very happy to go in each day and smiles when he sees his friends and teachers. As a mum of three I’ve had a wide experience of nurseries and
can highly recommend it to anyone. They even have a pet tortoise!

They encourage children to be independent in a range of activities from an early age. They have good energy and that is reflected in the little ones. Although they are divided in ages, they have many opportunities to interact with other kids in different rooms.
