This Paper Moon Day Nursery in Forest Town is a purpose-built nursery with a bright and modern interior that enables children to learn in a caring environment.

All early years practitioners are highly-trained and committed to quality care and education, assisted by two large outdoor play areas, meals freshly prepared on site and a biometric security system.

Key EYFS objectives are adopted, as the team look to help set the building blocks for life. There is a focus on getting to know each individual, made possible by a key worker system that allows the team to respond to any specific needs and keeps parents up-to-date with progress.

I honestly cannot say enough about this nursery. The staff, the management and everything in between.
My little girl instantly made a bond with a member of staff in the baby room; she lights up every time she sees her. You cannot put a price on knowing you're leaving your baby in safe hands with experienced
staff members who enjoy your baby as much as you do.
The regular updates and pictures to put your mind at rest are just invaluable and it honestly feels like they care so much.
I absolutely love that you can drop your little one off in the room and you don't have to leave them crying at the door. You get to see exactly what is going on, it is just so lovely.
Also, I absolutely loved that when my little girl banged her head, the incident form was sent through for immediate acknowledgement. This was then followed by regular updates on her to, once again, put your mind at rest and be reassured that your little one is in safe hands.
The whole team are just wonderful.

My little one started in April 2023 and had a rocky start but after a few weeks he was settled. The staff were calm and patient with him and created an amazing bond.
We had the same when we moved up to the next room, bit rocky but the staff were able to help him settle and now he wakes up most mornings
asking if it's nursery day. The staff keep me well informed of his day through the app (only thing I would like is more pictures of his day, even if not linked to an observation, like some other nurseries do). Overall it's a fantastic nursery and I would definitely recommend having it on your shortlist.

Overall experience of the nursery is excellent and our daughter loves it there. She has developed amazingly since she has been there from March and the staff are very friendly too. The nursery is always clean and tidy with lots of activities for the children so overall brilliant.

Our daughter has recently started here and we're highly impressed with the staff and their professionalism when it comes to their job. Our daughters key worker is absolutely lovely and trustworthy and the manager is also approachable and friendly to talk to, despite how busy she must be. Always happy
to help when a problem or confusion has arised on our part which is nice because we get quite anxious talking to new people. We're looking forward to seeing how much our daughter develops whilst she is here because she always seems in a good mood when she leaves nursery.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. The facilities are amazing and is always clean. There are tons of pictures and art on the walls giving it such a wholesome feel and it's great. Staff very friendly, every single one of them are warm and welcoming and speak so highly of our daughter.

My little girl has been attending this nursery for 5 months. She started at 18 months old. I'm really pleased with how she has settled well here. The staff have all been really supportive. They all genuinely care. The nursery uses an app to give us regular updates on my little one's day including photos.
They have indoor and outdoor activities. Sometimes outside entertainment and speakers come in to provide dance activities and other things. I can see a huge improvement in my little girl's confidence since starting there. Would definitely recommend it!

I have my second child now attending kangaroos, and I have never felt so comfortable. The staff there are so caring and really help my children thrive - couldn't ask for a better nursery or team to look after my son and to have looked after and helped my daughter thrive.

This nursery is fantastic. I feel so at ease that my little boy is safe, well looked after, well fed and he really is in the best care whilst I'm not there. I'm always reassured that he's happy, and having fun. It fills me with happiness every time I walk through the doors.
I love that they take him
outside at every opportunity they get - weather permitting.
The staff are so friendly, I never walk past anyone without them saying hello to myself or my little boy.
My little boy has been there for 8 months, and he really is thriving.

The best nursery, staff and manager we could have asked for. Both of my children have been to Paper Moon now within the last 5 years, and have both enjoyed their time there thoroughly. My youngest with SEN has been looked after as if she were their own. Though she has autism and speech delay, her communication
has improved so much because of the staff at Paper Moon. She's always learning more and coming home super happy! We've never had any issues and have gained so much support when needed. We're so sad she will be leaving in September, but urge any parent to choose Paper Moon for their little one to thrive in a safe, happy and loving environment.

The loveliest nursery for our daughter and all the other children. We were very skeptical when thinking of putting our daughter in nursery but so glad we chose Paper Moon Forest Town. All the staff go that extra mile for the children and have all added to our daughter's journey in their own way. Our
very shy and quiet girl is now a confident sass pants. Nothing but amazing support and guidance. Great activities for the children, a welcoming place with lots of great photos and children's work around the setting.

Had severe Mum guilt when changing jobs and needing to put my little one in nursery but all the ladies here are so lovely. She has come on leaps and bounds and the communication is excellent. The pictures of her show how settled she is.

My daughter has been coming here since January 2023 and I will be so upset when she leaves! The staff are incredible! My child started going to this daycare two years ago and started to like it more and more. He got a very good education from the staff there which he loves very much. He goes every time with great pleasure and he likes the activities he does there that give him the chance to develop his communication
but also other skills that were not so well developed when he started going there.

My son has autism g/d and speech delay this nursery has been a godsend they have gone out of their way to accommodate his needs and have helped with other things as well, they are kind polite/friendly always helpful. They have done extremely well with my son. I have an older son who also attended here
to he loves it so much that he begged to go back once he started school. We are going to miss nursery in September as he is then at school. Thank you for making us feel safe, included and well informed and also being amazing to our son. So yes million % recommended x
