Kids Planet Macclesfield offers reliable and flexible childcare and has done since first opening its doors in 2011. The nursery opens every weekday from 7.30am-6.30pm year-round and caters for children from babies to preschool.

The nursery is a warm and welcoming setting with well-equipped indoor and outdoor spaces. The team are highly trained and committed to giving children the best start, making sure every child knows that they are valued and respected during their time at the setting.

We had a great experience with Kids Planet Macclesfield so far. Our son has been attending the Baby Room full time for around 4 months and has recently moved to the Woddlers Room.


All the staff are very knowledgeable, supportive, kind and we feel that they really love the kids. Our son seems to

very much enjoy it. There are always doing fun activities and we are feeling that he is developing very good.


We are very happy with the nursery and we would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic nursery and second family to my children. They have been going to Kids Planet Macclesfield since they were babies and all key workers have been wonderful, very nurturing and supportive. Special mention to the staff at the afterschool club for always going above and beyond what is expected
of them. My kids look forward to their afterschool club thanks to them.

I would honestly recommend this nursery to anybody. The provision and the staff are amazing. Both my boys have used the nursery. It’s wry and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. The kids absolutely love it and now we’re starting back there for after-school club.

I have only great things to say about Kids Allowed Macclesfield. After viewing several nurseries in the area and personally having very high standards. Kids Allowed stood out as the leader, and I was not wrong.
Always a friendly welcome from the reception team or staff you may bump into along the
way.
Huge praise for my son’s key workers, who equally adore him in return.
The staff are nurturing and supportive and provide him with care, attention and positivity. We have seen a huge improvement in our child’s development since his attendance.
In comparison to our friend’s children’s nurseries, the food at Kids Allowed is also far more nutritious and varied following dietary requirements with care.
A very happy environment for any child with exemplary facilities and communication with parents.

Love how everything is included in the price here - nappies, formula, breakfast, x2 hot meals per day, snack if your kid stays later, trips out and activities. Lots of safeguards are in place, and all staff are highly trained. Would definitely recommend!

Kids Allowed Macclesfield is a great nursery, and my daughter absolutely loves it and is always happy when she goes. The staff are great and make you feel very welcome, and as a mother, you feel that your child is definitely in safe hands. The meals they serve are amazing, and they focus on a lot of
outdoor play and activities, which is brilliant as my daughter loves playing outside. Her speech and confidence have come on so much since starting this nursery a year ago, and we couldn’t be more happy!

Kids Allowed are great. The staff are friendly, welcoming and excellent at what they do.
The rooms are well equipped and the activities for the children are wide ranging. There is a real emphasis on outdoor learning and play.
Our little girl is thriving and we could not ask for more.

Our experience with Kids Allowed has been nothing but excellent during the whole 4 years.

From babies to preschool, Kids Planet has been a central part of our family. The staff are incredible, kind and patient. The preschool team have got our son ready for school and given him a passion for learning and the outdoors.

My son is currently in the pre-school room upstairs.
The staff in the room are excellent and they go above and beyond to make his experience the best it can be! They are always friendly and welcoming every morning.
There are lots of fun activities that are creative and stimulating. He has come on
leaps and bounds with is language, writing and numbers in a very short time.
The communication at handovers is great, we know exactly what he has been up to that day. They are ready and responsive to any questions and we feel fully involved in my boy's learning experience.
The staff really know my boy and know how to manage any situation as I would. It is very reassuring that I know he is in the best hands!

My son was born in the first lockdown, sending him to nursery was a big thing for our family, from his very first settle our worries were eased, we were all welcomed as family by the team and managers. Team show genuine care, love and interest in our son. He has thrived since joining, although he has
some speech delays, he is so comfortable and happy. The scenco has been outstanding in supporting us and helping with his targets. Every key person he's had has always been wonderful and caring. I can't recommend this nursery enough. He eats freshly cooked food, everything is included as well as the cute bag you're given. Excellent nursery!

After having my little boy, I was so worried to leave him at nursery. I chose Kids Allowed and that was the best decision I could have made for my baby! The pure love and care he has received in the baby room has not only made me feel at ease to leave him, it has allowed him to feel happy and safe making
him thrive and come home showing me new things every week! We can’t believe how much he has progressed and taken to nursery life and we can not thank the baby room enough for everything they do!
Staff are always happy, present, and welcoming.
The room is always clean, tidy, and well set up with activities!
The communication from the staff to me as a parent regarding what he’s done that day, what they are working towards etc is very good and I absolutely love seeing what he’s been up to while I’m at work using their app.
I can not rate this nursery/the staff here enough and the security into the nursery is very good!

My son has attended Kids Allowed 4 days a week since he was 6 months old, he is now 2. Can’t fault anything, the staff are incredible all super chatty and welcoming, always take time to talk to you about the day and what they have been doing. I have no doubt that the care and attention provided to
each child is excellent. My son is always learning/experiencing new things. The meals are varied and healthy. The updates on the app are really beneficial. I can’t wait to send my daughter later on in the year.

Our little girl has been going to Macclesfield since April 2021. The staff in the baby room were amazing. After a really difficult lockdown, leaving our little girl was a real challenge and they were so helpful and kind. She absolutely loves going now and is thriving in the woddler room

Having had a baby in lockdown, I was very nervous at sending my son to nursery when I went back to work. On visiting Kids Allowed, I knew this was where I wanted him to go. I hadn't visited anywhere else but the feeling I got from the staff and the facilities put my mind at ease. Everyone is so friendly
and helpful and my son has loved going since day 1. He has always been happy to go in and never cried (something every parent fears) he has recently moved up to Woddlers,after spending 7 months in babies and transitioned to the new room very well. I never worry about him while he is there.

My son is currently in Woddlers and is the second of my children to go to Kids Allowed Macclesfield. We, as a family, have been very happy with Kids Allowed since my eldest started there in 2018. The staff, both in the rooms and in management are fantastic and the service is personal.
I wouldn't want
my children going anywhere else.

Both of our children attend Kids Allowed Macclesfield and have done since baby room. From the moment they walk in the door and hear their first "good morning!", to leaving at the end of their day, my kids feel at home. The staff are attentive, observant, enthusiastic and consistently surprise us with
how they go above and beyond.
The latest update to their technologies means that we can follow our kids' development daily, and always receive pictures and comments. This definitely helps me, especially on the days that they might not be "quite right".
The fun activities, the facilities, the loving team and the catering all makes it feel like my kids don't need to think about me or their dad or miss us during their sessions. And quite frankly, I love that.
Definitely at least go and have a look around if you're looking for somewhere for your "smalls".

Beth is the joint Manager of Kids Planet Macclesfield. Beth has worked for Kids Planet since 2011 and has been Manager since 2018, she also holds a Level 3 qualification in childcare.

Hi, I’m Chloe, one of the Nursery Managers here at Macclesfield.


I’ve been part of Kids Planet Macclesfield for 11 years, starting as an apprentice and working my way through roles such as Pre-School Room Manager and Deputy Manager before becoming Co-Manager.


I hold a Level 4 Early Years Advanced Practitioner qualification and a Level 3 Early Years SEN Coordinator qualification.


I’m passionate about supporting children to thrive, grow, and feel safe in a secure and nurturing environment.
