Paper Moon Day Nursery - Forest Town

I was apprehensive to send my daughter to nursery however as soon as we walked through the doors, we were met by friendly staff and a lovely clean nursery with lots of fun things to do! All my anxiety melted away and my daughter has had nothing but fun attending the nursery for the last year.

My first child went there and always had a wonderful time, her little sister just started and it's a big transition for her.

The staff always give me updates of how she was during her time there and are gentle and understanding with her, I also get regular updates via the famly app.

Highly recommend papermoon nursery.

I love Papermoon for our little one, I feel kept up to date with everything she does and all the nursery news. The team have always been lovely over the many months she has been there in all of the rooms she has been in. I love that they do a varied programme and menu and my little one has really come on with her food choices, speaking and surprises me with things she has learnt.

My daughter has attended papermoon forest town since march 2024, she thoroughly enjoys her days at nursery. The staff are attentive and nurturing and take their time to get to know each child and parent. The updates and pictures we get are reassuring. And the activities that are done with the children are appropriate and fun for them. The food is fantastic as well.

His kindness, his playfulness, his cheekiness, his education, his experiences, his willingness to try new foods and his character all have grown so much in the time he's been going. He loves the staff there and can't wait to go in. More than all of this, we feel he's safe and being looked after by the amazing staff there. We love Paper Moon.

Our daughter has been coming here for almost 3 years now and she absolutely loves it. She runs through the door to greet the friendly staff - often for a big cuddle.

Everyone is always so friendly, helpful and polite. They make a fuss of our daughter and make us feel like she's special.

We intend on placing our 2nd daughter here without question - even if it's a little out of our way. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Brilliant nursery defo recommend my granddaughter has learnt quite a bit since started the staff amazing the cook does really nice fresh meals very clean place staff brilliant with the children always get good reports back on how the day was

I have only had a positive experience of Paper Moon. My daughter has been at the nursery for around 2 and a half years and her confidence has come on in leaps and bounds, especially the last 8 months! The staff have put in a lot of effort into encouraging her with communication and socialising and she is doing amazingly thanks to the girls in Tigers who are friendly and approachable. My daughter loves going to nursery and enjoys all the activities all year round that the nursery put on for the children to participate in. The management have also been great and understanding. My little boy started in September 2024 we had rocky start but after a few weeks he was settled. The staff were amazingly calm and patient with him and have now created a very special bond. When he first started I had some concerns developmentally that we all worked one and now he's a totally different boy. The staff keep me well informed of his day through the app. Staff are super friendly and it feels like one big family.

Staffs are very friendly with children's parents. And our child like her class teachers .she always tells good about them. Specially four members of staff from Tiger. And she is enjoying all activities indoor and outdoor. I get most of the update from staffs. Only thing is I see most of the children including my daughter come home with very bad dry nose. Just need to look at them when it happens.

I can't say enough about this nursery and all of the fantastic staff. The team do a brilliant job. Every week there's a new theme, the kids are all well fed and always having so much fun our daughter loves going. You can really tell when you have such a great bunch of staff who genuinely love what they do. Please keep up the great work!

The whole team are just wonderful.

We had the same when we moved up to the next room, bit rocky but the staff were able to help him settle and now he wakes up most mornings asking if it's nursery day. The staff keep me well informed of his day through the app (only thing I would like is more pictures of his day, even if not linked to an observation, like some other nurseries do). Overall it's a fantastic nursery and I would definitely recommend having it on your shortlist.

Overall experience of the nursery is excellent and our daughter loves it there. She has developed amazingly since she has been there from March and the staff are very friendly too. The nursery is always clean and tidy with lots of activities for the children so overall brilliant.

Our daughter has recently started here and we're highly impressed with the staff and their professionalism when it comes to their job. Our daughters key worker is absolutely lovely and trustworthy and the manager is also approachable and friendly to talk to, despite how busy she must be. Always happy to help when a problem or confusion has arised on our part which is nice because we get quite anxious talking to new people. We're looking forward to seeing how much our daughter develops whilst she is here because she always seems in a good mood when she leaves nursery.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. The facilities are amazing and is always clean. There are tons of pictures and art on the walls giving it such a wholesome feel and it's great. Staff very friendly, every single one of them are warm and welcoming and speak so highly of our daughter.

The staff at Paper Moon Day Nursery's Forest Town go above and beyond to meet expectations for the progression of the children they care for. My child attends this nursery and whenever I'm struggling with something they are straight on board to help me. My child is such a bubbly, happy confident little one since attending this nursery.

Both my children have attended this nursery and the care has always been outstanding. The staff are friendly and great with the children, doing lots of fun activities with them. I would highly recommend the nursery to anybody considering sending their child here.

My little girl has been attending this nursery for 5 months. She started at 18 months old. I'm really pleased with how she has settled well here. The staff have all been really supportive. They all genuinely care. The nursery uses an app to give us regular updates on my little one's day including photos. They have indoor and outdoor activities. Sometimes outside entertainment and speakers come in to provide dance activities and other things. I can see a huge improvement in my little girl's confidence since starting there. Would definitely recommend it!
