My baby is well fed and looked after.

Super impressed with this nursery. We choose this nursery for our first child who was 14 months at the time which was super nerve-racking and an unfamiliar new experience for us but they have been fantastic from day 1. Our daughter is in the baby room and she absolutely loves coming here, she loves
the nursery practitioners in her room, they are all brilliant with her. Well-fed every day, fantastic activities carefully planned out, outdoor play and she is allowed to explore independently too. The level of teaching and learning here is great and she has come in leaps and bounds with communication and overall development. The app also makes us feel so included as parents, with the end of the week updates, pictures, daily routine documented including nappy changes, food eaten, sleep duration. Also, we regularly get an in-depth weekly update on her development which is personalised for her and shows the dedication to each child. Brilliant nursery!

My daughter has been at this nursery for around a year now and is so happy there! The staff and new management are extremely supportive and have done a great job with exploring ways to increase her development and I believe she’s really thriving now! Everyone is kind and fellow parents are also friendly.
The nursery has an app to update you on your child’s development and what they’ve done throughout the day and it includes pictures, which is an awesome pick me up if you ever have a tough day at work.

The team at Monkey Puzzle are really friendly and helpful. Our daughter was only 8 months when she started and we were new parents so we were a bit nervous. I have seen a very good improvement since the new manager arrived. The app is constantly updated with information about the kids and the activities they do daily, this is very helpful and useful for us parents to be aware of what our kids do. The room leader in the babies room is extremely nice and
she cares a lot about the kids. Also, the practitioners in the toddler rooms are very nice. In the babies rooms, a lot of fun activities are done every day and my son is learning a lot and very much enjoys his days.

This is a wonderful nursery. My baby started there at just eight months old and he was the youngest in the group at the time. He was very well looked after from day one. You get the feeling that the staff really care and love their job. They have a great app for communicating and also keep track of
what your child is up to throughout the day. I pick up a very happy baby at the end of each day.

This nursery has excellent staff that not only look for the safety of our children but they get involved with them in a very loving way. My daughter is three years old now. She has been going to Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery West Kensington since she was one and a half years old. She started from baby room, then she was in toddler and now she is in preschool. It took some time for her to get used to it but now she adores Monkey Puzzle Day
Nursery West Kensington and so do we as her parents. Every day at home, even on weekends she pretends she is at the nursery, she is a teacher and all toys and even us are her Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery West Kensington friends. This is so funny but at the same time very interesting because we can see exactly what is happening when our daughter is there, which games they play and what staff say. She learns a lot from there and we are very happy we chose this place for our daughter.

Monkey Puzzle West Kensington is simply fantastic. My daughter has been attending since September, she’s now 2. The staff are amazing, the level of care for the children is exceptional. It has a really warm feeling and I have always felt super comfortable leaving my daughter. The staff are friendly

Our two-year-old son has been attending Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery West Kensington for two months. The staff are professional, friendly, caring and keen to help the toddlers learn and have fun. Each week, activities are planned that relate to current events, such as Chinese New Year or book day recently.
Our son has really bonded with the staff and looks forward to attending nursery.

Very good nursery. A lot of activities which makes children learn in a caring environment. The practitioners are excellent and very dedicated. The atmosphere is very family friendly. Massive improvement of the management team since the new head and deputy arrived in December 2020.

My son enjoys his time at the nursery very much. He has made many friends there and gets along well with the staff. The staff are very helpful and friendly and provides wonderful care. There are many activities for the kids (Movers and Shakers, Theatrebugs, lots of art and play) and events throughout
the year celebrating various occasions /holidays (eg Valentine's day, Chinese New Year, Halloween) which my son thoroughly enjoys.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 1 and a half years old and is now in Preschool. I must say the nursery is very clean and nicely put together.
My little girl comes home happy and always singing new songs and telling us about the fun things she's done.
Staff and Management
have been very friendly and showed great support in helping my child with potty training, building her confidence and in her general care.
This is a great nursery that I would 100% recommend to any parent wanting the best for their child!

I have been working in Early Years since 2023. I chose this career path because I love seeing the smiles on the children's faces every day when I come into the nursery. I want to become a teacher so I felt as though this was the best starting place for it.
