My daughter has had an excellent experience while being in nursey for past 2 years. After a bad experience in previous nursey, I was nervous about my daughter starting here. Its been amazing & I was soon at ease knowing my daughter was happy & cared for. All staff have been kind, friendly, helpful & supportive. They bought out the confidence in my daughter. Nothing is too much trouble & they always go above & beyond for parents & the children. I would highly recommend this nursey to all parents.

My daughter has spent the past 2 years with yoi and is moving on to school in spetember. She's really enjoyed her time, she's made so many friends. The ladies who care foster her have been amazing. The staff are like a little family and all get on so well. Would highly recommend. Thankyou for everything

After a great experience with this nursery and my first daughter I sent my second daughter here too, she has grown and learnt so much in the last year, I can't praise the staff enough for the help and support they give my daughter and also myself with any issues I have with her, they are so caring and patient my daughter loves being at nursery I would recommend paper moon to anyone

Being a first time mum I didn't know what to expect or what to look for, I viewed a couple of nurseries before this one, and on the viewing my son felt at home, the knowledge and feeling we got from this we new we wanted our son here at Paper Moons. He's been with them for nearly 3 years and I can honestly say it was the best decision we made. His speech came on massively. Our son has made some lovely friends who will then go on to the same school as him. We haven't had a bad experience, the staff are like family very welcoming. The other thing that stood out for me was also what they teach and how they teach the children, as they follow the same curriculum as main stream schools, so when your little one eventually leaves to go to a full time school they will already have the knowledge they need to excel. I've also never seen such a good food menu as I have here(They eat like kings & queens). Thank you for being apart of our journey, I'm entirely grateful xx

We have had a truly wonderful experience with Paper Moon Day Nursery in Forest Town. From the very beginning, the staff have been incredibly welcoming, caring, and professional. The team takes the time to get to know each child individually, and it's clear they genuinely care about their development and well-being. The setting is clean, well-organised, and very well-equipped, creating a safe and stimulating environment for the children. Communication from the nursery is excellent-we are kept informed about daily activities, meals, and progress through regular updates, which gives us real peace of mind. Our child has flourished since attending Paper Moon, and we've noticed such positive changes in their confidence, social skills, and learning. The staff always go above and beyond to make every day special. Everything about this nursery is top-notch, and I would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a nurturing and high-quality early years setting.

Although our son was unsure at first about Nursery, he soon settled in thanks to the patience, care and effort of everyone at the nursery. He's come a long way in his nursery journey, his speech had improved, he's learning to share more, sit still listen and read. I know, thanks to the girls in Tigers, that he will go on to absolutely smash big school and for that I can't thank Papermoons enough!

As a 1st time mum, I was very skeptical about where to send my little boy and we viewed so many nursery's but this one out weighed them all. From the staff to the food to the rooms, I can't fault it at all. My little boy has such a good time every time he goes and I love checking the app for updates and photos. He's gotten so much more confident and his development has come on leaps and bounds. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the staff are lovely and happy to listen to anything. It's so easy to get in touch with any of the management team through the app and they respond very quickly and promptly which is great for any query's I have. As much as I miss him when he goes to nursery, I love knowing he's at paper moon day nursery and having a good time. I couldn't have picked a better nursery and I can't recommend it more.

I was apprehensive to send my daughter to nursery however as soon as we walked through the doors, we were met by friendly staff and a lovely clean nursery with lots of fun things to do! All my anxiety melted away and my daughter has had nothing but fun attending the nursery for the last year.

My first child went there and always had a wonderful time, her little sister just started and it's a big transition for her. The staff always give me updates of how she was during her time there and are gentle and understanding with her, I also get regular updates via the famly app. Highly recommend papermoon nursery.

I love Papermoon for our little one, I feel kept up to date with everything she does and all the nursery news. The team have always been lovely over the many months she has been there in all of the rooms she has been in. I love that they do a varied programme and menu and my little one has really come on with her food choices, speaking and surprises me with things she has learnt.

My daughter has attended papermoon forest town since march 2024, she thoroughly enjoys her days at nursery. The staff are attentive and nurturing and take their time to get to know each child and parent. The updates and pictures we get are reassuring. And the activities that are done with the children are appropriate and fun for them. The food is fantastic as well.

Amazing nursery, made both my boys feel extremely welcome for their first nursery experience and have been wonderful teachers to them in all things. From numbers to alphabet to play, I can't even describe how much they enjoy it here.

I have noticed a substantial amount of growth in our son since starting at Paper Moon and not just in height. We obviously try and instill good behaviour at home, but these traits are things that he has also learned from being at nursery and more importantly are acted upon. We can tell and show him how to behave, but at nursery he's in an environment where it's put into practice. His kindness, his playfulness, his cheekiness, his education, his experiences, his willingness to try new foods and his character all have grown so much in the time he's been going. He loves the staff there and can't wait to go in. More than all of this, we feel he's safe and being looked after by the amazing staff there. We love Paper Moon.

Our daughter has been coming here for almost 3 years now and she absolutely loves it. She runs through the door to greet the friendly staff - often for a big cuddle. Everyone is always so friendly, helpful and polite. They make a fuss of our daughter and make us feel like she's special. We intend on placing our 2nd daughter here without question - even if it's a little out of our way. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you to all the ladies who work so hard and who have helped to shape our daughter into the wonderful human being she is today.

Brilliant nursery defo recommend my granddaughter has learnt quite a bit since started the staff amazing the cook does really nice fresh meals very clean place staff brilliant with the children always get good reports back on how the day was

I have only had a positive experience of Paper Moon. My daughter has been at the nursery for around 2 and a half years and her confidence has come on in leaps and bounds, especially the last 8 months! The staff have put in a lot of effort into encouraging her with communication and socialising and she is doing amazingly thanks to the girls in Tigers who are friendly and approachable. My daughter loves going to nursery and enjoys all the activities all year round that the nursery put on for the children to participate in. The management have also been great and understanding. My little boy started in September 2024 we had rocky start but after a few weeks he was settled. The staff were amazingly calm and patient with him and have now created a very special bond. When he first started I had some concerns developmentally that we all worked one and now he's a totally different boy. The staff keep me well informed of his day through the app. Staff are super friendly and it feels like one big family.

Staffs are very friendly with children's parents. And our child like her class teachers .she always tells good about them. Specially four members of staff from Tiger. And she is enjoying all activities indoor and outdoor. I get most of the update from staffs. Only thing is I see most of the children including my daughter come home with very bad dry nose. Just need to look at them when it happens.

I can't say enough about this nursery and all of the fantastic staff. The team do a brilliant job. Every week there's a new theme, the kids are all well fed and always having so much fun our daughter loves going. You can really tell when you have such a great bunch of staff who genuinely love what they do. Please keep up the great work!
