We have used Kids Planet in Macclesfield for the past 8 years and have always been extremely happy with the care we have received. Our children have gone from babies through to the holding and after school club and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I collect my grandaughter from this centre. The receptionist is always warm and welcoming. The room staff are always smiling and accomodating. The activities, outings and education recieved, even under the guise of play is outstanding. My grandaughter cannot wait to share her day, and comes out
happy and full of stories. Thank you, and well done Macclesfield for being an exceptional team.

Kids Planet has been great for my son this past year. He has grown from a toddler to a little boy, his speech has excelled, he is always learning so much and singing the praises of the staff. He loves attending and has made some wonderful connections. The staff go above and beyond to make sure every
day is different, exciting, fun and educational in creative ways.

From reception to all the staff, they are extenders friendly. My child has formed amazing bonds with many of your staff and he loves it there and everyoneis so caring. He has developed as a kiddy from being there. Thanks!!!

Our child has been at Kids Planet Macclesfield for 2 years now and we have been extremely happy with their care throughout.
Our child is nurtured and cared for by a team of cheery and proactive individuals and we are very happy with the care our child receives.
Our child is always excited to go to
nursery and is always greeted with enthusiasm each morning and waved off with a smile each evening!

Kind, caring and supportive staff. They really are amazing and make this nursery extra special!
Lots of trips and different activities for the children, they are always doing something fun
My children love it here as to I, makes that working parent guilt a little less knowing they are having a
lovely time at a fantastic nursery! I don't ever want my kids to leave here!

My daughter has been at kids planet for some time now and the staff and management are brilliant. The app they use to update us on everything is brilliant and they can't do enough for the children. Would highly recommend both my children have attended here .

Kids Planet Nursery is an absolutely amazing place - my child loves it!
From the minute he walks in, he's welcomed so warmly by the receptionist, and that positive feeling continues right through to his room where he's greeted with big smiles every day. The staff are so caring, friendly, and
attentive, which really puts me at ease as a parent.
Since starting at Kids Planet, his development has come on in leaps and bounds. He's more confident, engaged, and excited to learn, and it's clear how much effort and love the team put into supporting each child. I couldn't be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Kids Planet Nursery to any parent.

We had the best experience at Kids Planet Macclesfield - our son absolutely loved attending and had amazing support through his 3 years there. The staff were incredible, especially the SEN team who worked with our son throughout and helped us get an EHCP in place before he started school. I can't
recommend the nursery enough.

Excellent staff, always happy to hear of the progress my son makes at the nursery and the relationships he has formed there.
My only complaint would be the delay any of information from finance. Taking weeks and months to get back to me with figures. Causing uncertainty and un needed stress. I
would appreciate greater communication and transparency with finance.

Seemless transitions into new rooms and absolutely wonderful key workers all round. The bond they build is so lovely and makes me feel comforted knowing she's completely cared for.
Couldn't be happier, no complaints.
Incredible management too, totally professional and always have the
children's best interest but you can clearly see how much they care for their staff too.

My daughter has been at Kids Planet Macclesfield for over 18 months and we've had a great experience in every room (baby/woddler/toddler) she's been in. The facilities are exceptional and all the staff are friendly/caring and professional. Any queries/concerns we have are addressed promptly.
Communication is good. Our daughter has an allergy and this has been handled very well. And most importantly, our daughter is happy there. Thank you to all the staff.

My son has loved his start at kids planet macclesfield. He is currently in the baby room which my daughter was in too. It's so nice to have familiar faces as they had the same unit manager then too, and seeing so many familiar faces around the nursery too makes me feel at ease that he will have the
same best experience as my daughter did thoughout his journey. My daughter went to a few different nursery's before this but this is the one me and mum had the best experience with.

My child has been attending Kids Planet since January 2024, and from the very beginning, he absolutely loved it. He did experience a slight struggle transitioning from the Waddlers room to Toddlers, but his key worker went above and beyond to help make the change as smooth and comforting as
possible.
One particularly touching gesture was when she laminated his favourite movie characters to have ready for him when he arrived - something so small, yet so meaningful, that it genuinely brought me to tears. It showed how deeply the staff care and how far they're willing to go to make each child feel secure and excited to come in.
The entire nursery team is fantastic - always friendly, supportive, and welcoming, even if your child isn't in their specific room. I can't recommend Kids Planet highly enough to any parent looking for a nurturing and positive environment for their child's next step.

Amazing nursery, so helpful always go above and beyond! My child has come on so much and he absolute loves going to nursery. The staff are amazing when he moved up from babies to woddlers, I was very nervous, but they made me feel at ease all the way through the transition. They keep up to date all
day on the app which is so helpful and keeps my mind at ease.

My son has been attending Kids Planet Macclesfield since April 2025 and I have been beyond happy with my experience with them so far. The staff are amazing and really take their time to get to know each child, my son has gotten comfortable and settled in really quickly. This doesn't only include the
staff in my son's "room" but also across the entire site. They always have a friendly and welcoming smile on their face and take their time with every child. The daily updates are really reassuring that he is getting the most out of his day and the food variety sounds incredible and I can be assured that he is eating well. Overall, my experience so far has been fantastic and has really relieved my mum guilt of going back to work and I'm confident that they are providing top standard care when he is there. Thank you Kids Planet, Macclesfield.

My son has been at KA since June 2021 and is now in prep school and my daughter started in 'babies' in June 2024. I could not be happier with the care my children have received during their time at KA. Every room, every member of staff have ensured all their learning, physical and emotional needs
are met and any concerns I have had have been sorted immediately. Every transition has been carefully supported and when I had worries they were taken on board and supported. Both my children are happy and settled and love coming to nursery. Thank you team Macclesfield.

My little girl has been at this nursery since she was 8 months old. She is now turning 4 years old in July and starting school in September and I cannot thank Kids Planet Macclesfield enough for the early years start she has had from a young age. The most excellent nursery, with the most devoted
staff who all say good morning with a smile on their face. She is now in preschool/prep school and absolutely adores her key worker. As an ex-childcarer myself I have never met another childcarer in my life that goes so above & beyond for all the children. She is such a devoted and caring practitioner; enthusiastic, and all round hilarious. Even I enjoy having a little laugh with her at drop off and pick up. She's empathetic and so attentive to the little things; and has built such an amazing rapport and bond with my little one (and me too!)
The nursery truly is one of a kind, whether it's the attention to detail they put into activities or planning an adventurous day trip out! It's phenomenal!

Our daughter started in the baby room in February, we have had a really lovely experience right from the start.
The staff have been really welcoming, reassuring and understanding, our daughter was breastfed and had never really been left with anyone other than myself and Mum up until that point.
Our daughter settled really quickly thanks to the love and care shown from all the staff within the baby room, and they gave us regular updates throughout the time she was settling to really put our minds at ease during the day.
We get a photo update through the day, showing us how happy and thriving she is, along with milk, nappy and meal time updates:
We can really tell she loves all the girls who look after her, and we love that everyone we bump into throughout the nursery are chatty and warm, taking the time to say hello to our daughter as we pass.
She has been taken on trips to the park and fire station, and spends time in the rooms own garden space.
100% recommend!

Both ourselves and our son found the transition tricky from babies to woddlers however the last few weeks have really made us feel great.
The positive environment you create, the nurturing staff especially three staff members in particular, the engaging activities have made such a difference in
his happiness.
I can see how much he enjoys his time at the nursery, after a wobbly start in the room change which I know is normal I am so grateful for the patience, kindness, and dedication you show each day. It's clear to me that the team goes above and beyond to foster a warm, supportive, and educational atmosphere for the children.
Thank you for everything you do. It truly means a lot to us!
I'd also like to add what a lovely time we had at the Mother's Day stay and play.
