This Paper Moon Day Nursery in Forest Town is a purpose-built nursery with a bright and modern interior that enables children to learn in a caring environment.

All early years practitioners are highly-trained and committed to quality care and education, assisted by two large outdoor play areas, meals freshly prepared on site and a biometric security system.

My little girl loves to go to nursery. It is always very tidy and welcoming. There are lots of different activities for people to do.

Very good care of all the children lots of activities and ways to encourage each child to sing, drawer and take part in games etc.
Also, the nursery ensures a very good development for their age for example ability to count up to 10 and recognise most colours etc.

Since joining Paper Moon in April 2018, our daughter has gone from strength to strength. She is often keen to tell us about the new experiences she has had at nursery and is particularly engaged by the singing, dancing and mini-kicks activities. Though she gravitates more towards the company of adults,
the nursery staff are always happy to give her attention and extra support when required.
On collection, we are always well informed on the vents of our daughter's day. There is a good variety of food prepared for the children, including healthy options. If any improvements could be made, it would be that extra support is given to console and comfort children when they are tearful or sad at nursery drop off.

My son has come such a long way since starting at Paper Moon.
I never feel uncomfortable to raise any concerns or ask any questions with the staff.
I find they look after and help educate my son and he loves going to school and gets very close with some of the teachers.
I don't believe I would be
able to send him anywhere else where he would get the love, care and enjoyment that he does out of Paper Moon.

Since my son has started at Paper Moon in Forest Town he has changed so much he has started saying single words, walking and even singing. Paper Moon is a brilliant nursery, friendly and very welcoming. The food is excellent and the care for my child cannot be faulted. My son loves coming to nursery.
He always shows happiness when coming out of nursery. Staff are excellent, always friendly and always make my sons pick up time personal to him. I would 100% recommend this nursery to anyone.

This is a fantastic nursery my little boy loves attending every day.
There are always educational activities on offer while also meeting the children’s interests. The staff are very warm and welcoming and easy to approach.
My son has developed so many skills and made lots of lovely friends.
The
nursery is very accommodating for me as a shift worker they understand and support me sending my son different days and times. They will also accommodate at short notice when family crises occur.
Would definitely recommend this nursery.

I've been using Paper Moon for the past 18 months for my twins and I have been highly impressed and totally satisfied in all areas of the nursery. As well as being flexible and accommodating when extra sessions are needed, for me, the underlying factor which sets the nursery aside is that I totally
believe that all the skilled team really care about my children and want my children to be the best they can. The Paper Moon team do this by:
•   Developing confidence through exploratory play.
•   Understanding your children’s achievements in key milestones and sharing this through Tapestry - the interactive online learning journal.
•   Wanting to develop relationships and bonds with your children.
•   Showing empathy at all times, so you really feel your children are as important to them as they are to you.
I have total trust in this nursery that they are doing everything they can in helping my children grow and develop into awesome little people and I would 100% recommend this nursery.

I can not recommend or praise Paper Moon enough for the care and support they have given to my little boy over the past 2 years. He has had hearing difficulties, the nursery and staff team were amazing at ensuring that necessary paperwork was in place and staff knew how best to support him in both group
sessions and 1:1 basis. They have been involved in hearing about recommendations from professionals such as Senior Leadership and Team and his current key worker, has been proactive in introducing them within his sessions.
He has developed in confidence, especially over the past few months and has formed positive relationships with all the staff who greet us each time he is there. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff team or manager and they are always flexible when I need extra sessions or half day sessions due to work commitments.
I will always recommend this nursery to others. Staff team and the environment is perfect to support my little boy as he prepares for mainstream nursery school.

I have used Paper Moon Day Nursery for approximately 4 years and both of my daughters, from the age of 18 months. The staff have always been brilliant and very informative about what my children have been doing the day.


Both children thrived after the initial settling in period and progressed really

well in all areas, ready for them starting at school.

Our daughter has attended Paper Moon at Forest Town since she was nine months old. I visited four local nurseries and was extremely anxious about leaving our daughter in childcare. I knew straight away that Paper Moon was the right one and I have never questioned this decision.
My daughter is now nearly
three and getting ready to move into Paper Moon Preschool Room (Tigers).
As she has moved up/progressed into new rooms/groups we have whittled that the staff in the new rooms wouldn’t be as good as the staff we had got to know. We have always quickly been reassured by all the staff's knowledge and kindness.
The manager is very passionate about getting the service right for the children, she is always approachable and has never once made me feel like a pain for the ‘just checking she’s okay’ phone call.
We would not hesitate to recommend Paper Moon at Forest Town to anyone and I thank them for making being a working mum easier due to having trust in your childcare provider!

If you have any concerns about leaving your child and if they are a little clingy then this is the place you need to take your child. My son and daughter are attending the holiday club for the first time and my son finds it hard with new things new people.
I took them both and the lady who was looking
after them was amazing she really put me at ease with the way she was with them. He was upset as I was leaving him and she took my place and comforted him and he was fine I cried more than he did.
This may not sound anything amazing but when my son doesn't always stay with family members there is only one word I can use for this place and it's amazing, he couldn't wait to go the next day.
It took me 3 years at school for him to stop crying when I left him and it took them 10 minutes.
I cannot thank them enough I couldn't give them a 10/10 as this just wouldn't be enough and no words can really show my gratitude.

Our daughter joined Paper Moon in September 2016 at age 10 months, she has settled quickly and loves being there.
The staff are so welcoming and friendly and seem to really take the time to get to know each child individually. They all greet our daughter personally when they see her in the corridor
- regardless of which room they are usually in.
Our daughter is encouraged to explore and play individually, as well as with others and in organised activities with the staff - her language has developed leaps and bounds in the last few months and we have the nursery to thank for this!
The food is varied and nutritional, and we get a detailed breakdown of what she has eaten throughout the day, and how much of each portion she has eaten at the end of the day. She has tried a number of new foods since joining Paper Moon.
Knowing she is so happy there has made the return to full-time work less painful, and I would happily recommend Paper Moon to friends and family.

I have 2 sons - aged 3 years and aged 9 months. They both attend Paper Moon Day Nursery. My 3-year-old has attended the nursery since he was 9 months old. His development at the nursery has been exceptional. He has always been happy to go to the nursery and has made a circle of friends that have progressed
with him through the nursery rooms. My 9-month old started nursery 6 weeks ago. He settled immediately and has formed a close bond with his key person. He always greets nursery with a smile in a morning which made my transition back to work following maternity leave much easier.
I have been very happy with the nursery and all of the staff.

Fantastic nursery, ever since my little boy started going to Paper Moon Forest Town since he was 6 months old (he is now 4), he has come on in leaps and bounds. He has learnt so much more than I could of ever have taught him, socially and educationally. He loves going to Nursery 3 days a week and his
teachers are amazing and he loves each and every one of them. Every night he comes home and tells me all about his day and all the lovely healthy food and snacks that he has eaten. Ever since he was a toddler he has always been encouraged to try new foods and this has meant that he will now eat most fruit and Veg. I can't praise and thank this nursery and the amazing staff enough for everything that they have done for myself and my son.

Our son has been attending Paper Moon Forest Town for just under 2 years now and has come on loads since starting there. He loves the staff and they make him feel welcome and loved. He had his own key worker to help him along with his speech and he also has dietary issues and they are brilliant with
that too.
