Monkey Puzzle West Kensington Nursery has recently added new staff and it has made a huge difference to the experience of sending our child to nursery. Handover at the end of the day are thoughtful and thorough, updates on the app are detailed and show that planning reflects the children's' interests. We now receive warm welcomes on arrival which encourages our child to enter the nursery confidently and independently. We really are pleased with the changes being made to the building too - the gardens are much more suited to the age group and seeing artwork on the walls is a lovely addition.

Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery West Kensington is a fantastic nursery. Our daughter has been going there since she was 10 months old, and she's now 3 and a half. It has helped her development immensely and she loves going there every day. The staff are all very kind and loving and attentive. They play so many different games and do different activities every day, as well as dancing, singing and counting in different languages. The setting itself is really great, very spacious, with two playgrounds. The food is freshly cooked every day. Our daughter loves the food actually! And it's great to follow the updates on the app as to how her day is going. Our older son also attended Monkey Puzzle from the baby room all the way until he started primary school. Overall we're really happy with our choice of nursery and would highly recommend.
We love Monkey Puzzle! The staff are kind, caring, and attentive. The facilities are great, and the setting is always so clean. Everything is included, even down to meals for our little one who has an intolerance. Meals are always nutritious and delicious, she eats better at 'Monkey School' than at home! The staff are really good at keeping parents updated daily and weekly, we love getting photos through on the app. Cannot recommend Monkey Puzzle West Kensington enough!
My son has been going to Monkey Puzzle West Kensington since he was 14 months (he’s now 26 months). We’ve found the nursery to be excellent. The staff are wonderful and management accommodating and easily contactable. It was a bit rocky to start for my son as he’d only ever been at home with me but he loves it now and has thrived immensely. He is becoming a confident kid not just at home but with other children in social situations. I feel at ease knowing he is in a safe and loving environment and well looked after. Management are so good at Monkey Puzzle. They're so on it and really good with updates. The amount of activities and learning is great too. My son has come on leaps and bounds since joining the nursery and always being pushed to get the help my son needs. It says a lot when your child is excited to return somewhere!

This is my son's first nursery, and Monkey Puzzle did an amazing job settling him in. Recently, we experienced a sewage flood at home, and the nursery went the extra mile to care for my child. They offered additional days, which were extremely helpful during these stressful times. The app they use to update parents about the child's activity is really good. Super impressed with this nursery. We choose this nursery for our first child who was 14 months at the time which was super nerve-racking and an unfamiliar new experience for us but they have been fantastic from day 1. Our daughter is in the baby room and she absolutely loves coming here, she loves the nursery practitioners in her room, they are all brilliant with her. Well-fed every day, fantastic activities carefully planned out, outdoor play and she is allowed to explore independently too. The level of teaching and learning here is great and she has come in leaps and bounds with communication and overall development. The app also makes us feel so included as parents, with the end of the week updates, pictures, daily routine documented including nappy changes, food eaten, sleep duration. My daughter has been at this nursery for around a year now and is so happy there! The staff and new management are extremely supportive and have done a great job with exploring ways to increase her development and I believe she’s really thriving now! Everyone is kind and fellow parents are also friendly. The nursery has an app to update you on your child’s development and what they’ve done throughout the day and it includes pictures, which is an awesome pick me up if you ever have a tough day at work.

I have seen a very good improvement since the new manager arrived. The app is constantly updated with information about the kids and the activities they do daily, this is very helpful and useful for us parents to be aware of what our kids do. The room leader in the babies room is extremely nice and she cares a lot about the kids. Also, the practitioners in the toddler rooms are very nice. In the babies rooms, a lot of fun activities are done every day and my son is learning a lot and very much enjoys his days.

This is a wonderful nursery. My baby started there at just eight months old and he was the youngest in the group at the time. He was very well looked after from day one. You get the feeling that the staff really care and love their job. They have a great app for communicating and also keep track of what your child is up to throughout the day. My daughter is three years old now. She has been going to Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery West Kensington since she was one and a half years old. It took some time for her to get used to it but now she adores Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery West Kensington and so do we as her parents. Every day at home, even on weekends she pretends she is at the nursery, she is a teacher and all toys and even us are her Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery West Kensington friends. I have been working in Early Years for 13+ years. I chose this career because of the joy and innocence the children bring, knowing I can teach them something new. When I started my journey, I began as a newly qualified practitioner from college. I love this job because I am able to encourage children to express themselves freely. I love seeing the difference I make to the children and their families.
I joined Monkey Puzzle West Kensington because of the children, their families and the staff - it felt like home. I joined Monkey Puzzle as a Deputy Manager and became the Nursery Manager within 18 months. I managed a new site, completed my Level 5 in Management, and managed 2 sites at one time, whilst training up another Deputy Manager so she could take over one of the sites.
