My Little girl finished nursery here in August 2021. From the word go the nursery have been fantastic. It is a very daunting experience leaving your child with complete strangers but I instantly felt at ease. She has absolutely thrived here and has gone from a shy little girl to a really confident intelligent
girl going off into school with no problem at all. She has learnt so much here and the practitioners obviously spend a lot of time teaching daily. Her key workers have been absolute stars and she formed such a lovely close relationship with them all showing how comfortable she must feel.
My little boy is currently in nursery and again doing really well. The only thing I would say is that I hope in the future outside events and stay and play sessions are able to resume as these have always been enjoyed by us. The phone app nursery use is really good as you can look throughout the day and see what your little one is up to which is reassuring.

My eldest son has just finished three and a half years at Children's Place Spring Cottage and my youngest started seven months ago. Both are so happy there - it feels like a second home to them. All of the staff are so nurturing and supportive, and they provide them with so much care, attention and
positivity. I have always found the key workers to be very communicative and the managers are so efficient and friendly.
I would highly recommend Spring Cottage to anyone looking for a nursery in the area and I feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful and happy environment for my sons.

We have seen our daughter flourish in this setting with her communication, eating and overall confidence. We cannot thank the dedicated, caring staff enough for all their hard work to give our child (and all these children) the best start in life.

My son has all the support and care I could ask for as a parent. He loves to attend nursery to socialise with staff and friends. He is delayed with hid speech and staff at the nursery do everything and more to assist with his development.

My child started attending this nursey in November 2019. She started to be lactose intolerant and the staff have been fantastic throughout, I couldn't fault them they have been great with her, she loves going to nursery and I feel she will learn a lot from there. Overall I'm very happy.

Based on our experience I can fully recommend this nursery. Our son has built a caring, strong bond with his keyworker and enjoys his days playing here. On the admin side, they are helpful and adaptable. All in all a very positive experience.

My granddaughter started here in the Daisy room (babies) when she was ten months old. We were all impressed with the care, love and attention the staff showed when she moved into Bluebells when she was just over a year old. The staff ensured that she bonded well with all of them. She is now 22 months
old and loves coming to nursery to explore and play. Thank you Spring Cottage.

My son started nursery when he was only eleven months old. He was a very clingy baby and cried a lot on drop-offs for months. Nursery key workers took good care of him, fed him well and engaged him in different activities. My son really got attached to one of his key workers and after a few months of
ballistic crying on drop-offs, he turned into a cheerful baby. I highly recommend this nursery to the parents of young children. Staff are extremely nice, cheerful and polite. They are humble and dedicated to their work. They have loads of activities. My shy baby has grown into a confident two-year-old toddler who can sing nursery rhymes as well. Thank you so much for your kindness and support.

Friendly staff who appear to genuinely care for the children. They offer a range of activities and messy play. The key worker has a strong relationship with my child and shows interest in her development. Communication via text message is helpful.

Have used Spring Cottage since 2014, all 3 of our children have attended there and we could not be happier. They have been supportive and understanding through difficult times. All 3 kids have enjoyed Spring Cottage (2 still attend). They feel safe and happy, looking forward to their days there. One
child has special dietary requirements and all needs have been met without them feeling they are missing out on anything, including at special times of the year when there are parties.
Learning is encouraged and there is great communication between home and nursery about development. Planning is sent home to reinforce the learning they are doing at nursery and input from parents and carers is welcome and encouraged. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Outdoor play is encouraged as is sensory play and exploring the world around them. They also explore the local community visiting the parks and library. The staff are amazing and so loving, always positive and friendly.

My two granddaughters both attend nursery and are so happy there. They have made such good friends and all the staff are welcoming - nothing is too much trouble. They have learnt so much whilst they have attended nursery and I feel confident that they are happy, safe and involved in opportunities/activities
that I could never give them.

My son has been coming to Spring Cottage Nursery since April 2017. I can honestly say that we have had the best experience and care. I feel that the staff at the nursery are very hard working and made a huge difference to my child's learning and development. As a parent, it is very reassuring to see
how happy and content my son is. His baby brother has just started and he has settled in very well. Would recommend this nursery.

We attended the winter-themed stay and play and were very impressed with the activities on offer and level of organisation out into the event. There were plenty of staff available to help and encourage the children. This was the first stay and play we have attended and we were pleasantly surprised.
We would attend another.

My two boys have attended this nursery since around May 2018 and both seem to be really enjoying it. They are encouraged to learn and explore. The opening hours are perfect for my shifts which is why I initially chose this nursery. The staff are all very friendly and approachable. The only downside
I would say is that they are only nine hour days which can be difficult for my shifts if I don't get out of work on time.

My daughter loves coming to the creche, the staff are all lovely and each make every effort to get to know her, play with and comfort her when needed. My daughter always speaks fondly of her days here and I'm very confident she has made some of the best memories here!
Very good with communication with
parents and many out of hours activities such as 'stay and play', parties etc.

Our son has been coming to Spring Cottage for just over a year. He has developed so much and the staff have built up a really good relationship with him. It's quite amazing to see how much he likes being here. As working parents that means a lot.

Mt daughter has happily attended Spring Cottage since she was 1 year old. Soon she will leave to start school. I think she is a confident and happy young girl. Nursery has helped her develop social skills and taught her to share. Nursery provides her with opportunities and experiences which I cannot
give her at home. I think she has thrived at nursery and this is a great start for school and education.

Overall good nursery my son loves coming and adores his key worker who has worked very closely with my son.
With regards to development, it would be lovely if she was able to spend more time with preparing the 3-4-year-olds for school.
