Paper Moon Day Nursery - Forest Town

Overall, the handling of incidents and the standard of management fell well below expectations, leaving us feeling unheard.

Our daughter has so far had a truly wonderful experience at this nursery. The dedicated key workers have supported her every step of the way, showing genuine care for her development. We love the calm, clean, and nurturing environment, and the variety of learning activities keeps her engaged and excited. It's also incredibly reassuring to know she's enjoying healthy, nutritious meals every day. We couldn't ask for a better start for her.

The live app which provides updates on activities through the day is brilliant! And the no tailgate policy for access gives me comfort about security.

My daughter has been coming here since age 2 & she's now 3 moving up to the next room. The staff are very friendly & it didn't take long for my daughter to settle & get excited about going. She's already learnt a lot & grew in confidence. Cosy rooms. Even did some Yoga which she loved.

The nursery Is a lovely the staff is very friendly and lovely to talk too they let u know how your child is doing and gives u feedback of how they been through out the day. Also they got an app so us parents can see what's they have eaten and when they had a nappy change and also when they are having a nap and how long they have had which is a good idea.

Paper Moon nursery has helped my son come on leaps and bounds! He was very shy and found it difficult to come out of his shell, whereas now he strolls into his classroom excited to spend time at nursery. He has made some lovely friends and has gained so much confidence. I have no doubts I will be sending my younger child here too!

He has just started nursery and is still settling in. He is a little shy at the moment, but he seems comfortable in the environment. The nursery is very good and the staff are kind and supportive, which helps him feel safe.

He get adapted very quickly and coming back home with the big smile. Thank you

Since starting at Paper moon my boys have developed brilliantly both socially and educationally.

Personally we can't fault Paper Moon Forest Town Nursery, they've been amazing from start to finish. We registered pretty early as we knew we wanted our daughter to go here so had no issues with that side of things and they have always gone above and beyond for us. We did extra settling in sessions at the start which were absolutely no issue for them. The app and invoicing etc was all explained in detail, all costs and charges come with a full breakdown and the office have always been more than happy to explain it further if needed. I feel that all the staff make a conscious effort to communicate with everyone and update you all the time, so you feel completely in the loop. Our daughter has been so engaged and come on leaps and bounds since starting, they seem to do something different every day yet it just runs so smoothly and efficiently. The detail that goes into the app tops it off for us too, you aren't bombarded with information, it's very clear and detailed. Honestly 10/10 !!

My little boy joined Papermoon in september 2025 the staff are absolutely fantastic and really go above and beyond for not only the children but the families to the difference in my little boy in just 4 months has been phenomonal he has gained so much confidence and has really come out of his shell we as a family just want to thank all the staff at papermoon for your amazing work and for helping shape the future for children just like ours

My daughter has spent the past 2 years with yoi and is moving on to school in spetember. She's really enjoyed her time, she's made so many friends. The ladies who care foster her have been amazing. The staff are like a little family and all get on so well. Would highly recommend. Thankyou for everything

After a great experience with this nursery and my first daughter I sent my second daughter here too, she has grown and learnt so much in the last year, I can't praise the staff enough for the help and support they give my daughter and also myself with any issues I have with her, they are so caring and patient my daughter loves being at nursery I would recommend paper moon to anyone

Being a first time mum I didn't know what to expect or what to look for, I viewed a couple of nurseries before this one, and on the viewing my son felt at home, the knowledge and feeling we got from this we new we wanted our son here at Paper Moons.

He's been with them for nearly 3 years and I can honestly say it was the best decision we made. His speech came on massively. Our son has made some lovely friends who will then go on to the same school as him. We haven't had a bad experience, the staff are like family very welcoming.

The other thing that stood out for me was also what they teach and how they teach the children, as they follow the same curriculum as main stream schools, so when your little one eventually leaves to go to a full time school they will already have the knowledge they need to excel.

I've also never seen such a good food menu as I have here(They eat like kings & queens).

We have had a truly wonderful experience with Paper Moon Day Nursery in Forest Town. From the very beginning, the staff have been incredibly welcoming, caring, and professional. The team takes the time to get to know each child individually, and it's clear they genuinely care about their development and well-being.

The setting is clean, well-organised, and very well-equipped, creating a safe and stimulating environment for the children. Communication from the nursery is excellent-we are kept informed about daily activities, meals, and progress through regular updates, which gives us real peace of mind.

Our child has flourished since attending Paper Moon, and we've noticed such positive changes in their confidence, social skills, and learning. The staff always go above and beyond to make every day special.

Everything about this nursery is top-notch, and I would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a nurturing and high-quality early years setting.

Although our son was unsure at first about Nursery, he soon settled in thanks to the patience, care and effort of everyone at the nursery. He's come a long way in his nursery journey, his speech had improved, he's learning to share more, sit still listen and read. I know, thanks to the girls in Tigers, that he will go on to absolutely smash big school and for that I can't thank Papermoons enough!

As a 1st time mum, I was very skeptical about where to send my little boy and we viewed so many nursery's but this one out weighed them all. From the staff to the food to the rooms, I can't fault it at all. My little boy has such a good time every time he goes and I love checking the app for updates and photos. He's gotten so much more confident and his development has come on leaps and bounds. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the staff are lovely and happy to listen to anything. It's so easy to get in touch with any of the management team through the app and they respond very quickly and promptly which is great for any query's I have. As much as I miss him when he goes to nursery, I love knowing he's at paper moon day nursery and having a good time. I couldn't have picked a better nursery and I can't recommend it more.
